Couple of things to be aware of, byo towels and war plugs if you dislike traffic noise. Central tram to city stopping literally outside the door. Clean and basic fit out.

We chose this place due to its convenient location (proximity to downtown Melbourne without the city prices and to family which we were visiting). We enjoyed our 18 night stay as it provided just what we needed. The apartment is equipped with all you need, incl washer/dryer and kitchen amenities, including coffee, tea etc. Washing powder, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel and cleaning material for the kitchen (dishwasher tablets etc) were also provided. The next Cole supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and several take always are only 5 mins walk away, if you prefer to 'dine in'. With the tram (stop outside the front door), it is c20 mins into the center / 15 mins to the Queen Victoria market or you could walk through the park which starts across the road. The Zoo is also walking distance just as Sydney Road which also offers many shops and restaurants. The apartment has air condition units in the living space and bedroom and a electric heater for colder mornings/evenings. We had an issue with one of the doors which was promptly attended to and we also received a little Christmas present, which we appreciated. if we were to return, we would certainly consider staying here again.
