Hotel bien situé. Chambres faites tous les jours. Petit-déjeuner trop juste. Pas la possibilité de laissé les bagages en cas de départ tardif

La chambre était bien paf contre il n'y a pas d'ascenseur 3 étages à monter avec la valise mais Salvatore me l'a gentiment montée .

Good place who come with Train from any part of Italy, easy park a car too for 25€/day (it’s expensive) very close to train and Metro station. Is not the best place to stay in Napoles.

Location is very good, right next to the train station, although the area is not the nicest. There are plenty of shops nearby but it was really hard to find the place and the elevator was not working properly. Pictures of the rooms look much better than what you find!

I stayed in this accommodation on Friday to Monday , the accommodation it self looked very dirty and dated , needs some tlc , the one lift they do have is very old and unreliable - needs to be upgraded . When I entered the accommodation I was met with a lovely lady receptionist - who spoke very little English - so needed to use google translate . There is a city tax fee which you have to pay - which you can only pay by cash they don’t accept card or contactless payments ! They don’t have there own onsite facilities I.e bar or cafe so are unable to offer a sufficient catering facilities - but what they do offer is a voucher for breakfast only Which is one small espresso coffee and one crossiant only and that is it . I stayed in room 302 - once in the room I found the room to be spacious and nicely decorated . The one downside to the room was the European charging plug I had for the room didn’t quite fit - so ended up having to buy new one . All in all the stay was pleasant but I’m not 100 per cent sure I would stay here again . A few other points to note - reception isn’t manned 24/7 they only man from 8am to 1pm - no late check in is allowed after 11pm. But then no one was there after 1pm . So hod knows what would happen if your flight was delayed ! Also you get given three sets of keys and door codes to remember. To get in . They don’t offer any space to store cases so once check out you have to take bags with you . All in all it was cheap and cheerful

La manutenzione della camera è pessima. Il soffione della doccia e i vetri del box sono pieni di calcare, il rubinetto del lavandino non è ben ancorato, la luce sul lavandino fulminata, la porcellana del water presentava righe scure di calcare non rimosso. Il letto è risultato sfondato mentre una luce comodino non era funzionante. Ascensore bloccata x 2 volte per l'incuria degli ospiti nel non chiudere bene le porte Uno sfacelo , tranne la posizione vicino alla stazione.

Struttura da toccata e fuga. Comoda per chi usa il treno, peccato che non si possono lasciare le valigie 👍

Estuve 5 días en el hotel y al llegar la ducha no estaba limpia pero la limpiaron apenas consulté. Todo el personal muy amable, me ayudaron con todas mis dudas y hasta nos ayudaron con tips de tiendas o taxis para movilizarnos. Volvería al 100%

Die Badezimmertüre ließ sich nicht verschließen, da der Rahmen aufgequollen war. Die Türe der Dusche bestand aus einer halben Türe und einem Duschvorhang. Im und hinter dem Waschbecken waren blaue bzw. weiße Spritzer. Die Toilette war auch wenig ansehnlich ( den Urinstein sieht man ) . Das Kopfteil des Bettes war abgenutzt ebenso wie der Fußboden. Der Check-in verlief nur auf Nachfrage. Gute Ausgangslage aber der Rest war eine Zumutung.

À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé un logement en mauvais état, avec un sol et un lit abimés. Le frigo, le rideau, les toilettes et le sol étaient sales. L’hôte n’a pas fait d’effort pour trouver une solution et n’a pas répondu quand je lui ai fait part de la décision de partir. Étant sur nos deux dernières nuits du voyage, nous n’avons même pas hésité : on a trouvé un autre logement pour finir sur une bonne note.

とにかく汚い。 日本人女性には絶対に無理なホテル。 タオルも床も髪の毛や誰かのコンタクトが落ちてたり汚い。トコジラミいるのか不安になった。 シャワーもほぼ出ない。穴から水がほぼ出てない… 排水口が詰まっていて直ぐにスタッフへチャットしたが確認もせず、朝のチェックアウトの際も何も言ってこない。 とにかく、日本人には無理なホテルでした。

Dirty. Worst bed i have ever slept in. Could not sleep at all. Scary area. And hard to find the entrance. Would not reccomend at any cost.

The city isn't too clean but you can see this hotel tries to keep clean. The lady name Patricia was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. I would give 4 star review because of her. Without her presence , the hotel deserves a 2 or 3 compared to hotels in Milan and Florence and Rome .

The bathroom was full of mold in the toilet and in the shower. Check in was challenging because they did not have anyone at the front desk to open the door. It is next to the train station which makes it convenient, however there is a lot of shady characters around which makes the area seem unsafe.

Très propres et organisé. Possède une climatisation qui nous a sauvé pendant ce séjour.

Les lieux de la chambre jaune était un peu délabrer et très petit par contre le personnel est top

The place was not so easy to find, but once found, I was very pleased. The staff were very helpful and even let me check in three hours early because the room was available. The room was very spacious and clean. The aircon worked very well and the shower had good pressure. Downstairs there were many restaurants and the station is almost across the road.

Location is very good, right next to the train station, although the area is not the nicest. There are plenty of shops nearby but it was really hard to find the place and the elevator was not working properly. Pictures of the rooms look much better than what you find!

You get what you pay for. Though the hotel was located in an excellent location, the location was chaotic, dirty, seedy with sketchy people roaming around. The building where the room was located was equally dirty, from the main door to the steps going up. The pictures don’t show how small the room is with barely any room to move around let alone open your suitcases. Though the bedsheets were fresh, the bed cover was not. No room in the bathroom to park your toiletries, the shower floor floods and the worst, the toilet seat was ill fitting. As I said, you get what you pay for. Pay a little bit more and find better accommodation.

O café da manhã cortesia é realizado numa cafeteria próxima, que oferece opções de cafés e croissants. No geral foi uma boa experiência.

It was bright, clean and airy with a great aircon unit! The bed was very comfortable and the location is fantastic and vibrant. The staff are lovely and its a great place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Rainbow Napoli, perfectly located right next to the Napoli Central train station—ideal for exploring the city and traveling further. Although the room was a bit tiny, it was cozy enough to comfortably accommodate two people. The vibrant colors of the room added a cheerful touch and gave it a surprising sense of peace and warmth. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Patricia for her humble care and genuine hospitality—she truly made us feel at home. Highly recommended for a pleasant and convenient stay in Naples!

This place is close by the train/bus station. It was challenging to find at first. The manager appeared to be an understanding person, he took care of our needs or any other concerns we had. This place is good if you need a bath and a place to sleep.

Un B&B vuoto, sei abbandonato a te stesso, il manager è un mal educato, risponde mal e tratta il cliente con il piedi, non respondi alle chiamate ni Ai messaggi, a l'inizio si, appena sei dentro il B&B sei da solo, ieri si bloccata la porta del bagno, ho chiamato niente, ho mandato messaggio niente risposti, ho dovuto uscire e chiedere a un ristorante di darmi un Cascia vite per aprire la porta perché la mia mamma è diabetica e bisogno del bagno. Mai più, questo B&B da evitare.

Le petit déjeuner c est une boisson chaude et un croissant…La chambre est petite avec des odeurs qui remontent le personnel est sympa mais décevant par rapport aux photos!

De kamer aan zich is prima. Ontbijt bestaat uit een croissant en een koffie. Dat is wel teleurstellend. Omgeving vuil en geeft geen veilige indruk.

A sok negatív véleménnyel ellentétben kimondottan kellemes, sőt magas színvonalú hotelnrk minősíteném a Rainbow Hotelt!!! A szállás tisztasága, állapota, modernsége abszolút tökéletes az ár-értékarányhoz viszonyítva! A recepciós hölgy Patrícia nagyon kedves, szorgalmas és segítőkész! Minden nap kitakarított, rendet rakott és új törülközőkkel és tisztálkodási szerekkel látott el minket. Van OkosTV, egy kis hűtő, hideg-és melegvíz, légkondi. Közlekedés szempontjából is kiváló az elhelyezkedése, közvetlen elérhető a reptéri busz, a vonat és Vezúv/Pompei közlekedés; gyalog és tömegközleedéssel pedig percek alatt ott lehet lenni a kikötőben és a történelmi bevárosban. A reggeli is kellemes: egy közeli kávézóban 1 káve/capucchino + 1 croissant. A tulaj szintén kedves és segít Whatsupon bármi baj van. Pl. nem működött a Wifi és 1-2 órán belül intézkedett is és helyreállítatta a szolgáltatóval. A környéken van sok kétes alak (migránsok), de nem veszélyesek, és ezen a környéken folyamatos a rendőri és katonai jelenlét, szóval biztonságosnak éreztük. Kiváló szállás!

Rapport qualité/prix très convenable. Parfait pour notre dernière soirée dans le centre historique de Naples avant de partir pour l'aéroport le lendemain matin. Juste une remarque : il est noté petit déjeuner continental mais nous n'avons eu qu'un café + un croissant. Le jus d'orange nous a été facturé 3€ le verre ...
