Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer

Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca özellikle çocuk kulübünün geniş ve esnek saatlerde açık olması (sabah 8’den gece 12’ye kadar) bizim için büyük bir artıydı. Çocuklar istedikleri zaman girip çıkabildiler ve içeride çok çeşitli etkinlik alanları ile hem iç hem dış mekanda güzel parkurlar vardı. Bu sayede çocuklar tatilde sıkılmadan, keyifle vakit geçirdiler. Otelin denizi gerçekten çok güzeldi ve konaklama alanları ile aktivite alanları, havuzlar birbirine oldukça yakındı. Bu da bir yerden bir yere giderken çok fazla yorulmamamızı sağladı. Yemekler konusunda ise gayet yeterliydi; ne çok olağanüstü bir şey vardı ne de olumsuz bir durum, yani memnun kaldık. Özellikle oda temizliğimizden sorumlu Pervin Hanım’a da teşekkür etmek isteriz. Her gün odamızı özenle temizledi ve gerçekten tertemiz bir ortam sundu. Spa’da çift masajı aldık ondan da oldukça memnun kaldık.

Genel olarak her şey mükemmeldi sadece havuz ve deniz kenarındaki şezlong sayıları yetersizde yer bulmak için sabah erken kalkmanız lazım birde dış alandaki barda verilen içkiler kaliteli ama yemek sırasında restoranta aynı markalar yoktu

Otelin yakın zamanda yenilenmiş olması nedeniyle modern görünümlüydü. Havuz bu büyüklükte otel için küçüktü, kalabalık oluyordu. Aquaparkı beğendik. Odalar güzeldi. Yemek

Heel goed hotel. Lekker eten en drinken. Vlakbij strand. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Vriendelijk personeel. Temperatuur van zwembaden heel aangenaam en voldoende ligbedden.

Es gab an einem Tag beim Abendessen 3h kein Strom. Leider kein Flaschen Bier, nur Fassbier, sehr schade für 5 Sterne Hotel. Bei der Abreise im Aufhaltebereich mehrere Safes ohne Funktion. Kein Tennis Platz vorhanden, sehr schade für so ein schönes Hotel.

Absolutely brilliant hotel, staff couldn't do enough to help and served you quickly and the place was spotless. Kids loved the waterpark.

Odaların temizliği ve günlük bakımı güzeldi. Yemeklerin çeşitliliği ve yemekhanenin büyüklüğü iyidi, hiçbir zaman hiçbir şey için sıra bekleme durumu oluşmuyor. Denizi taşlı ve açıkçası kirliydi. Plaj, şezlonglar herkes için yeterliydi. Havuzları büyük olmasına rağmen otel mevcudu için özellikle öğleden sonra çok kalabalık oluyordu. Otelin genel olarak mimarisi modern ve şıktı. Personeller hep güleryüzlüydü. Son gün rahatsızlandım belki denizden belki havuzdan bilemiyoruz ama genel olarak memnun kalmıştık.

Otele ilk geliş anımızdan çıkışına kadarki süreçte personeller hep güler yüzlüydü, yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Garsonlar çok kibardı, yemekler lezzetliydi. Temizlik konusunda hiçbir eksiklik yoktu. Genel olarak dolu dolu geçirdiğimiz bir tatil oldu her şey için teşekkürler Swandor ailesi :)

Beautiful property with large public spaces to accommodate everyone. The food options in the daily buffet were immense. As it felt like large cruise ship, hand washing stations or sanitation before entering the buffet should be required. The communication about daily activities should be on the TV in several languages. Also for a 5 star hotel, the towels were thin and dingy.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Überall waren Ameisen und andere Insekten – auf den Kissen, in den Schränken, sogar im Haar meines Sohnes musste ich welche entfernen. Auf unsere Beschwerden gab es keinerlei Reaktion, weder einen Anruf noch irgendein Entgegenkommen. Die Rezeption und das Personal wirkten unhöflich und teilweise sogar frech. Getränke werden nicht an den Platz gebracht – jeder Gast muss sie sich selbst holen. Auch der Zustand der Ausstattung war enttäuschend: Die Handtücher waren alt und abgenutzt. Beim Essen fiel besonders die schlechte Qualität des angebotenen Fleisches auf – extrem zäh und hart. Stattdessen gab es sehr viel Hähnchen, vermutlich weil es günstig ist. An der Snackbar war das Essen lieblos „hingeworfen“, und die Burger-Patties erinnerten eher an minderwertige Fast-Food-Ware wie bei McDonald’s. Der Steg, der eigentlich das Highlight hätte sein können, wurde komplett abgedeckt. Das bedeutet, dass man dort keine Sonne mehr genießen kann, was für alle Sonnenanbeter sehr schade ist. Auch die Cocktails waren enttäuschend: lieblos gemischt, oft viel zu stark. Wenn man freundlich darauf hinweist, wird der Barkeeper sofort beleidigt und reagiert verärgert. Insgesamt leider keine Empfehlung.

Das Hotelpersonal ist unhöflich, die Reinigung ist schrecklich und das Hotel ist schlampig. Überall stehen Tausende von Menschen, und das Personal spricht fast kein Türkisch oder Deutsch. Die Reinigungskräfte in den Fluren sind sehr laut. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Otele girdiğinizde herşey çok güzel gözüküyor ama içine girdikçe sorunlar çıkıyor . Yabancı turistin biri bana terslendi üstüme içkisini döktü . Görevliler beni tuttular ama yabancı turiste hiçbir şey demediler. Ayrıca otel personeli sizin özel eşyanızı alıp resepsiyona götürebilir bunu da haklı görebilirler . Buna da hazırlıklı olun . Eğer paranız ile rezil olmak istiyorsanız gidin tabi. Yüksek puan veren kişiler çok otel gezmedikleri için verdiklerini düşünüyorum. Ben başka bir otelden buraya geldim . Farkı anladım . Son olarak aquapark yerleri leş gibi. Yalınayak dolaşmaya korkuyorsunuz . İnşallah ayaklarımda mantar olmaz .

Very nice hotel with great beach and pool area. Good variety of food at different options. New and spacious rooms and superb aquapark. Great for families with children.

Yenilenmiş odaları gayet güzeldi. Tesis genelinde hizmet kalitesi yüksekti. Yemeklerde genel olarak iyiydi. Döner Ankara dönerini aratmadı 👌

The room was insufficiently spacious to accommodate four members of a family. The remaining aspects were satisfactory. The waitstaff exhibited exceptional courtesy. The kindergarten was of satisfactory quality, although its performance is contingent upon the overall quality of the clientele during their stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The place is very spacious, the platform above the sea was the best - we basically spent all the day on it. There were shows every evening and other entertainment activities. We got a family duplex which was great for a family of five. Lastly but not the least, the food was amazing lots of variety and delicious. We will come back again.

Alt i alt var det en grei ferie. Servicen var god, og de ansatte var vennlige. Maten var veldig variert, men ikke særlig velsmakende. Det var ikke vanskelig å finne solseng ved bassenget. Ja, det er mange mennesker på hotellet, men utenom måltidene er det godt fordelt. Hotellet er rent, men rommene har dårlig lydisolasjon. Underholdningen og underholdningsteamet er bra, og det samme gjelder barneklubben.

The VIP Expedia benefits didn’t work so that was a waste of time. Don’t believe anything that’s on the Expedia website. I tried to reach out to Expedia but that didn’t work. The chat bot is a waste of time and no number to call. The hotel was very busy, crowded and noisy. Meal times were almost dangerous with guests walking around with plates of hot food and loads of congestion and bottle necks and queuing. There was little choice on food, especially for veggie and pescatarian options. The kids club was fantastic, best we’ve ever been to. Kids club staff were great. Bar and Restaurant staff were on the whole poor. The beach pier bar staff would sit down on the floor to hide from customers, even when there were long queues. Expect to be ignored when you are waiting for service at the bars. The comfort duplex room was good for a family of 6. Which is quite hard to find. The pool area played awful music (same 10 euro pop songs on repeat) really loudly for the whole week. The entertainment programme was confusing and badly communicated. Staff didn’t know what was happening. The music continued until midnight and kept us awake. There were a lot of Russians who were intent on drinking as much as possible. Drinking games and bar pong shouting shot shot shot shot in the pool bar at 11am in the morning! Then there was a fight in the car park in the evening when we were there between the same Russians. It was a very strange atmosphere. I wouldn’t go back.

Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wunderschön gepflegt, das Essen war hervorragend mit einer riesigen Auswahl, und die Atmosphäre insgesamt sehr angenehm. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal – von den Rezeptionisten bis zu den Kellnern war jeder stets bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Der Großteil der Gäste kommt aus Russland, weshalb man immer auf Russisch (selten Englisch) angesprochen wird. Für mich persönlich hat dadurch ein wenig das typisch Türkische gefehlt. Ein echtes Highlight war für mich der Spa-Bereich – einfach wow! Ich habe mir dort zweimal eine Massage gegönnt und es war absolut fantastisch. Pure Entspannung und sehr professionell – absolut empfehlenswert.💛

Die Hotelanlage ist schön und erholsam, das kulinarische Angebot hervorragend und das Restaurantteam sehr engagiert. Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es jedoch beim Servicegedanken am Empfang, bei der Zimmerreinigung sowie bei der Abreisebetreuung. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Struktur könnte dieses Resort das Gesamterlebnis deutlich steigern.

This hotel is simply amazing! From the moment we were greeted at the door, we felt welcomed and in good hands.I would like to thank the front desk team, they were extremely professional. Mr M. is in charge of guest relations.He is very professional and has a wonderful team who are all friendly and smiling.They work really hard to make all guests happy and they are always present at their desks in the lobby and available 24/7 via WhatsApp in case you need anything. My mom was newly operated and she got an exceptional service, she felt great at Swandor hotel and would like to come back. Special thanks to the team of Swandor restaurant, we had an excellent service. The food was very tasty and freshly made, different options everywhere. The entertainment team had a good entertaining schedule,I had productive days thanks to your creativity girls. The Rino kids club is something out of the ordinary, better than our european standards. My niece and nephew were so happy to discover all the activities you offered, the kids club has a professional team that is well trained.

Escroquée en toute impunité dès mon arrivée. On me réclame 450 euros sur le champs pour me donner ma chambre au prétexte que mon fils a plus de 12 ans. J’avais bien réservé sur hôtels.com pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 15 ans. Pourtant l’hôtel me dit qu’ils ont l’habitude de ce problème à l’arrivée des clients : ils volent de 450 euros sous peine de laisser dormir les gens dehors. Le tout avec un mépris et une arrogance rares de la part de la responsable qui m’a fait patienter 5h à la réception, au cas où elle recevrait un mail de mon agence. Mails jamais reçu évidemment car l’arnaque est bien huilée entre le hôtel et Expedia… Ensuite si vous aimez l’agitation, les grandes piscines vertes pleines avec la musique qui hurle toute la journée : vous serez servi! Pas d’animation pour les adolescents, ni pour les parents d’ailleurs. Aucune info sur rien, personne ne parle français dans l’hôtel et rares sont les anglophones. Un seul restaurant pour tout l’hôtel car les autres sont en suppléments. Pareil pour les jolies cabines de plage présentées comme gratuites… payantes aussi. L'hôtel respecte bien sinon son cahier des charges avec une bonne nourriture variée, de bons cocktails et un accès à la mer. Mais quel mépris et quel arrogance, même au moment du départ. Je vous passe le moment où ils n’ont pas retrouvé nos clés et tout le reste. Navrant. J’attends toujours un retour de l’hôtel et de média pour les désagréments subis. Mais personne ne répond pas

Yemekler gercekten cok lezzetli ve çeşitli. her noktada barlar oldugu icin iceceklere cok rahat ulasabiliyorsunuz. Denizi ılık ve temiz ama cabuk derinlesiyor. Her aksam iyi hazırlanmış programlar oluyor. Xzone eglence 10 numara. Biz çok memnun kaldik.

Otel personelleri çok samimi ve cana yakın. Herhangi bir problemde hemen yardımcı olma istekleri mükemmeldi.oteli beğendiğimiz için süreyi uzattık ve resepsiyonda Ömer beye öncelikle teşekkür ederim. Tatlılar mükemmeldi.

Otelin hizmeti, personel sayısı, temizliği, yemek çeşitliliği çok çok fazla. Tek problem deniz dalgalı ve taşlık olduğu için denizinden çok keyif alamadık. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için deniz düşündürücü olabilir, havuzu ve Aqua’sı yeterli olabilir

Çift olarak geldiğimiz tatilimizin 3 gece 4 günlük konaklamamızdan çok memnun kadık. Yemek çeşitleri, havuz, iskele ve deniz çok güzeldi. Herşey için teşekkürler Swandor Kemer. 10 üzerinden 10 puan.

Muhteşem bir tatildi. Deniz iskelesi sayesinde ilk defa denize doydum. Böyle bir iskele başka hiç bir otelde görmedim. Mükemmel bir denizi var ve otel doğaya çok saygılı. Temizlik kusursuzdu, imkanlar çok iyiydi, restoran kısımları muhteşemdi, yeme içme hem çok kaliteli hem lezizdi. İçeceğiniz içkiyi markasıyla istiyorsunuz ve asla yok demiyorlar, hiçbir şeyde ucuza kaçılmamış, tüm içecekler cam bardaklarda sunuluyor. Otelin her yerinde bar var neredeyse. Geç check out yapacaklar için düşünülmüş kısım sanırım başka hiçbir otelde yoktur. Sadece oda yatakları yeni olmasına rağmen biraz belimi ağrıttı, bunun dışında olumsuz hiçbir şey yok, bu yıl yaz bitmeden tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Tüm otel çalışanlarına ve yetkililerine teşekkür ediyorum.

The hotel is amazing, there is always something to do and the evening entertainment is probably the best we've seen. The buffet restaurant has a large variety of foods to cater for everyone. I would say that some proper napkins would be nice though as only tissues are used, even in the A La Carte restaurant, which we felt took away from the 5* rating. There are plenty of bars around the hotel so you are never waiting long for a drink and also the bar staff were very accommodating and made other drinks that weren't on the menu. We did feel like the alcohol had been watered down significantly though. The pool was always just the right temperature, with the sea being just as warm.

It’s a very modern / clean hotel. However, food is the same every day, doesn’t change. They claim to have 6 restaurants but they again are the same food. Also all al le Carte places you had to pay extra. There is no special attention as it feels like a free for all.. too many guests and too busy. It was super hot but not much shaded areas and beach was not sand but pebbles. Overall modern but for an all inclusive there is better.

Good points: Staff - friendly and polite (mostly) Waterpark - amazing size and variety Bars - all over the place and not long queues Loungers - no issues at all at anytime to get one or three Steak Restaurant - outstanding and a whole other level to the resort Entertainment - this was one of the best yet Rooms/grounds - all modern and well kept Bad points: Staff - some just took orders and vanished, others just stood and chatted rather than serving especially in the buffet for drinks. Turkish Restaurant - major let down. All dishes just brought out, put on table and undercooked chicken served which put us off the meal. Not the same level as steak restaurant at all. Food - this was getting repetitive by day 6 for us as it’s the same food in the snack buffet as the restaurant all day. Glasses - having glass by the pool is a major risk and should not happen Babies without swim nappies or naked in pools causing pool closures Cleaning staff (rooms) - only half cleaned and parts missed a lot. Had to ask for refills of toilet roll. Towels - room towels are tiny like for a child. Obscene pool level music - this is too much and too loud. No relaxation area. Overall - this hotel is not a 5* - for the following points are missing: 1. Rollerblading waiters/poolside service - missing unlike all other 5* properties 2. No alternate lunch options like snack or gozleme like other properties 3. No theme nights for buffet 4. No live cooking at all - not even omlettes

Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl . Die Mitarbeitern sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Gute Longdrinks, vom Essn her , finde ich leider keine frische Meeresfrüchte anzubieten ( außer nur an dem Samstagabend ) ! Naja, das ist Geschmacksache 😅
