The room was very convenient, in-unit laundry and kitchen were a great ammenity to have. Room was also very spacious.

It was around popular restaurants, and sightly busy streets, but was mostly next to other apartment-like structures. Responses from staff for extra toilet paper/towels were met by email and was responded immediately in 20 minutes. Had a nice check-in area to drop off bags day of to be locked in, until the check in time of 3PM. Beds were comfortable and the shows were a plus. Hotels used a code instead of a key to log in, it was helpful with multiple people sharing the room. Balcony was spacious, looking down at the people below to the streets. 5 min away from 7/11. Alot of us didn't want to leave.

I like the idea of fully automated service. All amenities well thought of. Best was washer and dryer included.

Room was very clean and complete with laundry and kitchenette. 7/11 and a tax free shop was nearby. Also a 5 minute walk to Iriya station. Would stay here again!

Its a nice quiet area, close to the subway (iriya station is a 6min walk). The room was spacious and clean. Front desk is virtual, so may bee difficult if you need anything. Luggage storage space is limited and not monitored. Basically it is a bike lock in the front reception area. Great for large groups, especially if your kids like bunk beds!

We are a family of 4 with kids age 8/10. They love this hotel that I booked for our first trip to Tokyo. We love the space in the room. The room is well equipped with everything we need. The washer/dryer is great for our everyday laundry. We also love how our air conditioner is strong to keep us cool at night. Will definitely book back again.

AVOID: Unsanitary, Deceptive & No Service This is not a hotel, but a poorly managed, unhygienic apartment with absent staff. Our 9-night stay was horrible. We booked a 3-bed room but got 2 beds and a regular couch; the advertised "sofa bed" does not pull out. The "24/7 front desk" is a lie, it's an unmanned iPad. Where you have to figure out which of the dozen apps gets you to the receptionist. All guest conversations are public, so don't complain about your neighbours that wake you at 3am stomping around. The hygiene was appalling. Bedding provided for the couch was a duvet and a pillow, no covers or sheets and visible blood stains. Other pillows and mattresses were also stained on inspection. The shower drain, clogged with old hair, flooded the bathroom. The room was cleaned only once during our entire stay. The hotel's contact app didn't work, the front desk iPad team didn't care. After helping check-in the only staff member present at the time ran into a bathroom and was violently ill. We were told someone would bring proper bedding to our room, but no one ever arrived after 2 hours. We were forced to sleep in two beds for the 9 nights. When we requested Expedia to get a refund to leave, Expedia was unable to contact the hotel by phone. Travel insurance doesn't allow hygiene as a reason for changing hotel. The offline Expedia team later confirmed the hotel refused to refund. Do not stay here.

お部屋がとても綺麗で過ごしやすい空間でした。 ベッドが広くて快適でした。 バスルームにある備え付けのシャンプーもいい香りで使い勝手抜群でした。 しかし、食器類が少し汚かったのが気になりました。洗い直せば使うことができる程度でしたので、気にならない方もいるかと思いますが参考程度に。 また利用したいと思います。

掃除と洗濯はプロに任せましょう。 ●タオル、シーツともにシミがついていた ●ソファも椅子も染みだらけで気持ち悪い ●入室して直ぐ、床に埃と爪切り後の爪が落ちているのを見つけたので直ぐに掃除機をかけなければいけなった （掃除機が部屋に無かったので受付のタブレットで問い合わせたら、午前中に清掃の人がいるので探して伝えてと言われた。途中から居合わせて聞いていた受付の方が、申し訳なさそうに予備の掃除機を貸してくれた。） ●整えられたベッドの掛け布団をめくると、複数の髪の毛や塵みたいなものが挟まっていた ●洗濯機のゴミ取りネットに数ヶ月分と思われるゴミがごっそり溜まっていて、誰のものか分からないゴミを触る羽目になった ●湿気でこびりついた床の埃が複数、拭き掃除してませんよね 清潔感は一番大事なところです。 立地と間取りは良いですが、不快なので二度とこちらの系列宿は利用しません。

部屋が広く家族4人で過ごしやすいホテルでした。 良かった点は駅から近く住宅地なのでコンビニやスーパーもあり小さな子連れでも利便性が良かったことと、部屋は広くキッチン付きなのでお弁当を温めたり食器を洗えたり、子どもたちと快適に過ごせたことです。 ただソファ下や部屋の隅などに前の人のゴミが落ちたままだったので自分で掃除機をかけなおしたので清潔感は星２つにしました。 総合的には良いホテルだったと思います。

We found garbage of someone sick on the balcony... The overall cleaness could be better. That killed our expectations to what we looked for. They compensated us we a late check in. The lack of soundproofing, we had a family upstaire the first night walking loud and making noise with chairs and table. We called the concierge and the second night was better. Checkout time could be at 11h am.

Was a great place to stay as a family of four. So much space and great quiet area not far from shops or train station. The only downside was that the room could have been cleaned better.

Room was good size for our family of 4, some of the extra bedding mats were stained and there was no linen for the extra bed, maybe it was at an extra cost, but it wasn’t clear even though we had booked for 4 people. Very close to Iriya station and short walk to Asakusa. The local supermarket Inageya is very nice, great for picking up meals and snacks. Overall great place to stay!

footsteps in rooms above were easily heard. Room also has automatic sensor lights that have the sensor taped over but does also misoperated in middle of night. Area did not have many dining options very close by. The rooms were clean and the service from both onsite and offsite were quick and good. Check in was fast.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel, perfect for our family of six. Each of us enjoyed our own spacious area, allowing for plenty of privacy and comfort. The accommodations were thoughtfully designed, making it easy for everyone to relax and unwind after our daily adventures.

Clean room, with laundry machine and not far from the Iriya station (Hibiya line, 1 stop to Ueno) so very convenient. Perfect for a family of 4, missing 1 bed for 5.

Quite near to Iriya subway station. During winter, condensation on windows and door are extreme to the point that window curtains got wet as if rain leaked through.

Check in was very easy. Staff is also available on call which helps for later check ins. Deluxe room was very nice and clean. It was big enough for a group of 6 guys although there is only one bathroom in the room. There is another bathroom in the lobby. Shower is spacious and there is a washer/dryer combined unit. Very pleasant experience! Will definitely want to stay again in the future! Staff is also available for chatting and they even helped me do some research for nice places to visit!

Communication in English needs improvement

전체적으로 만족합니다. 체크인을 직원을 하는게 하느라 QR코드를 이용한 시스템으로 진행되기에 정각 3시에 맞춰서 체크인이 가능했습니다. 그리고, 체크인시에 여권등 확인이 영상통화를 통해 진행되었습니다.

Not having a front desk service was difficult.

This is self check in hotel without front desk staff. Very confusing and time consuming. The room was clean and roomy. Our room was on the ground floor near the elevator and close to the front entrance. We Keep hearing stumping from up above us. The sensor light from our room keeps going on and off. The location is far from everything. The nice thing about this hotel is very quiet and nice neighborhood. It’s just too far from everything.

It was a home away from home. Grocery store and 7/11 were just a 3 min walk.

It is in a quiet and safe residential area. However, it is a walking distance to the Iriya station. One needs to transit to another major train line in order to get to the popular places. Everything else in the hotel is above average. No additional amenities for refill were available at the lobby like other hotels.

Lovely stay! Surprisingly large room for Tokyo, and property is very well kept. It is a little far from "center of the city" but it is very close to the subway and so it was still quite easy to get around. Lovely and quite area.

This is self check in hotel without front desk staff. Very confusing and time consuming. The room was clean and roomy. Quiet neighbourhood. Close to transport, supermarket and convenience stores. Great apartment.
