Dålig service. Nattklubb för ungdomar i baren på lördagar så hotellgäster får inte plats och även om de hittat en stol så är det så högljutt att det inte går att prata/umgås. Trasig toalett, anmälde detta men ingen kom o det gick inte heller att få nytt rum. Blev alltså utan toalett....

Mysigt hotell och trevlig personal. Men väldigt högt ljud från restaurangen nattetid så vill man lägga sig före kl halv två på natten är det inget hotell jag rekommenderar. /Inger

Jättefint hotell med fin frukostbuffé. Personalen var väldigt trevliga, rummet var väldigt tyst o skönt. Visst, rummets utsikt var mot en bakgård men det gjorde nog bara att det cvar så tyst. Resturang o bar finns, hört mycket gott om restaurangen men inte testat (bara baren 😁). Lätt att jag bokar där igen.

At the weekend the bar/restaurant turned into a very loud club, packed with people partying (ie not hotel guests), complete with a bouncer. This meant for us as hotel guests: We came back from the show we had been to, thinking we would have a drink and sit and chat for a bit before going to our rooms (as you would normally expect to be able to do when the hotel states on its website that there’s a bar), but quickly realising that would not happen . There was absolutely nowhere to sit in the bar/restaurant area but even if there had been seats, the music and the drunken people were so loud that a conversation would have been impossible. When we asked one of the staff if there was anywhere else to sit, she answered that we should take our drinks upstairs (to where the hotel rooms are) and see if we could find seats. So, we ventured upstairs (carefully avoiding drunk people sitting on the stairs) only to find that there were a few seats (7 or 8?) scattered but they were already taken by other hotel guests in the same situation as us. Also, there were other groups and couples aimlessly walking the hallways trying to find seats. I would have laughed at the whole ridiculous situation if I hadn’t been so annoyed and amazed by how unprofessional this hotel turned out to be.

Mysigt personligt rum. Frukosten var mycket bra och det fanns flera mysiga platser att sitta vid. Centralt läge!
