We based ourselves here to visit Banff. We had parking underneath and travelled into Banff in 25 mins both days. There, we parked for free at the train station on the way in and headed straight to Tourist information centre (right in the centre of town) and got our bus passes for Lake Louise and the Gondola Ride.....both trips were incredible. So, our Canmore accommodation was excellent and Sandra was superb in replying without delay. Check in and parking was stress free.....everything we needed was there for us from cleaning agents to bathroom toiletries, beds were comfy and towels aplenty. Wish we'd time to use the balcony! We'd a smashing view of the Three Sisters from our Living Room.....everything was on hand and worked appropriately ....and last, but by no means last, the Cleaning lady was super good, kind and accommodating and allowed us drop our numerous bags early in while she cleaned so we could start our adventuring!!! Thank you all!

The accomodation was very nice and well supplied. The security is very good and the use of the parking was great. A few small issues --- !. There was NO instruction how to operate the stove, and dials on stove were VERY difficult to see and understand for those who have gas appliances. 2. There was no instructions on how to operate TVs, we do not do streaming and there was no guide., 3 Fire place had no instructions and the bedroom fireplace did not work at all. 4. House cleaners need to dust the shelves for the glass ware and coffee area. 5. Patio door we could not lock. Thank You for the stay we will be back.

Star Suite was very nice. We selected Canmore because it was a little less money than Banff and yet still accessible to Banff. We stayed for 8 nights in June. The condo was a great location. Parking was very easy and underground, which is great for bad weather. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were spacious and provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Laundry in the condo was very convenient. The balcony had an obstructed view of a mountain but still beautiful. Checking in was very easy and done via email. The only thing that needed updating was the living room furniture. It was a bit worn out. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would stay again.

Great location and great view. The balcony was amazing to sit out on, have a drink or family meal. The pool and hot tub was a little difficult to find the first trek down, but once we found it the kiddo had a great time. The condo was clean, but whatever was used to clean the floor left sticky streaks. Not a deal breaker, just the wrong cleaning product.

It was so nice to stay at this condo. The fireplaces created a great atmosphere to watch the mountains from the living room and master bedroom. The wrap around patio would be lovely to sit in during warmer months. My son had a blast playing in the pool.

First off, the information and instructions we received prior to arrival were great. The unit we stayed in was spotless and so very well equipped. The location is close to Canmore Centre without being hectic and the noise was negligible. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was nice but there was white residue on the coffee table from the last people who stayed there cup stains on tables and dusty tables and the wife had to sweep off balcony and the BBQ was dirty besides that it was good

Great stay! The couches were pretty worn. The arms were really worn out, but the rest of the stay was great. The doorknob in the ensuite bathroom was broken as was the tv in the queen bedroom, but we were in contact with the property management and that was not a problemFor us.

Hi, Thank you for the follow up email. Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing thank you. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Just a few issues we experienced during our stay: - Internet was not working for the majority of our stay. - Fireplace was not working despite following instructions (huge bummer) - Light bulbs burnt out in bedroom - Discovered that a part of the flooring was broken off and just placed back with no repair and one of us cut our foot somewhat deep. I took the pice and put it on the counter so you can see. These issues did jot ruin our stay but we are somewhat disappointed with the price we paid for the resort experience. Thanks,

The property is nicely located near walking trails for pets. It does require driving to more central Canmore. The property was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed to allow cooking . The only drawback was that the WiFi is shared with a large complex and was not able to accommodate our needs for watching movies or shows.

What a lovely & well appointed condo and the location is amazing! Although there is a road in front of the condo the traffic is minimal and all you notice are the lovely evergreen trees directly in front of the windows and balcony and the mountain views😊. The beds were very comfortable and the two ensuites to the bedrooms made it very comfortable to share the accommodation with our friends. We will definitely book again when we are back in Canmore, if available! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!

Great layout. We only needed one bedroom but families would like the 2 bedroom, 2 bath set up. And yes, there are 3 fireplaces! We enjoy walking to local restaurants.

We loved the property but the unit’s washer and dryer are very Difficult to operate When I sent a message about it I was told to look up the owners manual on line 😞 The lighting was so dark and some bulbs burned out Overall it was nice

We always enjoy staying in this location in Canmore. It’s so close to town and the bike trails are right outside the door. Housekeeping was finished early, so we were allowed to check-in ahead of time. Much appreciated!

We cooked a few meals in the room and had most of what we needed to get the job done and enjoy the meal. We could not find the cutting board initially but did eventually discover it. The can opener did not operate well and we discovered the wine fridge was not working. Nothing to impact the overall quality of the stay though. Communication with the owner was good and they showed they were available if needed.
Overall the stay was good. Check-in was smooth, the unit was in good shape, it had everything we needed, and it was quiet. We based ourselves here to visit Banff. We had parking underneath and travelled into Banff in 25 mins both days. There, we parked for free at the train station on the way in and headed straight to Tourist information centre (right in the centre of town) and got our bus passes for Lake Louise and the Gondola Ride.....both trips were incredible. So, our Canmore accommodation was excellent and Sandra was superb in replying without delay. Check in and parking was stress free.....everything we needed was there for us from cleaning agents to bathroom toiletries, beds were comfy and towels aplenty. Wish we'd time to use the balcony! We'd a smashing view of the Three Sisters from our Living Room.....everything was on hand and worked appropriately ....and last, but by no means last, the Cleaning lady was super good, kind and accommodating and allowed us drop our numerous bags early in while she cleaned so we could start our adventuring!!! Thank you all!

Star Suite was very nice. We selected Canmore because it was a little less money than Banff and yet still accessible to Banff. We stayed for 8 nights in June. The condo was a great location. Parking was very easy and underground, which is great for bad weather. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were spacious and provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Laundry in the condo was very convenient. The balcony had an obstructed view of a mountain but still beautiful. Checking in was very easy and done via email. The only thing that needed updating was the living room furniture. It was a bit worn out. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would stay again.

The property is nicely located near walking trails for pets. It does require driving to more central Canmore. The property was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed to allow cooking . The only drawback was that the WiFi is shared with a large complex and was not able to accommodate our needs for watching movies or shows.

What a lovely & well appointed condo and the location is amazing! Although there is a road in front of the condo the traffic is minimal and all you notice are the lovely evergreen trees directly in front of the windows and balcony and the mountain views😊. The beds were very comfortable and the two ensuites to the bedrooms made it very comfortable to share the accommodation with our friends. We will definitely book again when we are back in Canmore, if available! Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!

First off, the information and instructions we received prior to arrival were great. The unit we stayed in was spotless and so very well equipped. The location is close to Canmore Centre without being hectic and the noise was negligible. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great layout. We only needed one bedroom but families would like the 2 bedroom, 2 bath set up. And yes, there are 3 fireplaces! We enjoy walking to local restaurants.

Bath tubs did not have any anti slip strips and we nearly fell several times in the tub. The door to the patio by the living room would not lock… the deadbolt did not work… there was not enough dishes … we had to hand wash the dishes and cups and silverware because there wash no dishwasher soap… there was not enough lighting in the bedrooms… the fireplaces did not work… and that was one of the reasons we rented the place… the safe also did not work… it all adds up… it was ok but it did not meet expectations that is why we gave it 3 stars

Loved the location, beautiful views and very convenient. Overall the Solara resort needs a bit of a refresh (worn carpets, paint) but the apartment itself is great. Comfortable, fully furnished, easy parking, well located and gorgeous view of the mountains. Host communication was exceptional and we truly enjoyed our stay.
