Nicolas is a warm and gracious host. A big smile welcomed us on arrival he was even waiting outside for us outside as it was nightime and dark when we arrived. Instructions pre arrival through the hotels.com app were clear and concise. The roman was spacious and comfy and well stocked with all amenities ,including still and sparkling water, pens, all sorts of xtras to insure a comfortable stay. A few steps away from the " Charming Suites" is a breathtaking view of the plaza and cathedral, especially and beautifully lit up at night. Locación is perfect for sightseeing. Breakfastwas attended predonally a smiling Nicolas and his son.

What a gem of a place! Very historic, plenty of room with very helpful staff and right in the middle of where you want to be. We enjoyed this property immensely and would love to make it back! The breakfast is so delicious and they even had a birthday surprise with a birthday waffle for my daughter. Can’t say enough about how much I loved this place.

This is by far one the best places we have stayed in any country. In addition to a great location and a quiet part of old town, our host, Nicholas, is a thoughtful and lovely person. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for our visit. There’s a reason he gets 10 out of 10 stars from every single person who has stayed there. Dont skip the breakfast either. Not only is it delicious, but Nicholas gives a fascinating talk on the history of the area and his specific building in particular.
