O quarto é bem pequeno, fica em uma região boa mas a rua é extremamente esquisita, em especial a noite. A entrada do hotel é apenas um hall e falta uma área livre. O custo benefício não vale a pena.

I stayed here for 12 nights. When I arrived there was soap scum all over the shower and also garbage in it. The products in the room were never replenished even when asked. One day the room was not cleaned and I was told that the cleaners just didn’t show up. Another night there was a fire alarm on for over an hour. The windows sounded like they were open when they were closed and it was very difficult to sleep with all the noise on the street. There were renovations both inside the hotel and across the street which started very early in the morning. The front desk staff were nice but the manager laughed at me when I asked for compensation for all of the issues that I had. Would not recommend staying here!

The bad things: The hotel is in a poor maintenance condition. The air conditioning was very noisy and out of our order part of the time of my stay. One day out of the two of my stay there where no hot water in the shower caused by a fault in the hotel pipes, apparently that was for all rooms. It was fixed only in the evening. For the good things: The location of the hotel is perfect. The best in Tel-Aviv. The guy at the reception, named Ran, was very nice, welcoming and helpful. The price of that hotel is quite low in comparison to other hotels in that area.

However, this is an antique-like hotel. There is no safe storage in the room I stayed in. I do not know if all the other rooms were the same as mine. They did not provide any slippers for guests, and the robe has no belt to tie it around your waist. The staff were okay, but needed more hospitality training. Actually, I wanted to give three and a half stars, but I opted for four.

Location is sensational - one of my fav parts of tel Aviv. Lobby area kinda cool too. My main issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work in my room and every time I asked the staff they were like ‘oh we’re looking at it. This isn’t correct.’ In short, I didn’t have sufficient wifi during my stay. Construction work in the area was also very loud in the mornings.

Excellent customer service. It was my 2nd time there and they were lovely, upgraded me room and I was very pleased. The rooms look beautiful and clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Nice restaurants around, very central. Close to Jaffa. I’ll be back for sure.

The bathroom began to smell terribly and the smell supinated into the bedroom! As it turned as late and I had a very early start there was not anybody about who could do anything. It’s a shame as I really liked the little room but due to the s Ne could not get any necessary sleep. The young girl at reception was lovely but couldn’t do anything

The room was specious and could accommodate 3 adults. The location is great Breakfast was good and with large variety BUT The bathroom was not clean, it had flies all around. This is not appropriate for a boutique hotel with the high price we paid. When calling the front desk nobody answered…

Staff was so horrible, only shadowed by the horrible room. Dirty. Lack basic amenities like soap. Shower was extremely dirty. and the noise from the street kept us up until 4am. 0 stars. Would not recommend

Great small hotel - small rooms but clean. Situated close to many good places to eat and enjoy out door life. Close to Jaffa and the beach. Staff very friendly and helpfull except the lady at the breakfast that did not like to serve the guests - she should find herself af new job to give herself and guests a better life - did not smile any of the days I had to destroyere her life with my need to have her to make me Coffee

Loved this hotel. Rooms were lovely with some nice unique touches. would deff be worth going with a superior room as the Solo rooms were little cosy, but still grate rooms. Hotel it self was in a great central location for night life and tourist locations. with about 20 min walk to beach. At night with location may be some noise of busy streets. Breakfast was great - good selection of local style. worth getting made to order omelet ! i personally would like to see some rotation of items as if there for few days can be same thing. Staff will make up a grab bag if you out early as well (need to tell them day before) ! Staff were grate - always happy to help and very welcoming from moment of arrival . I will deff be staying here again !

Loved this hotel. Rooms were lovely with some nice unique touches. would deff be worth going with a superior room as the Solo rooms were little cosy, but still grate rooms. Hotel it self was in a great central location for night life and tourist locations. with about 20 min walk to beach. At night with location may be some noise of busy streets. Breakfast was great - good selection of local style. worth getting made to order omelet ! i personally would like to see some rotation of items as if there for few days can be same thing. L’hôtel normalement ouvert 24/24 était fermé à mon arrivée tardive la première nuit . Mon avion ayant atterri après 23:00, je suis sorti de l’aéroport après 00:00. Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’était pas opérationnel, car en travaux. Selon les informations fournies par l’hôtel, les voyageurs non résidents ne sont pas soumis à la taxe. Or, j’ai été imposé de cette taxe, réglée en espèces et sans facture, alors que je suis non résident.je n’étais pas le seul à subir ces désagréments, car un autre voyageur , dans la même situation que moi, était déjà devant l’hôtel, sans pouvoir contacter le personnel de cet hotel

The location is prime. The reception girls are awesome. After a little disagreement on the room, the manager gave me a special rate to upgrade. I stayed for 11 days , and coming back after visiting the north of Israel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent customer service. It was my 2nd time there and they were lovely, upgraded me room and I was very pleased. The rooms look beautiful and clean, bed and pillows comfortable. Nice restaurants around, very central. Close to Jaffa. I’ll be back for sure.

Location is sensational - one of my fav parts of tel Aviv. Lobby area kinda cool too. My main issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work in my room and every time I asked the staff they were like ‘oh we’re looking at it. This isn’t correct.’ In short, I didn’t have sufficient wifi during my stay. Construction work in the area was also very loud in the mornings.

O quarto é bem pequeno, fica em uma região boa mas a rua é extremamente esquisita, em especial a noite. A entrada do hotel é apenas um hall e falta uma área livre. O custo benefício não vale a pena.

Wonderful hotel! I wish I knew about it sooner. Great location right off of Rothschild. The room has large, has a large and clean bathroom with a multi head shower. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant which is quite good.

The bad things: The hotel is in a poor maintenance condition. The air conditioning was very noisy and out of our order part of the time of my stay. One day out of the two of my stay there where no hot water in the shower caused by a fault in the hotel pipes, apparently that was for all rooms. It was fixed only in the evening. For the good things: The location of the hotel is perfect. The best in Tel-Aviv. The guy at the reception, named Ran, was very nice, welcoming and helpful. The price of that hotel is quite low in comparison to other hotels in that area.

Das Hotel wurde erst vor kurzem geöffnet und das Personal engagiert sich sehr. Die Hoteleinrichtung folgt einem besonderen Design. Beton, Stein und Metall. Mir hat es gut gefallen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und gut ausgestattet. Besonders aber hat mir das sehr reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet gefallen. Und auch hier sehr freundliches Personal. Ich werde das Hotel jedenfalls empfehlen.

Olga the receptionist warmly welcomed us with a glass of champagne. She's a super staff and the Theodor is very lucky to have her. Very comfortable room and quiet, even though it was on Herzl street. Breakfast was great.

The bathroom began to smell terribly and the smell supinated into the bedroom! As it turned as late and I had a very early start there was not anybody about who could do anything. It’s a shame as I really liked the little room but due to the s Ne could not get any necessary sleep. The young girl at reception was lovely but couldn’t do anything

However, this is an antique-like hotel. There is no safe storage in the room I stayed in. I do not know if all the other rooms were the same as mine. They did not provide any slippers for guests, and the robe has no belt to tie it around your waist. The staff were okay, but needed more hospitality training. Actually, I wanted to give three and a half stars, but I opted for four.
