U & ME SUITES

The suites were just amazing something out of a movie and the host Sofia was wonderful and always there to help with anything couldn't ask for a better host, also Ilias who brought us breakfast every morning which were very delicious and he also helped with our suitcases was very polite and assisted us with anything we needed. Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone absolutely stunning views as well as the location is just perfect. Will definitely be staying here again when returning back to Santorini.

The property managers were not easily accessible or accommodating. It was off season and they put us up in rooms furthest from town. Suggested restaurants that were closed. They should have mentioned it was big season and we would have booked a room with indoor pool. All in all not the best reflection of Santorini.

Staff were very nice especially Lia. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great. I would come back to this hotel again the next time I’m coming to Santorini. I really enjoyed my stay.

We were disappointed by our stay to be honest. We loved the island but didn’t like the hotel. Summary: Good views, but not at all worth the money you pay. Our suite said it sleeps 4 … but they charged us an extra EUR 100 when we arrived because we were a family of four and somehow our booking had defaulted to two adults. They insisted that they would have to redo the room for four people and charged us the extra $$. However, all we saw they did and returned to the room was that they put a white sheet on the sofa bed … so, my point is that they will nickel and dime you. We weren’t allowed to use the main Jacuzzi that was right in front of our suite, but were asked to use another one that was upstairs which was somewhat of a dangerous climb up (no railings to hold onto, slippery stairs, around the Jacuzzi with a 20 ft drop on one side) and inconvenient. Breakfast was good, they brought it to the room. Good portions and variety, and well presented. The place is a decently long walk from the main town (15–20 minutes), so plan for this or rent a car from the airport. Our host had said that we don’t need a car on the island, but that is absolutely not the truth. You need a car 100%, especially if you go off-season when there are no taxis available. Much easier to rent a car at the airport rather than paying for transportation back-and-forth.

Nous avons passé un week-end exceptionnel à Santorin dans la suite Premium de You & Me Suites. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Sofia et toute son équipe pour leur dévouement absolument remarquable. Notre vol a eu un retard important, et malgré notre arrivée à 2h du matin, ils nous ont accueillis avec une gentillesse et une attention rares. Tout au long du séjour, ils se sont adaptés à chaque imprévu, toujours avec le sourire, toujours avec une volonté sincère de rendre notre expérience parfaite. J’ai voyagé dans de nombreux pays, et je peux dire sans hésiter que le niveau de service, la disponibilité et l’humanité de Sofia et de son équipe sont parmi les meilleurs que j’ai connus. Leur professionnalisme et leur bienveillance ont vraiment rendu ce séjour inoubliable. Un immense merci à vous. Je recommande You & Me Suites sans la moindre hésitation. Sami
