The staff and facilities were absolutely impeccable. We had the best experience in Doha, Qatar and our stay at the Pullman made it the best! This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Safe. Great gym facility and an excellent selection of restaurants. It is perfectly located across the street from an amazing Shopping mall and just down the street from a massive, impressive shopping mall that is packed with the best shops and restaurants. I really can not say enough about the Pullman, the staff, and the Country of Doha!!! I can not wait to return.

I recently stayed at Pullman Doha and had a lovely experience. The front desk staff, especially Batoul, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even upgraded us to a larger sea-view room, which made our stay even more special. While the hotel is a bit older, it’s very comfortable and well-maintained. The kids’ pool was a great addition for families, and the service overall was impressively fast. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Doha!

Enjoyable stay. Big and spacious room on the 25th floor with a nice view. Ekstremely friendly personel. Specially the one who grated us first, Hamza. Children friendly stay and hotel. The staff helps with every small request. We will definetly be back next time in Doha. The only thing which is not something the hotel can do about, but would be a good info for families is that the sun in the pool is only around from 9/10 am until 12. Not that many hours unfortunately.

Really nice 5 night stay at a super hotel where the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Superbly appointed room on the 12th floor with panoramic views and everything you could want for including desk large screen tv fridge and coffee machine. They have a sun terrace with a nice size swimming pool and breakfast offers pretty well anything you could wish for .There are two shopping malls right across the street /road as well as the Decc tube station all just a short walk away. Within the hotel lobby there is a representative of Dohabus , so booking tours is very much to hand and is exactly what we did. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Welcoming hotel Jacob checked us in very friendly and helpful. Went up to the lounge as we had access. Wasn’t too bad same food most days. Staff were friendly. room was lovely but had to keep asking for items to be replenished, shower gel shower cap. Lounge access was adequate was expecting more as cocktail hours there was no cocktail. Only wine and one type of beer was expecting cocktails or spirits being cocktail hours. There were vegetarian options in the lounge so not too bad. Pool and hot tub were great and good gym although wasn’t as clean as expected. Spa was lovely. Very well located 5 minutes walk from DECC.

This is a fantastic hotel, right across the road from the DECC Metro Stop so brilliant for travelling across Qatar. Staff were incredibly helpful especially the lady at the pool.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al pullman Doha e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera era molto grande pulita il letto comodo e grande, c’è una postazione per lavorare, a disposizione gratuitamente bollitore con caffè e tisane varie, macchina Nespresso con capsule e ogni giorno riforniscono bottigliette d’acqua. inizi la giornata con una stupenda colazione dal salato al dolce, pancake brioche succhi di frutta di tutto di più compreso anche piatti a richiesta… Vicino all’hotel si trova la fermata della metro Decc comodissima per girare tutta Doha estremamente pulita. Nelle vicinanze si trova anche il mall city center pieno di negozi e ristoranti da cui è possibile accedervi dalla metro. Doha é stata una bellissima scoperta consigliatissimo..

Very satisfied stay and experience on my first stay in Doha. Especially like the Score sport bar which accommodated my cigar smoking. Room was extremely clean including the bathroom area. I will return!!!

Our first time to Doha, so we wanted to be centrally located. Being a couple of minutes walk to the metro as well as two malls meant we had everything needed for our base for the week. The staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in and Bikram brought our bags to the impressive and spacious room. We look forward to returning to such a wonderful country soon.

As a frequent traveller, one of my most important considerations are comfort of bed and pillows as well as proximity to conveniences like food outlets. This hotel ranks very high. The firm mattresse, the memory tempur cushion, and being close to the Gate mall, which is an elegant small mall with a fair amount of quality food outlets makes it a perfect place to stay. As a frequent traveller, one of my most important considerations are comfort of bed and pillows as well as proximity to conveniences like food outlets. This hotel ranks very high. The firm mattresse, the memory tempur cushion, and being close to the Gate mall, which is an elegant small mall with a fair amount of quality food outlets makes it a perfect place to stay. I will surely stay here again

The customer service was mediocre at best when I arrived and the two days that I stayed. On the day of my checkout, the level managed to escalate to bad. I decided to order breakfast and the quality of food (as it was in the previous times) was extremely poor. When I called to inform them of the situation because I could not finish the dish, the employee had a bad attitude. They took the plate and told me “this is the way it is”, and neither gave me back the old plate, or replaced it with a new one. After an hour from placing a complaint and being told that the manager will give me a call, he eventually got around to doing so an hour later. He did offer to replace the dish, but there was no point because it was time for me to check out.

Couldn’t fault anything, I stayed for 8 nights and it was amazing. Everyone was helpful and welcoming, I felt as if they had known me for years. The service was top notch the location was central so you had so much around. Will definitely be coming here next time I am in Doha !!

Good location and quality infrastructure. It took about 40 minutes to check in (I just stood in line). Carpet in the room is dated as well.

We were travelling 3 persons on a business trip, 2 men and a woman. Upon arrival the hotel had booked us in a 3 bedroom suite and not the 3 individuel rooms we had booked. After many hours of travel, the last thing one needs is to spend hours trying to get the correct rooms sorted out. ALso, checking out was a disaster and took forever, to the point we nearly missed our flights. The hotel itself was nice, the cleaning staff and other staff were very nice. but the reception staff was a total mess. Very disappointed.

Our time here was very well accommodated from start to finish. We arrived a few hours before check in but Rim at reception saw we had a baby with us, managed to sort out the room within an hour and gave us a free upgrade too which was very much appreciated. All staff were excellent, the location was brilliant as it was central to all places, and the overall hospitality was spot on. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you

The hotel facilities are good. F&b staff is good. But reception and lobby is shabbily manned. Most times there is no one or assist with baggage in the parch area. Reception is always short staffed and mostly waiting in Qs. So separate check in/out desk for ALL members. Good stay but no feeling of VIP or status recognition

Our first time to Doha, so we wanted to be centrally located. Being a couple of minutes walk to the metro as well as two malls meant we had everything needed for our base for the week. The staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in and Bikram brought our bags to the impressive and spacious room. We look forward to returning to such a wonderful country soon.

Perfect location for accessing all Doha highlights. Two malls are within walking distance, as is access to the Metro. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty choice and all of the staff we encountered were super friendly.

Really nice 5 night stay at a super hotel where the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Superbly appointed room on the 12th floor with panoramic views and everything you could want for including desk large screen tv fridge and coffee machine. They have a sun terrace with a nice size swimming pool and breakfast offers pretty well anything you could wish for .There are two shopping malls right across the street /road as well as the Decc tube station all just a short walk away. Within the hotel lobby there is a representative of Dohabus , so booking tours is very much to hand and is exactly what we did. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana al pullman Doha e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la camera era molto grande pulita il letto comodo e grande, c’è una postazione per lavorare, a disposizione gratuitamente bollitore con caffè e tisane varie, macchina Nespresso con capsule e ogni giorno riforniscono bottigliette d’acqua. inizi la giornata con una stupenda colazione dal salato al dolce, pancake brioche succhi di frutta di tutto di più compreso anche piatti a richiesta… Vicino all’hotel si trova la fermata della metro Decc comodissima per girare tutta Doha estremamente pulita. Nelle vicinanze si trova anche il mall city center pieno di negozi e ristoranti da cui è possibile accedervi dalla metro. Doha é stata una bellissima scoperta consigliatissimo..

Welcoming hotel Jacob checked us in very friendly and helpful. Went up to the lounge as we had access. Wasn’t too bad same food most days. Staff were friendly. room was lovely but had to keep asking for items to be replenished, shower gel shower cap. Lounge access was adequate was expecting more as cocktail hours there was no cocktail. Only wine and one type of beer was expecting cocktails or spirits being cocktail hours. There were vegetarian options in the lounge so not too bad. Pool and hot tub were great and good gym although wasn’t as clean as expected. Spa was lovely. Very well located 5 minutes walk from DECC.

The room was big and very nice. Location is great, we got sea view. The whole staff was very courteous. Husseini at reception upgraded our room and the room was superb. Bathrooms were very big and had shower and tub. Water was supplied complimentary in abundance. I will highly recommend this hotel and will l9ve to stay in it again.

Stayed for 6 nights. We had issues with our first room but were later upgraded. We were visiting for a special occasion, so it would have been nice for the hotel to acknowledge it. Staff and management were friendly and genuinely tried to make our stay pleasant. The biggest disappointment was the vegetarian breakfast — bland and limited compared with other hotels. The chef did make me an aloo parantha, which was great, but otherwise the options were dull. The location is excellent for getting around and the reception team was helpful throughout our stay.
