Ce chic appartement de deux chambres en bord de mer niché entre les plages avant et arrière de Rye est sûr d'impressionner.

The property was comfortable and had a lovely ambience. We particular loved the back deck that looked over the treed garden.

First impressions, the place looked excellent. Overall we were very happy with the place. A bit of maintenance on cupboard fixings by adjustments and screw tightening is required.

If you cannot navigate a tight car park downhill from the road with a curve in/out then park on the nature strip. Bar fridge so not much room for food. 2 x electric hotplates which sit on top of the microwave which sits on top of the bar fridge. Too high to cook for someone under 165cm TV is not a smart TV so bring your laptop and HDMI chord. The deck gets no sun and if the owners above water their plants it drips through to your deck below. The deck has a small grassed area with trees overhanging so barely any sun. The fall from the deck to the bottom of the garden is massive so I wouldn’t bring young children.

Cosy and clean little downstair studio with fresh and comfortable bedding, and a nice undercover deck and backyard. There were residents upstair, while they weren't noisy as such, we could hear the moving of multiple furnitures and movie they watched as sound travel through the floor boards and balcony and we did find it hard to sleep the first night due to the noise.. There were condiments (ketchup, bbq sauce and balsamic dressings) in the fridge, but two were all expired and one is empty. A few boxes of tissues would be a nice touch too.

First impression - modern yet well designed 2 BR property. Good size bathroom with a great tub and shower. Quiet neighborhood yet reasonably close to all the local major tourist attractions. Good for couples looking for a weekend escape.
