Very sketchy. Whenever we requested more than the one towel they gave two people to share for three days they gave us a hard time. There was a lot of random loud disturbances and loud fighting. The pool and hot tub were closed, the elevator and ice machine don’t work, and it breaks health codes for anyone with two eyes to see. Not to mention I wouldn’t recommend being here alone as I left a day early feeling unsafe with my boyfriend being there I couldn’t imagine how it would be if it was me or just my girl friend and I. Very not okay.

This hotel has so much potential, almost all of it unrealized. Great bar/restaurant (closed), great rooftop pool (closed). The room was clean, but we had a "no dumping" sign in the bathroom and holes in the walls. The exterior has exposed conduit, crumbling walls and is just generally in disrepair. First room they tried to put us in, was not cleaned.

I reserved a smoking room but motel had no ashtrays. The floor in my room was filthy, you could see something had been spilled but not cleaned,this I noticed immediately. This is a motel who also rents room on a weekly rate & I didn't feel safe being a single female. Ice machine & elevator also did not work. Beds were nice & comfy. Paint on ceiling above tub was peeling, bathroom sunk area was clean & nice tv.

Have stayed here several times no frills hotel a little dated but always feel safe and the parking lot is kinda surrounded by the hotel it self. Always my first choice when I go-to the area to visit friends.

The room smells bad and the fart fan in the bathroom doesn't work. The paint is peeling in and around the bathroom. Toilet didn't flush, 30 minutes later maintenance guy showed up and the handle was stuck. No phone in the room. I called the hotel and it kept going to a fax machine screech. Pool is permanently closed, don't know why. This is a cheap hotel and im not sure if they'll even have breakfast.

Check in time is capped at midnight however people travel at all hours and should be able to book online anytime and if they are capping the check in time then that should be more visible. The parking lots were very snow and slick very unsafe for walking and very rough for cars.

We checked in and checked out within five minutes requesting a full refund. Every surface was dirty. The bed had bugs and black stains from the covers to the sheets. Brown bugs under the pillows. The mini fridge had a sticky brown substance all over the outside. the floors were sticky with mounds of black substances. We took pictures and videos and went right back to the office. Requested a refund and left

It was pretty expensive for a dodgy area and dirty hotel. There was mold and water damage all over the bathroom and stains and holes in the sheets. There was no blanket in the room, I had to go and ask for one.

Shower was lukewarm at 0500, the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall in. There were holes that were patched on the walls in the bathroom but weren't painted. The towel rack was falling off. There was all sorts of things "flicked" on the walls in the room, the drawers looked like they had puke in them and they were barely wiped out. The blanket was a thin as a sheet, there was only two flat pillows for a king size bed. On the positive note there weren't bed bugs but there was an empty condom wrapper under the matress. No breakfast.

There were bugs all over, the bathroom door would barely open due to the toilet being right beside the door. The bathroom was completely filthy!!! Windows are all busted up, theres CONSTANT chaos with guests. Nothing had been cleaned and the fridge nor microwave worked. I left 2 hours after checking in and had a 3 night reservation scheduled. This was the absolute worst experience ever

The bathroom was in very poor condition, with the shower head falling out of the wall, and the toilet tank lid cracked. No wifi, but they have cable TV...? The rooms are "non smoking" but my room smelled strongly of cigarettes. They charged $100 deposit, more than my room. The front door frequently got stuck and the bathroom door would not shut. The two rooms next door had broken windows that had been taped back together. I believe I saw law enforcement entering one of the rooms, and there were some shady characters in the parking lot eyeing up my car. So, make sure to double check you lock your car and bring your valuables inside. The entrance/exit to the hotel is a blind intersection up a hill on one side so be careful exiting. This place is a hole in the wall in every sense of the phrase. I'm surprised I made it out unscathed.

TV didn't work, shower head sprayed water in all directions, tiny details of stuff not cleaned as well as could be. But the night staff and the lady the next morning were excellent! Ultra-friendly, and wrote down my concerns to share with those in charge. Bed was very uncomfortable for my back. Price was about in line for services rendered.

Excellent check-in, location was near where I needed to be, my room smelled great, fridge was cold when I got there. Plenty of places to charge devices. And that’s where the positives end. Oh wait, I did NOT find bed bugs. THAT’S where the positive ends. Paint was peeling in multiple places throughout the room. The phone was under the bed, off the hook, covered in dirt—it had clearly been there a while, along with dust bunnies, trash, and a doll. Creepy, right?? The bathtub/shower was dirty. The windowpane had a HUGE crack in it that was simply taped over to “fix” it. As a female solo traveler, I felt a bit unsafe as someone could easily just push out the broken window to get in.

Overall a really decent stay for a great price. Nicer rooms than expected, other than very very thin blankets. Comfortable beds tho! Just bring extra blankets if you want to be more cozy.

The staff was very nice. State they charge $100 deposit, because “people do things sometimes“. They didn’t charge me because I didn’t look like somebody who would do something bad I guess. Room very simple. Bed comfortable.

Owner of hotel refused to give additional towels. Had her children in the main office at 11pm. The pillar outside our room was constructed of styrofoam and flimsy plywood. In the bathroom there was no hot water and a broken handle. Along with parts of the ceiling falling in, mold, and particles all on our clothing. The lock on our door was not secure and continued beeping all night signaling the door wasn't secured. Me and my husband couldn't sleep at the same time due to keeping watch of the door while our children slept. It was late when we checked in therefore requesting a new room was a bit difficult because they were tired. Refused our refund through Expedia, and Expedia also handled the situation in an unprofessional manner.

The room I rented had a flickering light in the bathroom and the door to the hotel room did not lock properly and could be opened without a key. I notified the front desk about canceling my next nights stay, and they told me to contact Expedia to get my refund. Expedia has been trying to contact them to verify the refund and no one answers the phone.

Pretty nice and relaxing property. Within a small drive of a lot of fun places! My only downside was that we still haven't received our $100 deposit back and it's been over a week. It's been difficult to even get a hold of management.

Stayed for 2 weeks they came to get trash and clean the room 2 days after I checked in and a night before I was leaving. Have stayed at two other hotels after this for work have recieved them deposits back. This place still has my 100.00 deposit. Been waiting 2 weeks now.

I believe I saw law enforcement entering one of the rooms, and there were some shady characters in the parking lot eyeing up my car. So, make sure to double check you lock your car and bring your valuables inside. The entrance/exit to the hotel is a blind intersection up a hill on one side so be careful exiting. This place is a hole in the wall in every sense of the phrase. I'm surprised I made it out unscathed.

The bathroom was in very poor condition, with the shower head falling out of the wall, and the toilet tank lid cracked. No wifi, but they have cable TV...? The rooms are "non smoking" but my room smelled strongly of cigarettes. They charged $100 deposit, more than my room. The front door frequently got stuck and the bathroom door would not shut. If you are just looking for an affordable, safe place to stay that is within minutes of the Vibrant Arena and areas around it, it's hard to pass up the rooms at half the price of those on the waterfront. Old courtyard hotel that could use some polish, but the check-in clerk was friendly.

There are bullet holes in the stairwell glass. The concrete is falling apart everywhere. The paint is peeling off the metal outside. The rooms need a major uplift, gouge marks on the walls showing the drywall. The shower was pretty gross and needs retiled.

This hotel has so much potential, almost all of it unrealized. Great bar/restaurant (closed), great rooftop pool (closed). The room was clean, but we had a "no dumping" sign in the bathroom and holes in the walls. The exterior has exposed conduit, crumbling walls and is just generally in disrepair. First room they tried to put us in, was not cleaned.

Shower was lukewarm at 0500, the ceiling in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall in. There were holes that were patched on the walls in the bathroom but weren't painted. The towel rack was falling off. There was all sorts of things "flicked" on the walls in the room, the drawers looked like they had puke in them and they were barely wiped out. The blanket was a thin as a sheet, there was only two flat pillows for a king size bed. On the positive note there weren't bed bugs but there was an empty condom wrapper under the matress. No breakfast.

The room smells bad and the fart fan in the bathroom doesn't work. The paint is peeling in and around the bathroom. Toilet didn't flush, 30 minutes later maintenance guy showed up and the handle was stuck. No phone in the room. I called the hotel and it kept going to a fax machine screech. Pool is permanently closed, don't know why. This is a cheap hotel and im not sure if they'll even have breakfast.

The room was dirty. There was still left over food in the fridge. The TV didn't work and the employee was annoyed to have to help me and instead of switching us rooms, he sat in our room awkwardly for 20 min fixing the TV. I didn't have the correct room I had book MONTHS in advance the first night and getting it changed the 2nd day seemed to piss the employee off. Not once were they friendly. The staff was rude and acted annoyed to have customers. Everything is outdated. The blankets are as thin as possible. I am pretty sure people were smoking Crack on one of the stairwell. Will not return.

This place is was terribly filthy and disgusting. We did not stay there. We stayed at a different hotel. I believe I should be refunded. The smell was horrible. Other people staying there were wondering around. They looked like they were under the influence of some substance.

The room we were placed in was not at all like the pictures described. They are renovating and we must have gotten a room that was not renovated. Only one bathroom light worked and there was a huge crack in the ceiling. The bathtub was definitely from the 70’s. The ac barely kept the room cold at all.

For the price of the property, I didn't expect anything spectacular. I liked that it had a microwave in a fridge in the room. But the bathroom had mold in the corners of the shower and Paint peeling from the ceiling and the walls

The guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and the woman was sweeping when I first went in to the office. They were both very friendly. The air conditioning worked well, but the refrigerator needed to be defrosted and there was dried food right by the microwave that needed to be wiped up. Otherwise it was s great stay and well worth the value.
