Lovely hotel in a great location - close to all the sights but also quiet. Our room was clean, modern spacious and comfortable with nice little extras provided. It must be soundproofed too as we didnt hear a sound on the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold choices and the produce was good quality. There was free water, coffee, tea and sometimes cake available throughout the day. The staff were all lovely, cheery and professional. I couldn't fault the hotel. If I was to offer any constructive criticism, it would be to suggest changing toilet roll suppliers, it was a bit hard 😂 everything else was perfect

Geweldig hotel. Prima service en kamers. Ontbijt moet je gewoon doen zo goed. Binnenstad dichtbij op loop afstand 10 minuten. Parkeren voor de deur is een uitdaging maar meerdere parkeergarages in de buurt.

My Wife & I stayed at Halston Old Town for 5 nights, we were very pleased with our stay there: Location: 5 minutes walk to the main Market Square in the centre of the Historic Old Town. There are lots of excellent Bars & Restaurants within minutes walk of the Hotel. Transport: The Hotel is central to all transport links via the City Tram network. Room: The Rooms are large, very well equipped (fridge, tea, coffee, kettle) comfortable beds, sound proofed & serviced to a high standard. Staff: The Staff are all wonderful, very helpful, pleasant, engaging & everything came with a smile. Breakfast: The Breakfast was very tasty, a great variety of fresh food that was well cooked. The team there did everything to make sure the Service was 100% Reception: Confirmed our reservation 2 days before & requested our arrival time. We arrived a 01:00 in the morning & within 2 minutes of arrival we were checked in & on the way to our room. A big Thank You from both of us for making our stay so nice.

Great location. Quite but close to the center of the action. Pristine, extremely clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Super modern, nice rooms and bathroom. Ok hair dryer. Very kind and helpful staff. Loved the free tea and coffee in the lobby. Only thing I would add is an iron inside the room. PD: shower may be slippery. Would be back and recommend without a heartbeat!

Its our first time in Poland, decided to stay in Wroclaw as its closer the borders. The hotel was very new and clean hotel that is conveniently located in a great location with lots of restaurants. Absolutely loved our stay. Pity the christmas market werent open yet, but we could tell it would be even better when the market is opened. Service was so good too, always greeted with a smile when we enter the lobby. Such a vast difference from other european cities we were in before. We drove so it was a little inconvenient if there isnt street parking available. U have to park offsite and walk about 5 minutes. Its ok if we were alone but we had a young toddler and the weather was wet and cold when we were there which makes it unbearable. So when we managed to find a lot in front of the hotel, we never moved and commute by foot around since theres so much to do around the hotel.

Haston Old Town is a beautiful hotel very close to the main Square of Wroclaw. It has excellent facilities all in beautiful condition. We were welcomed on arrival by friendly reception staff. Room was spacious with lovely wet room. Facilities included, fridge, electric kettle, room safe and plenty of room to put clothes, long mirror. Very clean. Breakfast was amazing, choice of everything from cooked breakfast, bacon, eggs, beans, mushroom, sausage. Cold Meats, Cheese, Cereal, Yougurts, fruit, pastries, doughnuts, cake. Coffee Machine. 5* service. In the reception area, there was a lounge with coffee machine open 24 hrs, which was great on returning from a long walk. On our departure day, we left our cases with reception while we enjoyed the rest of our day. Later we returned to the lounge and had a coffee while we were waiting for our transport. I would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. A lovely base for exploring Wroclaw.

Personale della reception gentile e disponibile. Eccellente la disponibilità gratuita di acqua, sia al dettaglio che in bottiglietta da poter prendere in cambera, così come un distributore automatico di bevande calde nespresso. Molto gradito! Non ho usufruito della colazione perché costosa per quanto prendo io, ma ho visto che era veramente abbondante e se fatta tardi sostituisce tranquillamente il pranzo. Camera ampia, con letti comodi e tanti cuscini e tv enorme, con wifi (ho potuto guardare la tv proiettando il cell sullo schermo!) Doccia inadatta! senza chiusura, si bagnava il bagno nonostante l'attenzione. Per questo dovevo chiedere un asciugamano extra che... mi veniva rimosso quotidianamente! Le pulizie erano per finta. Asciugatura vetri e bagno, cambio asciugamani e piegare il telo letto. Stop. Non una volta in 7gg hanno pulito la moquette o spolverato le finestre (piene di insetti, dentro e fuori). Letto fatto molto alla buona, e pieno di pieghe. posizione strategica, a fianco della linea del tram e a 5m a piedi dalla piazza principale. Hotel ottimo per una vacanza turistica e per girare.

Hadde et flott opphold. Prøvde ikke frokost på hotellet, men rommet var bra. Masse flotte alternativer til frokost i nærheten. Gulvteppet hadde hatt godt av en rens, og litt hard seng, men ellers 10/10. Fint bad!

Lovely room. Super comfortable. I like the little coffee and water room when you walk in. Yummy chocolates. Nice front desk staff. Huge hotel. Easy walking to places. The tram out front can be annoying if you don’t like the noise but I don’t mind it I love trains in all forms.

Asciugatura vetri e bagno, cambio asciugamani e piegare il telo letto. Stop. Non una volta in 7gg hanno pulito la moquette o spolverato le finestre (piene di insetti, dentro e fuori). Letto fatto molto alla buona, e pieno di pieghe. posizione strategica, a fianco della linea del tram e a 5m a piedi dalla piazza principale. Hotel ottimo per una vacanza turistica e per girare.

Lovely hotel in a great location - close to all the sights but also quiet. Our room was clean, modern spacious and comfortable with nice little extras provided. It must be soundproofed too as we didnt hear a sound on the 3 nights we were there. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold choices and the produce was good quality. There was free water, coffee, tea and sometimes cake available throughout the day. The staff were all lovely, cheery and professional. I couldn't fault the hotel. If I was to offer any constructive criticism, it would be to suggest changing toilet roll suppliers, it was a bit hard 😂 everything else was perfect

My Wife & I stayed at Halston Old Town for 5 nights, we were very pleased with our stay there: Location: 5 minutes walk to the main Market Square in the centre of the Historic Old Town. There are lots of excellent Bars & Restaurants within minutes walk of the Hotel. Transport: The Hotel is central to all transport links via the City Tram network. Room: The Rooms are large, very well equipped (fridge, tea, coffee, kettle) comfortable beds, sound proofed & serviced to a high standard. Staff: The Staff are all wonderful, very helpful, pleasant, engaging & everything came with a smile. Breakfast: The Breakfast was very tasty, a great variety of fresh food that was well cooked. The team there did everything to make sure the Service was 100% Reception: Confirmed our reservation 2 days before & requested our arrival time. We arrived a 01:00 in the morning & within 2 minutes of arrival we were checked in & on the way to our room. A big Thank You from both of us for making our stay so nice.

Very close to centre but still a very quiet area. Cons: Didn't like the shower set-up, the lack of a door or screen meant the bathroom floor got covered in water and a lot of towels got used to make it safe to walk on. The toilet seat was soft close except for the last 3 inches where upon it closed with a resounding slam (R216). In room toiletries a bit average, was expecting something of a higher standard for the price

Nice property, well appointed rooms, very clean. Some elements of the room seem to be a little bit of style over substance, and would suggest that single rooms need a double duvet on the bed (this is only minor though). Disappointing that the desk was not manned for check out and had to find someone rushing around in the breakfast room. They did hold luggage, however, which was a pleasant extra. Overall, would definitely recommend to stay here.

Excellent hotel, lovely rooms and incredibly clean. Front desk team couldn't do enough for us, I needed to do some printing and they helped me out free of charge. The hotel was very quiet at night, we would certainly stay here again.

One of the best stays in Wrocław. A beautiful hotel located in the very center of Wrocław. Clean modern and stylish rooms. Tasty breakfasts. Everyone is smiling and helpful, but Mrs. Iga from reception deserves a special mention, showing extraordinary professionalism and a perfect approach to guests during check-in and throughout all stay.

Was a bit hesitant due to when I had contacted them ahead of time they told me to refer back to the website when they could've given me a direct response. Room was very clean and staff was nice. Great convenient area to walk and explore.

Amazing location, close to center of town but area is quiet. Tram stopped almost in front of doorstep from the train station. Breakfast was comprehensive and service was excellent. Would love to stay again the next time in Wrocław.

Really nice spacious room , quick and pleasant check-in . The area is close to many things ( short walking distance) in the old town , getting there is easy .. bus 106 to Renoma then Tram 6 towards kromera getting off at Ossolineum ( uniwersyteckak) then the hotel is just around the corner , literally! We enjoyed our 2 nights there in beautiful Wroclaw!

Great location in the old town- tho not an old hotel. Easy to walk everywhere. Breakfast was excellent- cooked to order eggs and great buffet. Great service. Duvet on bed was too hot so a blanket as an in between would be a welcome addition.

Eccellente la disponibilità gratuita di acqua, sia al dettaglio che in bottiglietta da poter prendere in cambera, così come un distributore automatico di bevande calde nespresso. Molto gradito! Non ho usufruito della colazione perché costosa per quanto prendo io, ma ho visto che era veramente abbondante e se fatta tardi sostituisce tranquillamente il pranzo. Absolutely amazing property in Wroclaw! Have stayed here twice and will continue to stay whenever I am in town. Lovely staff, comfortable rooms with air conditioning and I have to mention the breakfast. It is seriously one of the most delicious breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel ever. Buffet style with so many fresh options including many delicious pickles but option for eggs cooked to order. Highly recommend!

A beautiful hotel set in a restored 14th-century Gothic townhouse, ideally located just steps from the Main Market Square. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I especially appreciated the 24/7 hot drink machine in the lounge area. A beautiful hotel set in a restored 14th-century Gothic townhouse, ideally located just steps from the Main Market Square. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I especially appreciated the 24/7 hot drink machine in the lounge area. The rooms were spacious, with large bathrooms, and had the feel of a private apartment rather than a typical hotel room. A wonderful place to stay when visiting Wrocław!
