The worst vacation of our lives: Complete failure of 4-star standards This was, without a doubt, the worst vacation of our lives. While common hallways are clean, key service and amenities are unacceptable. 1. Service & Rooms: Paid for 3 people, but housekeeping daily brought towels for 2. We got only 1 small water bottle per room daily, with staff claiming it was "hotel policy" despite 3 paying guests. Housekeeping is poor: the balcony was covered in bird droppings. Public restrooms were dirty. 2. Food: The food is simply inedible and of very poor quality. For lunch, there is no proper selection — only fast food. Tables stay piled with dirty dishes for hours. 3. Dangerous Pools & Crowds: Advertised as a family resort, but pool depth immediately drops to 1.36m at entry. Kids can't touch the bottom and cling to ladders. Uncontrolled day-pass sales to non-guests make pools and restaurants chaotic with zero personal space. 4. Water Reaction & No Warnings: Pool water (and even room shower water) caused severe skin irritation for all of us, resulting in painful sores on our child’s skin. The hotel fails to warn guests about the properties and potential risks of their water. A severe management failure. Avoid this place.

This is our fourth time coming here. Every time we come to Serbia, we enjoy a little mini vacation and time with the kids at the waterpark. However, when we brought our concerns about the five people, including my husband in wheelchairs having no Accessibility in the outdoor pools, the manager completely blew us off. She said that we could go get a staff member to carry him up and down the few steps to get to the main pool we like to go to. They have ramps at other locations so I told her it’s completely possible to put a ramp at these steps. And she said that’s not an option. I think that is ridiculous because they have ramps everywhere else they should be able to put one to the pool and there’s a space for it.

Veldig fine fasiliteter, mange bassenger. Rommene er lyse og fine. Badet trenger litt touch ups, detaljene er slurvet med(dårlig håndverk) som gjør at det trekker ned helheten på badet. Maten er veldig kjedelig, ingenting smaker awesome eller delicious. Frokost buffeten består av mye forskjellig mat, men dessverre er det ikke noe særlig smak i maten. Med litt ekstra innsats på maten som serveres rundt om på hotellet kunne det blir kjempebra. Pizzaen fra piazza restauranten er forsåvidt meget god. Engasjementet varierer mye blant ansatte. Noen er svært dyktige på hospitality, mens andre kun yter minimalt. Ellers er det ingen kulinariske kreasjoner fra Movenpick å oppdrive på dette hotellet, veldig merkelig, da Movenpick er kjent for god sjokolade og is blant annet. Hvorfor ikke ha en isbar med Movenpick is tilgjengelig? Eller sjokolade fra produsenten? Eller andre Movenpick desserter? Matopplevelsen trekker veldig ned for vår del, da det ikke finnes stort andre alternativer utenom dette resortet for mat.
