Walls were paper thin so it’s easy to wake up from neighbors performing normal activities at night. Hotel was “too crowded” and unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Pool is underwhelming and not meant for swimming. Beach is a 10-minute walk or car ride away. Staff was friendly but inflexible, overall.

Loved the boutique hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool area was very small, so we didn't use. Restaurant was great, but needed more attentive staff on the busy weekend nights

Beautiful and loved the big balcony we had! Great attention to detail and beautifully decorated!! Also loved that they would drive you and pick you up for dinner or let you use their brand new fleet of high end cars!!

Wow, oh wow! You should definitely stay here! I stay in about 20 or more high end hotels, every year, for year, so when I comes to assessing a great hotel… I definitely feel confident about my ability to accurately review high end properties! The key to having an amazing stay is amazing staff. Everyone, & I mean everyone.. was polite, positive, warm, & welcoming! This started before I even got to the hotel. The concierge reached out to me before my arrival & asked if I needed any assistance. She emailed different ideas, & things I could do before my check in! The property is immaculate. The style of the lobby is so high end, chic, & cool. The places oozes elegance! In fact I wish I would have spent more money on a more expensive room, just so I could see how much better this place actually gets. There are so many little details that have been thought of in this property, I actually blew me away! Mimosas upon arrival, afternoon, wine & cheese, a small bottle of mosquito repellent inside the rooms (which is such a great idea to include), bikes to use, & a brand new BMW 7 series which can take you 1&1/2 mile radius of the hotel free of charge! You guys have really stolen my heart. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, coffee shops, ice cream shops, & museums. My room had a large beautiful balcony! The only thing that is bad here, are the cocktails. The bartenders couldn’t make a good cocktail to save there lives. So I had to go to the Ben Hotel for great drinks

We only stayed at the White Elephant for one night but the staff was very friendly, the facilities were very clean and lush. The room was much larger than we anticipated and there were several nice touches . They left a plate of chocolate truffles when they found out we were celebrating our anniversary and they shuttled us to our dinner reservation off site. I also loved that they had a peloton in their gym. I had an issue with the bike and went to the front desk and they had maintenance there in 5 minutes! Overall we were very happy with our stay!

White Elephant is a fantastic place to stay. All the details are so thought out and well done. The staff is incredible- Stephany and Dillon were so welcoming and upgraded our room when we told them we were celebrating our engagement. The restaurant, Lola41 was delicious. Since this is not on the beach, the staff drives you there and sets your chairs and umbrella up and provides you a beach bag with towels and waters and they pick you up when you are ready to go back. Jeff and Damian were also great and attentive. Can’t say enough amazing things about this place and we cannot wait for our next visit.

Gabi got us an amazing last minute reservation at Buccan that was the best meal we had. Our room was perfectly designed and very clean. It was a perfect long weekend hotel!

From the moment we pulled up to the valet, the staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also very well laid out with double sinks and a private water closet… rare even in many fine hotels. The wonderful patio was perfect for relaxing. Lola 41, the main restaurant and bar was excellent. This hotel is a gem and we’ll be back again soon!

The carpet was stained in the bedroom. The ice was not sanitary. Rates for Double Room (when I wanted a single) were less... and they refused to switch my room to a single (king) bed without an additional - very extreme - charge.

Our stay at the White Elephant Palm Beach was outstanding from start to finish. We were there for a girls weekend. LOLA was fabulous, the staff was welcoming, and took care of all of our requests. The rooms were fresh and clean, bathrooms were large and felt luxurious. Linens were super and beds comfortable. Location was great, walk or bike to everything. A must stay in Palm Beach.

The room was neat and clean well presented, the air conditioner was a little off took a long time to cool down. Bed sheets were a little itchy. Room needs a ceiling fan. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Little too talkative for my liking but some people would enjoy that.

Excellent overall BUT - the hotel Wi-fi is unsecured, with no password needed for access. This makes using the system potentially dangerous. I therefore did not sign unto the hotel W-fi.

Chic and Sweet! Staff was lovely, room was small but enough space, great toiletries, welcome chocolates, nice sheets, robes, turn down service, great coffee, happy hour and breakfast pastries. Could not ask for anything more!

Amazing experience. Hospitality is not dead here. The room was clean and comfortable, turn down service available every day. Complimentary car service when needed and the staff was always ready and willing to help. I truly have not received this much true hospitality in a long time!

The carpet was stained in the bedroom. The ice was not sanitary. Rates for Double Room (when I wanted a single) were less... and they refused to switch my room to a single (king) bed without an additional - very extreme - charge.

To say the service was impeccable would be an understatement. My 91yo dad is in a wheelchair and the front desk team and bell hops (esp Sebastian and Christian) were very hospitable and accommodating. It made a world of difference in our stay. We were very impressed!

White Elephant is a fantastic place to stay. All the details are so thought out and well done. The staff is incredible- Stephany and Dillon were so welcoming and upgraded our room when we told them we were celebrating our engagement. The restaurant, Lola41 was delicious. Since this is not on the beach, the staff drives you there and sets your chairs and umbrella up and provides you a beach bag with towels and waters and they pick you up when you are ready to go back. Jeff and Damian were also great and attentive. Can’t say enough amazing things about this place and we cannot wait for our next visit.

Walls were paper thin so it’s easy to wake up from neighbors performing normal activities at night. Hotel was “too crowded” and unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Pool is underwhelming and not meant for swimming. Beach is a 10-minute walk or car ride away. Staff was friendly but inflexible, overall.

This was a lovely hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff. The location could not have been more convenient for what we wanted to do. It was walkable to historic sites, shopping, and restaurants. The courtesy vehicles drove us where ever we needed to go. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay at the White Elephant Palm Beach was outstanding from start to finish. We were there for a girls weekend. LOLA was fabulous, the staff was welcoming, and took care of all of our requests. The rooms were fresh and clean, bathrooms were large and felt luxurious. Linens were super and beds comfortable. Location was great, walk or bike to everything. A must stay in Palm Beach.

Wow, oh wow! You should definitely stay here! I stay in about 20 or more high end hotels, every year, for year, so when I comes to assessing a great hotel… I definitely feel confident about my ability to accurately review high end properties! The key to having an amazing stay is amazing staff. Everyone, & I mean everyone.. was polite, positive, warm, & welcoming! This started before I even got to the hotel. The concierge reached out to me before my arrival & asked if I needed any assistance. She emailed different ideas, & things I could do before my check in! The property is immaculate. The style of the lobby is so high end, chic, & cool. The places oozes elegance! In fact I wish I would have spent more money on a more expensive room, just so I could see how much better this place actually gets. There are so many little details that have been thought of in this property, I actually blew me away! Mimosas upon arrival, afternoon, wine & cheese, a small bottle of mosquito repellent inside the rooms (which is such a great idea to include), bikes to use, & a brand new BMW 7 series which can take you 1&1/2 mile radius of the hotel free of charge! You guys have really stolen my heart. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, coffee shops, ice cream shops, & museums. My room had a large beautiful balcony! The only thing that is bad here, are the cocktails. The bartenders couldn’t make a good cocktail to save there lives. So I had to go to the Ben Hotel for great drinks

First time staying at White Elephant for a weekend. Great ambience, convenient to lots of activities. Clean and well appointed room and common areas. Lola41 was a nice amenity to have in the hotel. We always love staying at The White Elephant in PB! The staff could not be friendlier; they are so welcoming & accommodating. The hotel is light & bright..with very comfortable rooms. Lots of extras..like complementary beach set up with chairs/umbrellas/towels/h2o. Also, Love the 4:00 wine & cheese hour as well! Adam, Jennifer, etc…are all fantastic!

We had an outstanding two\-night stay at White Elephant Palm Beach with our family of four, including our two teenagers\. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome\. The service was exceptional throughout our stay\. We would especially like to thank Junior, who is Brazilian, Karenand Damion for their kindness and professionalism, although it would be unfair not to recognize the entire team, as everyone was truly wonderful\. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the room was incredibly comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep\. Every detail reflects the luxury and care that White Elephant is known for\. We loved the complimentary BMWs available for guests, as well as the bicycles, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable\. We will definitely be back\. The hotel also offers thoughtful complimentary touches, including a lovely mini breakfast and a delightful afternoon wine and cheese service\. The amenities are excellent, with everything you could need—even sunscreen is provided\. One of the highlights was the beach service\. The staff drove us to the beach, set up our chairs and umbrella, and continuously offered us complimentary bottled water throughout our time there\. It was an exceptional experience\. The fitness center is not large, but it is very well organized and has everything needed for a good workout\. We also appreciated the fresh fruit and hydration stations available for guests\
