Communication with the host was good. It's more that the rental is giving the strict minimal in all aspects:1 dishcloth only, no soap in the bathroom, 1 sponge to clean the dish that's been used before, only salt and pepper in the kitchen, 4 coffee filter, no kleenex. The rental was clean but on the surface clean. Don't move anything because you'll find dust. No broom either.Overall ok experience and you need to be close friends with everyone at the rental as you walk through one room to get to the 2nd one.

L’endroit manque un peu d’amour mais nous avons eu un problème de bibittes. Les gens nous ont répondu immédiatement et ils ont été à l’écoute. Nous avons du quitter et ils ont réglé les deux nuitées que nous avons dû abandonnees
