Outstanding resort! Excellent 3 storey gym, Muay Thai classes, healthy restaurants with an amazing variety of dishes. Awesome rooftop bar, poolside smoothies & desserts to die for. Will definitely be back for longer next time!

Das Hotel ist der Wahnsinn! Sehr modern, von der Lobby, über den Pool, die Restaurants, bis hin zu den Zimmern. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr zuvorkommend. Das Fitnessstudio, das sich über drei Etagen erstreckt, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Moderne Geräte in wirklich gutem Zustand, klimatisiert, es gibt einen Wasserspender und es hat 24/7 geöffnet.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool - it was absolutely huge and such a lovely place to relax. We tried two of the hotel’s restaurants, which had delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. The evenings at CHICA Lounge were especially lovely, with live music that created such a great vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spotless, and the staff were ever so friendly throughout our stay. We also really loved the hotel’s app - it made everything so easy, from requesting extra drinking water and fresh towels to messaging the front desk with any questions. We had a wonderful time here and would definitely recommend it!

Bel environnement beaucoup d arbres les chambres sont bien entretenus. Tres belle salle de sport Par contre souci a la piscine l eau est trouble (ca a dure les 3 jours ou on etaient présents) souci au niveau de l entretien Transat piscine pas confortables du tout et le tour de la piscine n est pas nettoye régulièrement Hotel excentré

Great modern hotel. A bit of an oasis of calm in busy Phuket. Excellent sports facilities, great Muay Thai trainers in particular. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the hotel had a great spa, several pools, and an amazing gym which is perfect if you like staying active during your vacation. However, there are a few things that could be better. The hotel is quite far from places you might want to visit, so you need a car, scooter, or taxi to get around. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus to Rawai Beach, but you still have to walk quite a bit to actually reach the beach. The shuttle also goes to Naiharn Beach, which was a big disappointment. The sunbeds by the pools are old, broken, worn out, and uncomfortable. The sun lounger towels provided are too small to cover the whole sunbed, which is not very comfortable either. The food at the hotel is good but it's more expensive than what you would normally expect to pay in Thailand. All the rooms we checked had a moldy smell which wasn't very nice. We asked to change rooms right when we got there, but all the ones we saw had the same problem. At night, the hotel can get quite noisy with some guests who like to get drunk and high late into the night. Also, the hotel has a digital concierge app, but it's hit or miss whether they respond quickly or at all. It's usually better to just use the phone. They have a monthly brunch which is nice, but it's mostly older people who attend. The breakfast has a fair variety of food but it's not as extensive as it seems.

Beautiful hotel/lush greenery. Excellent service. Restaurant/cafe food and drinks all very tasty. Nice breakfast buffet. We had a nice second floor unit with balcony facing away from pool that we enjoyed very much. The fitness center is pretty epic, lots of good workouts. Amazing massage. The facilities are however feeling worn, torn cushions on gym equipment, stains on restaurant sofas, shower grout/tile needs cleaning/resealing. Spa areas felt beat up, not well maintained. Very kid friendly, which was not so much for us, but we had a private room/location away from the pool noise.

A good resort, but not a five-star experience. We had a cockroach in our room that disappeared behind the bed. Despite calling twice, the staff only sent a cleaner who was unable to resolve the issue. When we went to the reception, the night staff was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting there was nothing they could do—even though the resort was nearly empty. It was a disappointing way to handle the situation and certainly not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. That said, we did enjoy the spa, gym, and pools. We stayed for a week, which was enough. Overall, it was a decent stay—but we won’t be returning.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. I had a much better stay my first time. I was given an unclean room this time, and the internet didn't work. However, the staff resolved my issues promptly but considering its status as a 5-star hotel, I was disappointed that I still had to go through this. When arriving at the hotel after a long flight, my family and I wanted to rest and not worry about changing rooms or things not working correctly.

Sehr schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, extrem freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit. Tolles Fitness Studio mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, unbedingt dazu buchen. Restaurant und Café sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist mega. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen.Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

This was a beautiful and clean property with no bugs anywhere. Beautiful dining areas. Beautiful pools. It's quiet. Our room has a private pool with 2 bedrooms, a dining area, and living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our one- week stay!

I loved my stay at STAY well-being in Phuket. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and super clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious and my favourite in all the hotels I stayed in thailand. there were many options for all taste. The gym was beyond my expectations, it was very clean and there were a lot of machines. The gym was never crowded since it’s build on 3 levels. The Ac in the rooms and the gym was very refreshing. The pool areas are nice with lots of chairs. The hotel is a bit far (30 min) from the city Center and some touristic areas. Renting a scooter is the best way to get around. The Rawai area is perfect to relax, it’s very calm and safe.

Overall the stay has good. Our room had difficulties with the electricity several days and the staff helped us but it happened several days. The pool suite tas large but unfortunately very sharp in the bottom. I would not stay here again cause it isat suitable for a family with children and far away from beachen and stores/food. Food options also very few. For a couple og travveling with Friends who Wish for Sun, pool and quiz this is a good stay.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. I had a much better stay my first time. I was given an unclean room this time, and the internet didn't work. However, the staff resolved my issues promptly but considering its status as a 5-star hotel, I was disappointed that I still had to go through this. When arriving at the hotel after a long flight, my family and I wanted to rest and not worry about changing rooms or things not working correctly.

Hotel is too noisy. Walls are very thin. You can hear everything, from the room next door to the room on top. All hours of the day and night. The hotel is not close to the beach or any attractions, it’s isolated and in the middle of a local residential small houses. You can’t walk anywhere.

Stay is extremely cheap, the staff warned us about charging for a lost plastic room card. Suite was bare bones. The absolute cheapest quality utensils. Very poorly equipped kitchen. The couch was cheaper quality than ikea. The shower and washroom are extremely tight. For this price point there’s better options.

Great hotel, fabulous gym. Staff were always helpful and very courteous. Bed was very hard and uncomforable. There is absolutely no evening entertainment, not even a games room.

A good resort, but not a five-star experience. We had a cockroach in our room that disappeared behind the bed. Despite calling twice, the staff only sent a cleaner who was unable to resolve the issue. When we went to the reception, the night staff was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting there was nothing they could do—even though the resort was nearly empty. It was a disappointing way to handle the situation and certainly not what you’d expect from a five-star hotel. That said, we did enjoy the spa, gym, and pools. We stayed for a week, which was enough. Overall, it was a decent stay—but we won’t be returning.

Quiet route towards the hotel quite scary. Receptionists not as friendly as the restaurants and bar staffs. Compliment to only three staffs that gave undivided attention and being authentic. They’re Sofia from Green Cafe, Nink and Cherry from Chica. Housekeeping staffs are also nice but I didn’t capture their names.

Had a rough start but once I mentioned the poor service at arrival, everything changed. I’ve been here 6 different times and I love this place. But the prices have jumped up so much!A coconut is $8! +tip. The food is very good but the prices! Ouch.Had a massage at the spa ( it’s 3x more here) and it was not good. It’s the same quality masseur as those little shops outside. Waste of $.The buffet breakfast is a must, they have their own coffee and it’s so good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pools here are the cleanest I’ve seen. Staff are all friendly and helpful. ( although it didn’t start that way) they did really well to accommodate me. I’m here alone, 7 months pregnant and asked for room near the lobby. It wasnt- then I was moved to a swim up room to compensate which was easier for me. They arranged pick up outside my room to bring me to breakfast. They helped to bring me my outside food orders. Gave me a fan to help me sleep better. And made me feel safe while here alone. Cons: to much smoking everywhere outside. I couldn’t sit on my swim up balcony without breathing cigarette smoke and I’m pregnant! I was disappointed the hotel would do nothing about this. ( just move me rooms) you smell weed and cigarettes all the time. Spoils sitting at the pool trying to get fresh air. It’s a wellness resort - why are people smoking all the time? It’s gross. Policy needs to change! Beds are way to hard, I brought my own memory foam. I highly recommend but if non- smoker beware

It's a gorgeous hotel. The staff is professional and friendly. I accidentally booked for the wrong period, and they were honest and refunded. My daughter and I are in love with this hotel and we are coming back in December.

This is my 2nd stay here. First was in 2019, and now 2023, it is still in as good condition as it was in 2019. The property is well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food choices is plentiful, delicious and decently priced. Will be happy to stay here again soon!

Stay Wellbeing was a perfect stay for us. It's not in the middle of everything so if you leave the resort you must get a taxi. Rawai beach is a close 10-15 minutes and has many shops and restaurants. You can rent a boat but there isn't much beach. Nai Harn is the next beach over and is stunning, not nearly as many shops and places to eat but it's very relaxing. The resort's spa and gym are top notch, everyone is kind and will help you with anything you need. The walk out pool from the room was such a treat. We would highly recommend staying here.

The pools are not as big as they look on the property however all other aspects satisfied or exceeded expectations. A little remote but shuttle service and reasonably priced transport meant this was not a problem. Super healthy food options and exceptional staff.

pros: very quiet, peaceful and private area. facilities are very new and well-maintained. cons: difficult to get in and out without rental transport. lucky we did so it wasn't an issue at all. traffic can be quite busy/slow coming down from the north-east as compared to the west side of the island

Over all is excellent, but only location is not convenient. We like the parking can park near our stay. Room a surprise me, very clean, bright, and comfortable, but isn’t a smart tv and have no speaker. Breakfast and dinner a very good, lots of dishes for choose, and it’s delicious. Will stay again!!

An sich ist das Hotel sehr schön, aber den Preis definitiv nicht wert. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen und für uns Standard dafür dass das Hotel 2500 € kostet hätten wir erwartet, dass es eventuell mehr Extras hat denn die 2500 € sind ohne Verpflegung Für uns war es einfach ein schönes Hotel. Es gibt Pool’s und ein Fitnessstudio und auch Restaurants aber nichts besonderes. Für diesen Preis. Für den Preis hätte man woanders ein Zimmer All Inclusive bekommen und vielleicht sogar noch ein privat Pool. Dadurch, dass es so abgelegen war, musste man jedes Mal ein Taxi rufen, was auch in die Tasche geht

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the hotel had a great spa, several pools, and an amazing gym which is perfect if you like staying active during your vacation. However, there are a few things that could be better. The hotel is quite far from places you might want to visit, so you need a car, scooter, or taxi to get around. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus to Rawai Beach, but you still have to walk quite a bit to actually reach the beach. The shuttle also goes to Naiharn Beach, which was a big disappointment. The sunbeds by the pools are old, broken, worn out, and uncomfortable. The sun lounger towels provided are too small to cover the whole sunbed, which is not very comfortable either. The food at the hotel is good but it's more expensive than what you would normally expect to pay in Thailand. All the rooms we checked had a moldy smell which wasn't very nice. We asked to change rooms right when we got there, but all the ones we saw had the same problem. At night, the hotel can get quite noisy with some guests who like to get drunk and high late into the night. Also, the hotel has a digital concierge app, but it's hit or miss whether they respond quickly or at all. It's usually better to just use the phone. They have a monthly brunch which is nice, but it's mostly older people who attend. The breakfast has a fair variety of food but it's not as extensive as it seems.

Sehr schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, extrem freundliches Personal, immer hilfsbereit. Tolles Fitness Studio mit allem was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, unbedingt dazu buchen. Restaurant und Café sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist mega. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen.Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

Le séjour à l’hôtel Stay dépasse largement si la chambre était confortable ou non. En réalité la chambre est correcte, spacieuse et sympa mais passe rapidement au second plan. En effet le cadre de verdure est incroyablement pensé pour que l’on se sente à la fois dans son jardin, et à la fois dans une jungle luxuriante avec une piscine pour rivière. Le séjour à l’hôtel Stay dépasse largement si la chambre était confortable ou non. En réalité la chambre est correcte, spacieuse et sympa mais passe rapidement au second plan. En effet le cadre de verdure est incroyablement pensé pour que l’on se sente à la fois dans son jardin, et à la fois dans une jungle luxuriante avec une piscine pour rivière. I loved my stay at STAY well-being in Phuket. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and super clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious and my favourite in all the hotels I stayed in thailand. there were many options for all taste. The gym was beyond my expectations, it was very clean and there were a lot of machines. The gym was never crowded since it’s build on 3 levels. The Ac in the rooms and the gym was very refreshing. The pool areas are nice with lots of chairs. The hotel is a bit far (30 min) from the city Center and some touristic areas. Renting a scooter is the best way to get around. The Rawai area is perfect to relax, it’s very calm and safe.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the hotel had a great spa, several pools, and an amazing gym which is perfect if you like staying active during your vacation. However, there are a few things that could be better. The hotel is quite far from places you might want to visit, so you need a car, scooter, or taxi to get around. The hotel does offer a shuttle bus to Rawai Beach, but you still have to walk quite a bit to actually reach the beach. The shuttle also goes to Naiharn Beach, which was a big disappointment. The sunbeds by the pools are old, broken, worn out, and uncomfortable. The sun lounger towels provided are too small to cover the whole sunbed, which is not very comfortable either. The food at the hotel is good but it's more expensive than what you would normally expect to pay in Thailand. All the rooms we checked had a moldy smell which wasn't very nice. We asked to change rooms right when we got there, but all the ones we saw had the same problem. At night, the hotel can get quite noisy with some guests who like to get drunk and high late into the night. Also, the hotel has a digital concierge app, but it's hit or miss whether they respond quickly or at all. It's usually better to just use the phone. They have a monthly brunch which is nice, but it's mostly older people who attend. The breakfast has a fair variety of food but it's not as extensive as it seems.
