Grand Bend Cottage | Private Lake + Pool & Hot Tub

Amazing house! The basement is absolutely stunning ! So much room and very clean! Host was very responsive to any question I had. We lived our stay!

We just spent a week at Tyler's cottage and couldn't be happier with our choice. The house has 6 good size bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It was perfect for our family. Some other key items: - The covered BBQ area came in handy on the days it rained - the projector in the basement was a great treat for the little kids - the walk to the private beach was great and the main Grand bend beach was only 10 min away by car A great big Thank you to Tyler for sharing this wonderful property with us and responding to any of our questions very quickly. We hope to rebook this cottage again.

The cottage is lovely and has 6 large bedrooms. The location is convenient to lot of small towns for day trips , a winery and cider mill and many different beaches. As mentioned in other reviews there was definitely dampness in the lower areas, I mentioned it to the host and he was going to have the HRV settings looked at and adjusted.

Had an amazing time at Grand Bend. House was perfect for our stay…clean, well equipped, access to private beach, great location. Host was very quick to respond as well. Can’t wait to visit again.

We had a great time at Tyler's property in Grand Bend! It was such a luxury to have 6 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Our group was 7 adults and 1 child and so nice for everyone to have their own space. Long driveway with plenty of parking as well. The walk to the beach was straightforward, and once there, just gorgeous! Not crowded or loud, and the water is sandy, perfect for swimming. Tyler was very quick to reply to any questions we had, great experience communicating with him. I lovely place to stay for a family vacation!
