We loved the Christina, the room was gorgeous, with nice views. The staff was great, we enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and massages on site. We had a very nice dinner in the restaurant and the breakfasts were good too.

What a truly beautiful Aparthotel Cristina is. Just a 2 minute walk from the main centre of Zakopane, but far enough to provide peace and quiet. For us, it was the perfect location. Our room was simply outstanding, with dramatic views out over the mountains. Incredibly romatic. The staff at reception and dining areas we engaged with were lovely, and are a credit to this beautiful hotel. Two restaurants on site with fantastic reviews online. The breakfast was also amazing, with a starter and then cooked selection to reflect different countries across Europe and UK. Nothing was too much trouble, and the staff knowledge of the surrounding area greatly addisted our stay. The spa facilities were also amazing. We were so lucky to have the place to ourselves for the hour slot you're allocated each day. A perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back, and the surrounding area offers so much all year round. Thanks to everyone at Aparthotel Cristina for making our short stay such a special memory.

This place was amazing! We had our two sons with us and the two bedroom room with one king and two twins was ideal. The use of the sauna and hot tub was just the perfect touch for us to unwind after a day of hiking around the town. The walk to the main street is 5 minutes, and we found that both restaurants at the hotel ended up be our favorites. The freshly made pizza and pasta was amazing, and was a 10 out of 10 as my kids say. The front desk concierge Paulina was extremely helpful and even gave us a suggestion as to where to find a bathing suit to save our planned thermal bath spa day. We can't say enough about this place except we wish we could have stayed longer!

An ideal location when staying in Zakopane. From the welcome on arrival, pleasant helpful staff, very clean premises, quiet location, eco friendly measures in place to the choice of both restaurants. The breakfast menu is superb and the choice on both restaurant evening menus leaves you spoilt for choice. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. Well done to all the staff.

We stayed here for our honeymoon which was very very special. A very convenient location with a very large room including three balconies and wonderful views. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfasts in the adjoining restaurant were excellent.

We spent three nights at this property in the beginning of December and it was fantastic. There were three adults who each required their own bed. The room could sleep four and had an incredible balcony overlooking a town square. The market/main drag is just a few hundred feet away. Staff was amazing. On site Italian restaurant was amazing.

We loved our stay with a Mountain View and balcony! The place was just off the busy street in town so it was pretty quiet compared to the main street. They only give 1 pillow per person but happily gave us an additional pillow upon request. Breakfast was included and made to order and served with breads, yogurt, etc. and parking was not too expensive 50 PLN and only about 2 min walk from the parking lot to hotel. Just a bit confusing to find the first time. The only downside was that we booked sauna time and not a single towel for use in the whole sauna. I guess you’re supposed to bring your room towel? But we were not informed. They also only give one towel in the room per person.

This place was amazing! We had our two sons with us and the two bedroom room with one king and two twins was ideal. The use of the sauna and hot tub was just the perfect touch for us to unwind after a day of hiking around the town. The walk to the main street is 5 minutes, and we found that both restaurants at the hotel ended up be our favorites. The freshly made pizza and pasta was amazing, and was a 10 out of 10 as my kids say. The front desk concierge Paulina was extremely helpful and even gave us a suggestion as to where to find a bathing suit to save our planned thermal bath spa day. We can't say enough about this place except we wish we could have stayed longer!

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The staff was kind and professional. I was traveling with my wife and her mother both of whom have serious physical limitations. The elevator was broken. This was a big deal and all they said was "sorry for the inconvenience". I paid for two of the nicest rooms and would never chosen this hotel had I known I would be assisting handicapped people up the stairs. They offered nothing for the "inconvenience". It was much more than inconvenient. It seriously affected our trip. Additionally you can easily hear others throughout the place. The walls are thin. Breakfast was provided but only average. The rooms are beautiful so for that I give them 4stars

We loved the Christina, the room was gorgeous, with nice views. The staff was great, we enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and massages on site. We had a very nice dinner in the restaurant and the breakfasts were good too.

We would absolutely stay here again! The rooms are huge and beautiful, we selected one with a mountain view. The breakfast feels very 5*, and the breakfast service is very attentive and there is a really interesting menu and generous portions. The location is perfect for exploring Zakopane town and the mountains, a special thank you to the staff who were so helpful with advising us about local buses when we were concerned we might get stranded in the mountains on a Sunday afternoon!

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Unfortunately, a major storm rolled in during our stay and forced us to spend much more time at the hotel than we had planned. As it turned out, that wasn't a bad thing at all. Both restaurants in the hotel were absolutely incredible. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and the service was exceptional. We ended up enjoying several meals there and were impressed every time. The spa was another highlight of our stay. The facilities were excellent, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the mountains. It added a whole extra level of luxury to the experience. A special thank you to the entire team for turning what could have been a disappointing weather day into one of the highlights of our trip. Between the amazing staff, beautiful rooms, incredible restaurants, and outstanding spa, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zakopane.
