This is our fourth time coming here. Every time we come to Serbia, we enjoy a little mini vacation and time with the kids at the waterpark. However, when we brought our concerns about the five people, including my husband in wheelchairs having no Accessibility in the outdoor pools, the manager completely blew us off. She said that we could go get a staff member to carry him up and down the few steps to get to the main pool we like to go to. They have ramps at other locations so I told her it’s completely possible to put a ramp at these steps. And she said that’s not an option. I think that is ridiculous because they have ramps everywhere else they should be able to put one to the pool and there’s a space for it.

Veldig fine fasiliteter, mange bassenger. Rommene er lyse og fine. Badet trenger litt touch ups, detaljene er slurvet med(dårlig håndverk) som gjør at det trekker ned helheten på badet. Maten er veldig kjedelig, ingenting smaker awesome eller delicious. Frokost buffeten består av mye forskjellig mat, men dessverre er det ikke noe særlig smak i maten. Med litt ekstra innsats på maten som serveres rundt om på hotellet kunne det blir kjempebra. Pizzaen fra piazza restauranten er forsåvidt meget god. Engasjementet varierer mye blant ansatte. Noen er svært dyktige på hospitality, mens andre kun yter minimalt. Ellers er det ingen kulinariske kreasjoner fra Movenpick å oppdrive på dette hotellet, veldig merkelig, da Movenpick er kjent for god sjokolade og is blant annet. Hvorfor ikke ha en isbar med Movenpick is tilgjengelig? Eller sjokolade fra produsenten? Eller andre Movenpick desserter? Matopplevelsen trekker veldig ned for vår del, da det ikke finnes stort andre alternativer utenom dette resortet for mat.

We had a very pleasant stay at Mövenpick Resort & Spa Fruške Terme. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of options for relaxation, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. There are only a couple of areas that could be improved. The selection of fruit during meals could be larger, and the elevators were often crowded, especially during peak hours, which sometimes resulted in longer waiting times. Overall, it's a great resort with excellent facilities, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations. We would gladly visit again.
