We had an amazing stay! What a lovely and comfortable room, conveniently situated to shopping & so many great dining options. The shared kitchen area was well-appreciated. We would definitely return again in the future.

Very convenient, cute and easy to check in/check out. Owner & staff were very communicative and due to adjacent property construction noise offered us a partial refund which we appreciated. Walkable to all shops/food on Warren St and easy to park. Nice small kitchen area available with snacks/light breakfast items also. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom.

Very cute and well situated place to stay. Nice to have fruits, coffee, chips, oat milk, etc. at our disposal was a plus. The bedroom and the bathroom are big. The balcony is also a plus. Only the pillows which are big are painful for the neck. We ended up sleeping without pillows. We will come back!

clean, nicely appointed room with all the little extras that count: tissues, makeup towel, coffee maker, trash basket in bathroom and main room, even a little kitchen area on ground floor with oatmeal, snacks, fruit, tea, halfnhalf, oat and almond milk for coffee in small fridge. They leave you a couple bottled waters as well. Great location right off Warren street where shops and restaurant/bars are. Only small issue is if you drive, you have to move your car from one side of street to the other, depending on whether an "even" or "odd" numbered day.

Loved this place. Tasteful, comfortable, close to everything, and the sweetest wee porch for coffee in the morning. I stumbled on Mel’s bakery in the park, which is a must, and we watched the sunset over the Catskills. We will most definitely be back.

A True Gem in Hudson! Our room was cozy but not cramped. In addition to the Queen bed, there was also a couch, chest of drawers and dining table/chairs. The decor was very stylish, in immaculate condition and very clean. The bathroom was well appointed and had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Public parking is available -- we just followed the instructions provided by our host Michael (the town of Hudson does not provide much signage to avoid parking tickets). Right outside our room was a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. AND...the location is literally steps away from the main drag of restaurants and shopping of all kinds. Stay here, you'll be happy.

Quiet, intimate guest house (self check-in; no front desk) which is discreet, clean, and nicely decorated. The location can't be beat! Right in the center of town, with shops, restaurants, and historic neighborhoods right there! We'll be back.

Great stay. Easy street parking. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Quiet. Tastefully modern nautical touches throughout. NEST bath products. Bed was amazing, slept like a baby! A few critiques- it’s an old building so walls are thin and floors a bit “creaky”. Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Expresso maker cord did not reach the outlet. I ended up getting coffee and pastries at The Breadfolks, which is a cafe just few steps away from the hotel on Warren Street. No problem and totally worth it.

Nautical Nest is a great place to stay. Our room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable and felt luxurious. Loved the espresso machine in the room and also the little kitchenette in the hallway. Self check in was very easy. We would definitely stay at Nautical Nest again.

Michael, the owner sent timely texts with pertinent info, I never had a question about our stay. Very convenient- parked across the street from entrance, our room was 2nd from front, just across from shared kitchenette. Within walking distance to best restaurants and lovely Main Street. Boutique-style Room had great ambience, navy blue with gold, tasteful nautical accents and contemporary furnishings. Great books in the nautical vein and pertinent to the Hudson Valley. Bathroom was small but well done- could use another surface( small table) to place stuff, but quality towels, lighting, outlets. Cute little balcony with 2 chairs & pillows. Only suggestion would be for an indoor mat for entering from snowy outside and a few more hangers. Also, being an older structure the floors are a little creaky but not a big issue. Would definitely return- great value for the money too!

This place looks just like the photos- they did a very good job converting this old house into multiple rooms with bathrooms. It did get very confusing because they own two properties right around the corner and I originally went to the wrong one. I didn't give a great review because this was the worst nights sleep I've ever had at a hotel. Every noise from other guests could be heard from a sneeze, dropping a pen, to the love making that went on for hours. The bed/pillows weren't the best but mostly the poor review is because of the terrible sound proofing. If that were better I would stay here again any time.

Nicely appointed big clean room. No lobby or staff. It’s all self check in. Great location just steps from everything in Hudson. Only issue is the noise. I would definitely stay again but only if I was on the 2nd floor.

Room was wonderful, actually beautiful. Bathroom was wonderful. Quite a problem transporting cups of tea without a tray upstairs. The enamel cups got extremely hot from the tea water. They had quite an original solution to their tv station costs.

We stayed here for one evening, after needing local accommodations to attend a funeral the following morning. We had a very nice room along with clear communication with the property management for seamless check-in and check-out. It was also located near many dining options and we would definitely consider staying here again under better circumstances, as it is a terrific base camp for exploring charming Hudson, NY.

Overall excellent stay. I will definitely consider booking again. Even though the manger and staff interaction is all digital/text-based, it was personable, thorough and professional. Our room was lovely and quiet, and when we walked in the first day it had a lovely scent ; ) The location is great for the things we like to do when we visit Hudson. And near to a great coffee place, Wylde.

clean, nicely appointed room with all the little extras that count: tissues, makeup towel, coffee maker, trash basket in bathroom and main room, even a little kitchen area on ground floor with oatmeal, snacks, fruit, tea, halfnhalf, oat and almond milk for coffee in small fridge. They leave you a couple bottled waters as well. Great location right off Warren street where shops and restaurant/bars are. Only small issue is if you drive, you have to move your car from one side of street to the other, depending on whether an "even" or "odd" numbered day.

We had an amazing stay! What a lovely and comfortable room, conveniently situated to shopping & so many great dining options. The shared kitchen area was well-appreciated. We would definitely return again in the future.

Very convenient, cute and easy to check in/check out. Owner & staff were very communicative and due to adjacent property construction noise offered us a partial refund which we appreciated. Walkable to all shops/food on Warren St and easy to park. Nice small kitchen area available with snacks/light breakfast items also. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom.

Very cute and well situated place to stay. Nice to have fruits, coffee, chips, oat milk, etc. at our disposal was a plus. The bedroom and the bathroom are big. The balcony is also a plus. Only the pillows which are big are painful for the neck. We ended up sleeping without pillows. We will come back!

Great stay. Easy street parking. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Quiet. Tastefully modern nautical touches throughout. NEST bath products. Bed was amazing, slept like a baby! A few critiques- it’s an old building so walls are thin and floors a bit “creaky”. Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Expresso maker cord did not reach the outlet. I ended up getting coffee and pastries at The Breadfolks, which is a cafe just few steps away from the hotel on Warren Street. No problem and totally worth it.

Very clean and well thoughts in details. I really appreciated the sweet tangerines and good espresso on site. The inn has a lot of character. I would recommend this hotel.

A True Gem in Hudson! Our room was cozy but not cramped. In addition to the Queen bed, there was also a couch, chest of drawers and dining table/chairs. The decor was very stylish, in immaculate condition and very clean. The bathroom was well appointed and had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Public parking is available -- we just followed the instructions provided by our host Michael (the town of Hudson does not provide much signage to avoid parking tickets). Right outside our room was a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. AND...the location is literally steps away from the main drag of restaurants and shopping of all kinds. Stay here, you'll be happy.

There was no staff to interact with. The room and property were excellent. However, the bed was terrible. I stayed in suite 4. I have had memory foam mattresses and when they are no longer viable, they do not hold shape or support. The mattress, which is the most important part of a bedroom, was in need of replacement. The memory foam is no longer working as it has been compressed beyond reflexing. The left side of the bed is basically a pit that compresses after you lay on it to a hard and lumpy surface. The mattress mad for a terrible night sleep and substantial back pain. Please replace the mattress. Other than that, the property and amenities were excellent. I would stay again if the mattress were changed.

Great location, quiet and well appointed. Room cleaning was supposed to be daily but they never came. AC was a window unit that kept the space cool but didn’t it dehumidify or filter air. Worth staying here otherwise and would repeat.

We had a comfy stay at the Nautical Nest. Check-in was super easy. The room was clean and spacious. The AC unit helped keep the room cool on a hot day but turned off and on during the night which is a helpful energy saver but not great for sleep. Would stay here again.
