L'Estrade 4 - Appartement 2 bedrooms with the view lake & garage

Très bel appartement avec une belle terrasse avec vue sur le lac. Très près du centre ville, tout se fait à pied. Un peu de difficulté à trouver la place, pas suffisamment d'instructions.

This is a great flat with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. The location is a 5 minute walk from Annecy old town and can't be beaten - it's perfect for going out in the evening. The road is very busy so it's not quiet on the balcony, but the double glazing is excellent. It has all the mod cons we need (including being able to log into all our TV apps for the teens!) and is clean and secure.

A lovely property, close to Annecy old town and with a fabulous view of the lake.

Lovely apartment, clean, bright, well equipped, comfortable beds, 5 mins walk into old town. Suited family of 5 brilliantly.
