Great quality apartment, fabuously comfy bed. Spacious and well appointed. Very friendly reception staff. Wellness suite such a bonus - sauna, steam room and foot bath. Local shops and buses 5 minutes walk away. Nice quiet area, easy to get in to Amsterdam by no 22 or 48 bus, or cycle. Would definitely book again.

We loved our stay at BOAT & CO! The property is clean, stylish and the service is top notch. Love that they have bikes available for guests! We ate at the restaurant (tasty), used the gym (well equipped) and enjoyed the sauna (rejuvenating). Highly recommend this property and we will absolutely stay again on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Great room with full kitchen and Nespresso coffee service in room. Complimentary bikes was super helpful. Located within walking distance of Amsterdam Central. The Spa is included and fantastic with mineral salt foot soak and state of the art fitness center. Highly recommend without reservation!!

Great hotel, the restaurant is amazing, if you're too tired to go out you won't feel like you missed out on a good meal. Gym is fantastic, the spa is free, and they have free fruit every morning. The laundry is $6 for a wash and dry, easy to use. There's also a barbershop onsite.

Really lovely stay & nice to not be right in the thick of it, whilst still having the centre in walking distance 😊. Only one thing that was a slight negative - you have to book time to use the gym / sauna which felt quite restrictive.

Fantastic stay! The room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and having access to the sauna made the experience even better. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. Definitely worth visiting and I would happily stay again.

La seule chose que je suis pas contente , c’est deux fois j’ai posé la pancarte pour faire la chambre et les deux fois que nous sommes rentrés la chambre n’a pas été faite. Quand nous rentrons après avoir fait 70 klm en vélo, il est agréable de rentrer avec une chambre propre .

New hotel in a quiet and safe residential area with supermarkets nearby which is convenient. Welcoming staff, everything is managed well and very clean. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Hygiene bathroom with strong shower. 30 mins walk to Central train station, but it’s pleasure and easy walk on the way seeing all the shops and buildings. Highly recommend and wish they keep their high standards.

The rooms were clean but could have used a little maintenance. The design and layout was nice. Very poorly lit rooms. The shower leaks into the bathroom when in use. A negative was the lack of daily room cleaning.

The July was absolutely lovely. I have OCD and will only stay where the place feels clean. The bathroom was spotless, the bed and bedding was clean (and comfortable - I slept like a baby) The staff were super friendly and gave us some really lovely restaurants to go and try (we’re foodies!!) and any bits missing from the room, they sorted in less than 5 minutes after calling the front desk. I could literally have stayed for another two weeks there to be honest and I’m hoping to come back asap (when I can afford a longer stay). It’s about a 25/30 min walk to central Amsterdam and it’s an easy enough walk. The ferry is about a 10 minute walk away too, so great to get to the artsy side of dam. The only thing I didn’t love was the TV - we luckily brought a cable to connect our iPad to use Netflix etc, but if you don’t have that, you can only watch a couple channels and the apps don’t load properly - it took me a while to get YouTube up and I can’t even remember how I did it in the first place! I can’t say that’s the case for every room and is only a slight negative if you wanted to chill and watch something after being out all day.

Really spacious room with comfortable bed, updated large bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The hotel restaurant has a great view of the water front. The staff were all friendly. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to bus station to get into Amsterdam, but yet has a quiet, residential feel. Overall highly recommended.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever been in. 10 minutes by bus from city centre. Lovely location by the water, fantastic apartment room, great air conditioning, etc. etc. Everything was amazing. I absolutely loved it!

The room was huge - especially for Europe! There’s a little sitting area, kitchen area and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel smells amazing too. Staff were super friendly. The bar and restaurant is good and they have events through the week. Hummus on the menu was sooo good. The location is great on the water; a little outside of the city center but accessible to all types of transport. Uber - 10-15 min to pretty much anywhere Bus - stop 5 min walk away and takes you right to Central station (use Apple Pay!) Ferry - 5 min walk to the Ferry - to the Straat museum - and the ferry is free! Will definitely be back to Amsterdam and this hotel!

The room was a studio apartment with sittng area, kitchen,toilet, and bedroom. The view was spectacular! Overlooking the river where we could sit and watch people, ducks and dogs swim and have fun.

Stayed here several times when working in Amsterdam. Fantastic hotel, staff and rooms everything is so lovely. U can borrow bikes for free and I also got to borrow one they day of check out which was highly appricted since I used it to get to work. The rooms are spacious and fabolus. Higly recommend this hotel, the service of the staff members is fantastic!

My partner and I stayed here for our first ever trip to Amsterdam to celebrate her birthday. We loved this hotel! Luca from the front desk was so welcoming and very friendly with lots of suggestions of things to do in the city. The hotel is quiet, safe, clean, and we will definitely be back!

Lukas of Luca I cant remember the name fully was such a refreshing face when checking in. I myself worked in a 4 star hotel and saw alot of similarities, he flawlessly checked us in and was super friendly offered us some advice in the city and we made some small talk. Props to him and the rest of the staff!

Unfortunately, the service at this hotel really falls flat. The rooms are cute and well decorated, bed is comfortable, all good on that end. But the service is very lacking. All the staff are very young and don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. The breakfast “buffet” was very lacking and the structure of it is so strange (you can get what you want from the tiny buffet area which is mainly yogurt and crossiants, then you order one thing off their menu which is omelettes, etc) but the service around that was awkward and uncomfortable. We tried dinner at the restaurant one night and kept getting the run around on where we could sit and who would be serving us. It was quite the mess. We even called down for more toilet paper once and it was never delivered - my husband had to go grab more downstairs a few hours later. You also have to reserve time at the gym and can’t just go whenever you want. Lots of strange things, but the room itself is very nice. They just really need to work on better service!

Love the staff here - nothing is too much bother for them, they greet you with a smile and a chat and are available 24/7 should the need arise. The hotel is spotless but homely and the beds are so comfortable it's an effort not to climb in as soon as you enter the room. We return here time and again because we have found nothing to come close in Amsterdam, thank you.

I normally don't bother leaving reviews but this was an excellent hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. The rooms were large, comfortable and stylish. When selecting hotels we were concerned that being outside of the central area would be a hassle, but we were very happy with our choice. The hotel is only 15 minutes from the central station by bus. Or you can use their bicycles for free. The hotel itself was one of the highlights of our trip.

Exceptional property. Close to Amsterdam city via public transport which is frequent and 10 minutes journey time. Property is really lovely next to the water. Restaurant is very good too.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever been in. 10 minutes by bus from city centre. Lovely location by the water, fantastic apartment room, great air conditioning, etc. etc. Everything was amazing. I absolutely loved it!

The room was huge - especially for Europe! There’s a little sitting area, kitchen area and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel smells amazing too. Staff were super friendly. The bar and restaurant is good and they have events through the week. Hummus on the menu was sooo good. The location is great on the water; a little outside of the city center but accessible to all types of transport. Uber - 10-15 min to pretty much anywhere Bus - stop 5 min walk away and takes you right to Central station (use Apple Pay!) Ferry - 5 min walk to the Ferry - to the Straat museum - and the ferry is free! Will definitely be back to Amsterdam and this hotel!

The July is a comfortable, clean, modern hotel in a quiet residential section of town. The hotel restaurant is good. Outside seating options make for a pleasant meal or cocktail. The staff is polite and attentive. Getting to and from the hotel to sights and restaurants is always a taxi or Uber. Nothing is within walking distance. Expect $15 to $20 for each ride by Uber. Taxis are mych more and should be avoided.

We loved this hotel! The room was very spacious, clean and modern and we really enjoyed our stay. This location is not the best if you love to walk as its a bit out of the way but would definitely be managable if you bike to the city centre.

Location was absolutely wonderful, close to everything by walking and public transportation. Was super quiet, made for an excellent sleep and the view of the canal was wonderful to wake up to in the morning. Kitchen was well equipped and groceries a 5 minute walk away. Very much enjoyed our one week stay.

New hotel in a quiet and safe residential area with supermarkets nearby which is convenient. Welcoming staff, everything is managed well and very clean. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Hygiene bathroom with strong shower. 30 mins walk to Central train station, but it’s pleasure and easy walk on the way seeing all the shops and buildings. Highly recommend and wish they keep their high standards.

We loved our stay at the hotel. The staff, rooms, food, drinks and location were amazing. We loved the area and it was a nice walk into the city. Its about 30mins to walk to the centraal station. Would definitely stay again.

Great option to pick if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle and touristy areas of central Amsterdam. Rooms are impeccably clean, and the design/ layout is fabulous. The free bike rental option they offer is great to get downtown without the use of taxis and/or walking and will appease any thoughts you might have about the hotel being set so far away. I suggest getting the breakfast option as the selection was delicious and it got us going for the day. Don’t be shy to use the large patio to have your meals at as the view onto the harbour was amazing. When we return to Amsterdam, we will be staying at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

The restaurant staff, (particularly breakfast staff) were not very welcoming or attentive at all, the girl who served us got most of the order wrong and we had to continue to get up and go and find someone to ask for condiments etc The quality and presentation of the food was actually quite poor considering it’s such a lovely new hotel.

Fantastic hotel. It is modern and clean. The breakfast is beyond any expectations. We have also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and it was a great finish of a busy day.

This is a fantastic hotel. We had a lovely view of the water, the gym is really good, the rooms are clean and quite spacious. Do yourself a favor and get the breakfast included. It is absolutely amazing. To get to the hotel from Amsterdam Centraal Station, take a bus for 6-10 minutes and then walk for 5 minutes to the hotel. Very easy. The price is really good compared to what you will pay to stay in the downtown area.

Great hotel, the restaurant is amazing, if you're too tired to go out you won't feel like you missed out on a good meal. Gym is fantastic, the spa is free, and they have free fruit every morning. The laundry is $6 for a wash and dry, easy to use. There's also a barbershop onsite.

Really nice apartment interior, and right next to the river. Quiet and cosy, a nice touch would be some blankets for when you’re on the couch and some complimentary beverages in the fridge. All in all, friendly and helpful reception staff. Decent menu and good choice of food, Would stay again

This hotel is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need, full kitchen and an amazing restaurant downstairs. Like first class all the way. Absolutely would stay here again highly recommend.

Wonderful hotel! I would highly recommend it to anyone. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. Everything was clean, cozy, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was the perfect choice for our family with small kids - we had a chill neighbourhood with a playground, a canal right in front to enjoy (also as view from the room!), fresh, well cooked food and all the amenities we could ever need, including washer and dryer downstairs. I preferred not being in the middle of the hustle and bustle and used Ubers to get around and come back to our chill place. Otherwise not very easily accessible by public transport.

We had a fantastic stay in the summer. The beach is filled with swimmers and sunbathing locals right in front of the hotel, great atmosphere. The park is walking distance, the rooms are nice and big with a kitchen. Perfect way to spend the weekend. Felt like being in a tasteful resort.
