I recently stayed at Mare Rim Grace and had a fantastic experience. The property is in excellent condition and offers very comfortable accommodations. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the made-to-order breakfast each morning, which was fresh and delicious. The hospitality was outstanding, especially from Pen, who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. All the staff were warm and attentive. There’s also a great restaurant just a short walk away, making dining out easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and well-catered stay.

어른셋 아이 하나가 4박을 했습니다. 사장님인 Pen은 일정 내내 매우 금방 응답해주었고, 최대한 요청사항을 들어주려 노력했어요. 방은 3개 (1층 1개 2층 2개)이고 각각 욕실이 달려있습니다. 여러 가족이 와도 문제없을것 같아요. 수영장은 약 4.5 x 2.5m 정도 사이즈입니다. 시내에서 조금 거리가 있긴 하지만, 픽업-픽드랍을 무료제공하고, 조용하게 집처럼 편안하게 있다가 가서 좋았습니다.

This hotel is worth 10 stars - the location: in a quiet, peaceful surrounding, some bars and dining options in walkable distance; free airport shuttle; communication: an absolute plus, en pointe, friendly, helpful, timely, via WhatsApp or email ; breakfast: the day before you will have a sheet to select your American breakfast options & breakfast time, the chefs will come to your villa at the committed time and prepare your breakfast freshly while you can get up and make yourself ready, as quiet as the chefs come into your house in the morning, as quiet and quick they leave, what stays is a delicious and fantastic smelling and tasting breakfast, this is a perfect start into the day - and you can even ask for Thai options; in between you get free cookies/snacks… - Pen and her team are wonderful; our kids felt in love with this place and planning already for the next trip; recommendation: use the Grab App to order a taxi for Chiang Mai, any other excursions ask the tour provider for a pick up from Mae Rim Grace even if it’s outside of the usual Chiang Mai area - a small surcharge might be applied, a drive takes ca. 30 mins to Chiang Mai Historic Downtown

We had a great stay at Mae Rim Grace. Khun Pen took very good care of our families. The facilities were clean and spacious. Perfect for our two big families.

This property is excellent. The interior is massive, classy, comfortable, rooms very spacious and has many bathrooms. We felt like VIP. We were welcomed by our host, helped us arrange transportation, btw airport transfers were included in the price. We had a private chef and wait staff every morning and accommodated our very early breakfast request at 6 am cus we had to catch a flight. They went above and beyond and when my luggage zipper broke, they went on their knees to find a way to fix it. Everyone was very helpful, accommodating. We were 4 min walking distance to a wonderful spa and massage place. We highly recommend this place. It is a half hour away from the busy part of town so it was a getaway.

A beautiful private pool villa with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and a spacious kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. The place is very quiet and super relaxing, perfect for switching off. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and would happily return.

The villa is very beautiful! The breakfast was very nice as the team of chefs coming in and cooked according to how you like it. We enjoyed the pool very much, had a lot of fun just relaxing in the pool and the villa. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The villa is a bit far from the city centre, but we have hired a driver to bring us to different places, therefore location wasn’t a big issue for us. We could also easily get a taxi from Bolt or Grab. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again!

The villa was so beautiful and spacious! Great for a big group to stay at and about a 20 min quick drive to the city and old town! The breakfast provided every morning was amazing! It was delivered to the room while i slept and didnt hear a noise. The service and stay were definitely 5 stars! The private pool was refreshing! Thank goodness it is private bc i forgot my bathing suit! Pen is so nice and accommodating! She really went above and beyond her job! So is so helpful with wonderful recommendations! Highly recommend. Will be back!

Nok det bedste sted jeg har været. Fra det øjeblik vi ankom var der uovertruffen service. Huset var så lækkert med alt hvad man kan ønske. Lækre senge med det blødeste sengetøj. Rene og gode badeværelser, et til hvert værelse. Vores egen pool der havde en perfekt størrelse og som blev renset hver dag. Den lækreste morgenmad som blev lavet og serveret i eget køkken af det sødeste personale. Hver dag fik vi en ny Thailandsk snack og da de tre børn og min mand havde fødselsdag, kom personalet med kage til os. Placeringen er i en god afstand så der ikke er by larm men man kan nyde naturens lyde. Og nyde udsigten også. Hvis vi kommer tilbage til chiang Mai så er det her vi kommer til at bo igen.

It was a very pleasant stay. Pen was helpful in every way, and the facility is well-equipped and well maintained. Breakfast was outstanding. The beds and sheets were comfortable. All in all I highly recommend this place to stay.

내부가 굉장히 깨끗하고 직원들은 친절하다. 수영장 물도 매일관리해줘서 좋았다. 레스토랑이 없는게 단점인데 근처에 배달도 가능한 레스토랑이 있어서 그쪽 이용하면 된다. 그리고 모기가 많다~ 모기약 준비해야한다

Lovely huge house very appropriate for families or larger groups. In a very quiet area about 30 minutes from the heart of chiang mai so you will need a driver or car. However, the house is close to a lot of natural attractions. We loved the included made to order breakfast that a team of 5 come in every morning to cook. Thank you!

This is an absolutely beautiful villa, 30 min drive from main city area and meetup spots for tours/activities. But it’s worth it! Stunning villa, toiletries offered, great communication through out stay, and very relaxing accommodations. Recommend! After a great stay with friends, I plan on taking my family here soon too!

We were treated like family during our villa stay. The home was wonderfully decorated with thai art throughout the villa. We felt safe and comfortable. The villa was so beautiful and spacious! Great for a big group to stay at and about a 20 min quick drive to the city and old town! The breakfast provided every morning was amazing! It was delivered to the room while i slept and didnt hear a noise. The service and stay were definitely 5 stars! The private pool was refreshing! Thank goodness it is private bc i forgot my bathing suit! Pen is so nice and accommodating! She really went above and beyond her job! So is so helpful with wonderful recommendations! Highly recommend. Will be back!

Tons of space for family of four (with teenagers). Quiet, serene surroundings though approx 20-30 minutes from downtown Chiang Mai. The manager, Pen, and staff were fantastic and very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!!

Everything about Mae Rim Grace was perfect! Chiang Mai was our last stop after visiting several places in Thailand and staying at Mae Rim Grace made it the grand finale! Pen was a delightful hostess and made us feel so at home. She is so welcoming and warm and accommodating. The property is absolutely stunning! The home was immaculate, the beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was made to order and delicious…we truly felt like royalty! The property is just minutes from many family friendly destinations, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We look forward to visiting again and offer Pen and the entire Mae Rim staff our appreciation!

We spent two weeks in Chiang Mai and Mae Rim Grace villa was for us the best place to begin and end each day. The wonderful team of Mae Rim Grace are Khun Pen, the warm and caring Manager, Chef Jack, a humble gifted Chef of great talent, Jacky, who procures fantastic snacks, Mol and Siew who helped serve breakfast, kept our villa tidy and were attentive to all our needs. We relied on Grab to get us around Chiang Mai. For sightseeing we recommend Khun Man, a driver and local guide who has serviced the Villa guests for over 5 years. We are very much looking forward to returning to see our friends at Mae Rim Grace as it was an unforgettable stay.

After being in Bangkok for a week I couldn’t have imagined staying somewhere as relaxing and accommodating as Mae Rim. Everyone went above and beyond. My family and I were treated like royalty, we truly just would wake up and breakfast would be served. They even helped plan activities to assisting us with transportation. My family and I agree that this was without a doubt the most satisfying place we have ever stayed at.

This property is excellent. The interior is massive, classy, comfortable, rooms very spacious and has many bathrooms. We felt like VIP. We were welcomed by our host, helped us arrange transportation, btw airport transfers were included in the price. We had a private chef and wait staff every morning and accommodated our very early breakfast request at 6 am cus we had to catch a flight. They went above and beyond and when my luggage zipper broke, they went on their knees to find a way to fix it. Everyone was very helpful, accommodating. We were 4 min walking distance to a wonderful spa and massage place. We highly recommend this place. It is a half hour away from the busy part of town so it was a getaway.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Mae Rim Grace. We loved being a tad removed from the busyness of Chiang Mai, but still close enough to go when we wanted. It’s quiet, serene, private. The staff is friendly, kind and accommodating. The host, Pen, is super helpful and speaks English proficiently. We enjoyed a HUGE breakfast everyday and an afternoon surprise treat. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat.

어른셋 아이 하나가 4박을 했습니다. 사장님인 Pen은 일정 내내 매우 금방 응답해주었고, 최대한 요청사항을 들어주려 노력했어요. 방은 3개 (1층 1개 2층 2개)이고 각각 욕실이 달려있습니다. 여러 가족이 와도 문제없을것 같아요. 수영장은 약 4.5 x 2.5m 정도 사이즈입니다. 시내에서 조금 거리가 있긴 하지만, 픽업-픽드랍을 무료제공하고, 조용하게 집처럼 편안하게 있다가 가서 좋았습니다.

Lovely huge house very appropriate for families or larger groups. In a very quiet area about 30 minutes from the heart of chiang mai so you will need a driver or car. However, the house is close to a lot of natural attractions. We loved the included made to order breakfast that a team of 5 come in every morning to cook. Thank you!

This is an absolutely beautiful villa, 30 min drive from main city area and meetup spots for tours/activities. But it’s worth it! Stunning villa, toiletries offered, great communication through out stay, and very relaxing accommodations. Recommend! After a great stay with friends, I plan on taking my family here soon too!

A beautiful private pool villa with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and a spacious kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. The place is very quiet and super relaxing, perfect for switching off. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and would happily return.

The villa is very beautiful! The breakfast was very nice as the team of chefs coming in and cooked according to how you like it. We enjoyed the pool very much, had a lot of fun just relaxing in the pool and the villa. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The villa is a bit far from the city centre, but we have hired a driver to bring us to different places, therefore location wasn’t a big issue for us. We could also easily get a taxi from Bolt or Grab. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again!

I recently stayed at Mare Rim Grace and had a fantastic experience. The property is in excellent condition and offers very comfortable accommodations. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing — a perfect place to unwind. One of the highlights was the made-to-order breakfast each morning, which was fresh and delicious. The hospitality was outstanding, especially from Pen, who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. All the staff were warm and attentive. There’s also a great restaurant just a short walk away, making dining out easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and well-catered stay.

넘 훌륭한 대접을 받고 2틀 잘지내고 돌아왔습니다. 올드타운시내 호텔로 픽업/샌딩을 도와주셔서. 편하게 방문할수 있었습니다. 조식도 넘 훌륭하고, 하루는 아메리칸조식. 다음날은 태국식 닭죽으로 준비해 주셨어요.

We were treated like family during our villa stay. The home was wonderfully decorated with thai art throughout the villa. We felt safe and comfortable. The staff are quick to assist and the breakfast was memorable. I would strongly recommend anyone large group considering a villa to stay here for their Chiang Mai trip

Nok det bedste sted jeg har været. Fra det øjeblik vi ankom var der uovertruffen service. Huset var så lækkert med alt hvad man kan ønske. Lækre senge med det blødeste sengetøj. Rene og gode badeværelser, et til hvert værelse. Vores egen pool der havde en perfekt størrelse og som blev renset hver dag. Den lækreste morgenmad som blev lavet og serveret i eget køkken af det sødeste personale. Hver dag fik vi en ny Thailandsk snack og da de tre børn og min mand havde fødselsdag, kom personalet med kage til os. Placeringen er i en god afstand så der ikke er by larm men man kan nyde naturens lyde. Og nyde udsigten også. Hvis vi kommer tilbage til chiang Mai så er det her vi kommer til at bo igen.

The villa was so beautiful and spacious! Great for a big group to stay at and about a 20 min quick drive to the city and old town! The breakfast provided every morning was amazing! It was delivered to the room while i slept and didnt hear a noise. The service and stay were definitely 5 stars! The private pool was refreshing! Thank goodness it is private bc i forgot my bathing suit! Pen is so nice and accommodating! She really went above and beyond her job! So is so helpful with wonderful recommendations! Highly recommend. Will be back!

Simply wow! We were absolutely fascinated by this villa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Pen is such a wonderful host—kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. This villa is perfect for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. All you hear are the beautiful sounds of nature around you. The villa is spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. It’s located about 35 minutes from Old Town and Nimman, which we didn’t mind at all because the setting is so peaceful. There is also a lovely restaurant just a short walk away. One of our favorite things was the daily breakfast. Having fresh meals cooked for us right in the villa every morning felt like a luxury! We also loved that airport pick-up and drop-off were included. The van was beautiful, clean, and in excellent condition, and the driver was always punctual and professional. 100 out of 100! Thank you, Pen, and thank you to the amazing cleaning and cooking staff for making our stay so special. We truly felt cared for and hope to come back again soon. 🙏

Pen was fantastic from start to finish, with excellent communication and genuine hospitality that made us feel completely at home. A beautiful private pool villa with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms and a spacious kitchen. Everything was clean and comfortable. The place is very quiet and super relaxing, perfect for switching off. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and would happily return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is quiet and close to many attractions but you will need a car to get to them. We used grab. Pen is a great host and always available to help when needed.
