This is place is a dump, but it was appropriately cheap. If all you need is a bed to crash in for a night, it's okay for that.

Not able just to go from one room that we stayed in . To the other nicer room I had booked ,until 3 o'clock in the afternoon noon. Left at check out .but had to be back for 3 for check in . Instead of letting Jace an I stay in our room from the previous nite we had to leave.I thought was not very polite . Since I prepared for the rooms ahead of time...Also walls are not in good shape. No table lamps...just not a very comfortable room that we we in.. since about 6 months ago that room was a very inviting space ... going down hill fast . No maintenance or thougt of models for family's or people paying alot for some room that is not the right space as you are beloved to be online

Very disappointing experience. I stayed at the London Residency Inn from September 25 to 26, 2026. Unfortunately, the room was in poor condition, and the bathroom had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The odour was significant enough that I was unable to remain comfortably in the room and ultimately checked out during the night. I raised the issue with the front desk, but no suitable alternative accommodation was offered. I was also advised that the room charge would not be refunded despite my concerns about the condition of the accommodation.
