The cabin is very nice, but we were without hot water for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Had 4 different visits with techs and a plumber to fix the problem. It kind of runed our vacation.

Big Bear is great in the summer. This home was very comfortable, modern, well stocked kitchen, everything worked well. Back yard / patio overlooks forested area with many little critters and birds. We loved our stay here.

Good location. I would recommend bringing salt and pepper. More than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Shower door was broken. Dirty ashtray on balcony, dirty sick and bottle caps on in inside stairs upon arrival. Fireplace was beautiful and they came instantly to replace batteries so it turned on. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Comfortable home just needed some extra supplies. Had a great time thank you

We wanted something isolated in Big Bear, which isn’t possible, but this was next best thing. Quiet cul de sac with private backyard. Property in excellent condition and near nature trails that we enjoyed in the evenings.
