The hotel made it easy to check in- wish they offered other amenities.

Elevator broke everyday. No room service. No luggage carts. You can hear your neighbors up down and side to side. No close parking.

I enjoyed my stay at Woodspring Suites. The people I interected with made all the difference. I was not aware of the fact that I needed to take mugs, pots, pan, knives, forks etc. but once I got those out the way I was right at home away from home.

They need to provide kitchen utensils

Everything was fine except the parking. The property has a very unusual shape so you have to park far away from the front door. Then you have to walk around a whole bunch of planters. You cannot make a straight line to the front door.

Staff was courteous, elevator not working, no ironing board or iron. Limited parking.

Hotel was good ,only problem is when they shut down elevator and its not working and got take stairs when u staying on the 3 or4 floor

Stayed for business and was welcomed by very friendly staff. We were also lucky enough to get a first floor room right next to the entrance the laundry room and the gym. This was very convenient to say the least! The room was clean and very big and accommodating for a family of four. Housekeeping is only there once every two weeks. We only stayed seven days so if we needed any extra towels or items we could easily go to the front desk to retrieve them. There's no breakfast but there is coffee on site 24 hours. One of best qualities of this place was the gym. Even though it was nothing special it was still convenient to have on site. The elliptical machine was broken. There were free weights to treadmills and a resistance machine. There is on site laundry which can be paid by coin or by card which is also very convenient. They have vending machines that you can also pay with a card or cash. This location is close to everything you need including the highway so it is very convenient.

My only issue with this Hotel, the rooms don’t come with iron. When I asked the receptionist he said they only have 3 iron for the whole Hotel. That’s sucks, the management teams have to fix that issue

Checked in at about 11pm. Everything was okay besides the rep telling me they didn’t have working keys. The only way to get inside the room was for the employee rep to physically let me inside the room, and if I needed to step out I would have to locate and bother her throughout the night since the key maker was broken until the morning time. Really I think the budget for the hotels upkeep is low and they’re doing what they can. But that doesn’t help my experience of being a woman, with a hotel room I can’t physically let myself into without someone else help. So there is that. Everything else was okay.

I found two small roaches in the room and I don’t think the floor was cleaned properly as it was pretty gritty. Definitely bring bedroom shoes or something. Also, I’m not sure if we were over the laundry room or something but it felt almost like the ground was vibrating in the room. The elevator smells bad, almost like sulfur. The hotel staff was very helpful and besides those few things, the hotel was clean and welcoming looking!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Mold on the ceiling, microwave, stove completely inoperative. The internet reminded me of trying to use the web in the 1990’s.

Upon check in, I was told the elevator did not work. No problem. It felt like the AC didn't work and the building had a nasty smell. As soon as open the door to my room, dozens of roaches spread throughout the room. I immediately requested a refund.

Roaches everywhere in my room at least 20. I Didn't even stay at that hotel, i had to book with a separate hotel entirely for my vacation. I NEED a refund for the horrible experience.

Noisy, dirty Terrrible experience

The hallways and the rooms had a horrible smell that wouldn't go away. The rooms was dirty. Bathrooms had hair in the to be an on the toilet and in the sink. Spider Webb's in the bathroom. Food was still in the refrigerator from previous guest. Elevator was nasty

We booked a non smoking room, but the overwhelming scent of cigarette smoke made it almost unbearable to breathe. We are non smokers so it was bad for us. The hallways and elevator reeked so badly that my family and I were gagging. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold on the ceiling, hair in the tub, and a visible ring of mold in the toilet bowl. The sheets looked clean of a little worn so we decided to stay the night since we checked in late after a 14 hour drive. We stayed one night and left the next morning. Fortunately, we were able to get a refund for the remaining nights. I also didn’t realize this was an extended-stay hotel when booking, so there were many long-term residents lingering around in the common areas. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Bugs, dirty, and horrible area. No shampoo, soap, or TOWELS in room. Absolutely disgusting.

Stayed here 1 night. No where to park, multiple roaches in the room, filthy sheets with stains all over them and the blanket. Could not sleep, very unhappy

The place stunk of weed. The elevator only worked during the day. No coffee maker in room. No pans or silverware for an extended stay with kitchen. People loitering, there are people using the place as their primary residence instead of hotel. Kinda of section 8 housing. WiFi basically non existent, cant have more than a couple of devices logged on. When you did log in speeds so slow you can’t download a picture. Never will I stay at this place again. My recommendation is you don’t stay here either.

It was a good deal honestly, just to sleep in and about it. In regards parking not a good experience at all in general is ok, the room was very clean and nice a little disappointed with the bed to be honest other than that it was ok.

You can hear people walking in the hall and constant walking heard from the unit above.

When I arrived to check in, the desk clerk was having a loud interaction with a woman who had apparently just finished cussing our her own children in the lobby. I did no get a wifi code until I called for it, then it took three different tries to get one that would work. Parking around the hotel is very limited, but that didn't stop folks from parking along the driveway and under the welcome canopy. The dumpster was overflowing into the parking lot and there were at least two people living in their cars onsite. The room had a kitchenette, but no utensils or cooking vessels. The bed looked like it came straight out of a prison movie with the bare metal legs and the loud creak of springs when I sat on the edge. Honestly, the place felt like a welfare camp.

Came to town with my family on a last minute trip. We chose this hotel since it’s close to the Sawgrass Expressway and reasonably priced for one night. Walls are paper thin, so thin that we could hear everything going on all around us. A lot of action in the hallways all hours of the night. I did not fall asleep until 5:00am due to all the noises.I just felt uncomfortable. There were some sketchy people hanging around too. My husband was even weirded out. The customer service was great though during check-in, I think the employee’s name was Jason. I do not plan on staying here again.

First off parking was bad had to walk in a dark parking lot about 500ft to the main entrance. Elevator smelled like lemon grass. Once in the room an oder of humidity and refrigirator de icing. The bed was bouncy not comfortable. The street light entered the room which made it seem it was still daytime with the shade closed. After paying what was paid for the night I could have gotten someting better in the beach areas. Overall we couldnt wait to go home and relax because it was not a good night.

The room was clean. Bathroom was well maintained. Kitchen looked pretty cool, although didn't use it. The corner chair was in horrible condition. upholstery was peeling off. The parking is a huge issue. you have to walk pretty far.

Ended up not even checking in because the wheelchair room i specifically requested on the first floor i did not get , but was given one on the second floor but the elevator was out of service and i am not able to use stairs. The lady at the front desk however when i tried to check in was very sweet and tried her best to find a alternate room , but she didnt have anything that would be avaliable anytime soon

We stayed for an emergency during Hurricane Milton and while we had a booking hiccup when we got there the lady at the desk was super helpful and nice and was able to accommodate our reservations no problem. Very budget friendly and overall clean and well kept and the staff was amazing

I typically do not leave reviews but if I can save someone else the hassle from dealing with this atrocious establishment, I gladly will. Upon arriving to the hotel to check in, I was greeted with a pungent odor. I figured the scent was from someone who just passed, but the smell permeated as we entered our room. Once inside, we noted dirty walls, an unclean toilet, and a leaking AC unit. We reported the discrepancies to the front desk and were told there were no other rooms available (not that we would want to be subjected to another room that would possibly match the one we were placed in). After, we were advised we could depart and receive a refund. Once downstairs, the representative stated the manager declined to give us a refund because we were there for over 3 hours. I requested she call the manager and I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and a man who clearly struggled with math (due to miscalculating our time spent there significantly). He continued to over-talk me and claim I was lying. When I explained to him that I had photographs to document the conditions of the room, he nonchalantly told me to just dispute it with my bank. It should also be noted that the elevator malfunctioned and once it was reported, the front desk staff casually stated it just needed to be reset. If this wasn’t horrendous enough, a fight broke out as we were attempting to check out. After no resolution with the “manager” I initiated a claim with Expedia. This place was terrible for us.

DO NOT DO IT!!!!!! First of all, waited almost 45 mins for the front desk person to come back from her lunch break. Mind you she is the only employee on site. Finally get checked in, they put us on the first floor because the elevator is down. Soon as we walked down the hallway the weed and cigarette smell slaps you in the face. Walked in the room and immediately seen roaches crawling around. Cabinet doors missing. Got out of there quick. So we get moved to the second floor, toted all of our stuff and our baby up the stairs. The stair well is full of trash and people sitting around smoking. Get to the second room and it’s the same thing. Went down to the lobby to see about leaving, another employee comes in and the two employees start going at it screaming arguing at each other. One accusing the other of sleeping with guests and the other accusing them of drinking on the clock. I had to get me and my family out of there quick!! The pictures and reviews are so deceiving. I do not recommend anyone staying there.

Long waits to check in, to call front desk and to check out

Need New Management Team. Current One is obviously not present or needs to be terminated. My husband and I helped an elderly couple get down 3 flights of stairs because the elevator gets stuck I guess and they also provided me with a room to which the bathroom tub had black masking tape due to a huge hole, which was coming up. I complained and requested a refund because I ended up booking another room elsewhere and they declined my refund.

For the most part. I enjoyed my stay. Most of the staff was awesome. With the exception of one. Had to begg for toilet paper for 2 days... The price went up so I had to vacate. Lobby ALWAYS smells good.

The 'manager' was nowhere in sight when I arrived to check in. While waiting, I heard multiple guests complaining that the elevators kept not working. when the 'manager' finally showed up, i said I wanted to check in and had a reservation, but I was now not sure because I'd been waiting for some time and had heard guests complaining. he said he'd been fixing something in a guest's room and besides I could wait 15-20 minutes... it wasn't a problem. he was the only person there.... i told him that wasn't my problem and I couldn't wait 15 minutes... i was in pain and I'm diabetic. he said he that was my problem and then refused to check me in. he denied my reservation and told his boss I was rude, although I was only responding to his rudeness. I will NEVER stay at this hotel or any other of this chain again. Apparently they don't care about the customers.

They need to have security in parking lot a few cars got broken into they should get with the Hampton inn next door and share a security graud at night

I arrived to see 2 police cars pulled up at entrance of motel. The front desk clerk was dressed with half of his upper body exposed. A couple arrived drunk and there was another middle aged man drunk at the elevators. I received an invoice at front desk with no amount that I prepaid online. When I questioned this, I was told by front desk clerk to check with the manager the next morning. At this point, I did not feel this place was safe and and turned to the police who were coming down from the elevator and inquired about safety and they said it was not safe and that I would be better off finding another motel. I promptly got in my car and left. The whole experience was shocking and I can’t believe hotel.com where my reservation was booked could endorse such a place to people unfamiliar to the area.

When I arrived there were 2-3 cop cars in the parking lot.

The hotel lobby and surrounding had persons with shopping carts and environment felt unsafe. I did not sleep a wink and was glad when morning came to leave

We arrived late at night after a long drive on the way to Port Everglades for a cruise leaving the next day. The hotel seemed intended for business travel and was located next to a car distribution facility, making it difficult to find. It was very clean, comfortable, and modern, but lacked adequate parking. The check-in staff member permitted us to park in an area not meant for overnight parking because there was no other option—all spaces were full.

This was the worst stay ever I paid $269 a night. You get absolutely nothing other than some crappy coffee. It was so loud you could barely sleep.

No iron, no breakfast, hairs inside shower and on sink counter and bathroom floor you also have to empty your own trash. I asked for a blanket and was told they dont have blankets. They only have whats on the bed, which was a very thin sheet and extremely paper thin so called blanket on top. This was our first time staying at a Woodbridge hotel and will definitely be our last.
