Night staff attitude terrible Had problems with the toilet,had to change the room after checking and the night attendant won’t answer the phone calls Break fast every day by 8 am the fruits, yogurt are finished and they don’t replace and say they ran out, same story 3 days of our stay , ran out of plates on 31 st , they didn’t have any and they went out to bring the plates We had to ask for to clean the room, they said only alternate date they clean the room and change the towels

The first room we were given the television didn't work and the ottoman had a stain on it. We were transfered to a different room. The television in that room turned it's self off frequently but it could have been associated to storms. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Green bananas, 2 of the 3 warming trays that generally hold eggs and sausages were empty. Juice machine was faulty. Coffee was weak. The staff and other guests seemed very pleasant.

My recent stay was extremely disappointing and unlike my previous experiences at this hotel. I usually enjoy staying here because the beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly, but this visit fell far below expectations. After a long, exhausting day, I just wanted to check in and relax. Unfortunately, my first room was dirty, and the second room was even worse. When I reported the issue, the manager seemed skeptical and went upstairs to verify the condition himself before offering another room. Having to go back and forth several times with two children and multiple pieces of luggage was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. The last thing a tired parent should have to do is repeatedly move their belongings and children because rooms aren’t properly cleaned. The property’s overall cleanliness was also concerning. There was a large black bag of trash near the elevator, and we found unidentified bugs in our final room, including one in the bathroom and another near the bed. After all this inconvenience, the only compensation offered was a soda, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. I genuinely enjoy staying at this hotel, but cleanliness should be a basic standard, not something guests have to fight for. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I expect better room inspections, cleanliness, and accountability. I hope Marriott takes this seriously and provides a more appropriate resolution. This was not the level of hospitality I have come to expect from Marriott.
