Fairfield Inn is a beautiful hotel, with a pool, workout room, friendly staff, and a daily breakfast with many options. The property sits in a developing area that has plenty of places to eat, to refuel, to shop. Close to Tampa and Brandon and safe, we will definitely be staying there again.

Property was clean and exceeded our expectations. Staff, particularly Joe and Sunda, were all awesome. Rooms were clean and had no smells. Hallways were freezing but it was summer and so that was ok. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Pool was small but well kept. We used the hotel as part of a package via Expedia. No issues and we checked in late but they had us ready to go. We WILL be back and would recommend a stay here to anyone.

The hotel was okay. I must say that the concierge that registered me was very friendly, professional and make you feel comfortable. The room was okay except for when they cleaned, they only fix the bed. Bathroom was not always cleaned. Housekeeping needs to make sure that they clean, a little supervision might help.

Pretty good breakfast. Had breakfast sandwiches, eggs and vegan sausage. We made waffles every morning. The room was nice but the strong age areas above the closet was super dusty and got my bag all dirty. The cleaning lady came everyday and was so nice!!!

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was clean when we arrived and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning it each day while we were out. We Always had fresh, clean towels and wash cloths each day. The complimentary continental breakfast was great! They had a variety of breakfast foods to choose from and the coffee was hot and plentiful. We would definitely stay again.

I was greeted by very friendly and professional staff at check-in, which made for a great first impression. The room itself appeared clean and well-kept at first glance. However, during the night, a very unpleasant smell started coming from the AC unit. It was a strong mix of weed and something similar to a dirty public bathroom. The odor got worse as the night went on and made it hard to sleep or relax, even though the room looked clean otherwise. It’s unfortunate because the staff was excellent and the room seemed fine visually, but the smell completely affected my comfort. I hope management investigates and resolves this issue for future guests.

Very good customer service. In-room refrigerators leave a lot to be desired. You have to push a button inside the refrigerator to get them to come on for 2 hours. Even then, they don't get very cold. Disappointing.

No AC for 2 nights. They came to "reset" unit it worked for a couple of hours then stopped. This happened for first 2 nights then they finally replaced the unit while we were getting dressed for a funeral

Most things were fine. The only thing that wasn’t is the pipes. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here and both times I’ve noticed the pipes making horribly loud noises every time the shower is on. Groaning and banging.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you are in the area. The staff were some of the nicest I've had the pleasure of speaking with. The breakfast was wonderful everyday. Would highly recommend.

I made reservation on Expedia, On duty staff person said she was not authorized to have access to my reservation in their system, so I had to pay again for the room. resulting hours on the phone with Expedia, and Expedia on the Phone with the Hotel. It's still not straightened up, Never again.

What a perfect location for us, during our trip! The room was perfect, with two comfy beds, plenty of room, and easy access to the elevator and the lobby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend!

The location was great being very close to Summerfield Crossing mall with several great dining and shopping options. And the front desk staff was very friendly and gave us a recommendation for a good Italian restaurant, which we tried, Manolo’s. And it was delicious! Will definitely keep this on my favorites list for the next time I need a place in between Tampa & Bradenton.

The property is new, well-equipped, and super well-maintained with nice and courteous employees. So far, this is my favorite. Oh, I forgot to mention that the place's location is super convenient as it is surrounded by shops and restaurants within walking distance!

Very clean, almost brand new! Great staff, friendly and helpful. Without any doubt one of the best Fairfield Inn I have stayed at (and Marriott is known for having clean and up to date rooms). Great location, I recommend!

Very clean, almost brand new! Great staff, friendly and helpful. Without any doubt one of the best Fairfield Inn I have stayed at (and Marriott is known for having clean and up to date rooms). Great location, I recommend!

This is a fantastic place to stay if you are in the area. The staff were some of the nicest I've had the pleasure of speaking with. The breakfast was wonderful everyday. Would highly recommend.

Overall my husband and I were very impressed with this hotel. We had a ground floor room facing the parking lot. The sound proofing is excellent! No noise! Minor negative was the breakfast sandwiches. Pretty awful. Cereal, breads and muffins plus waffles looked pretty standard. Would recommend to others for sure!

Still not a fan of their Breafast options. Frozen Jimmy Dean Biscuits and Quiches. I will say it is slightly better than their watered down eggs campared to the last time we were there a few months ago. The Maple Street Biscuit Company which is in front of the hotel is very Good and the coofee is wonderful

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was clean when we arrived and housekeeping did a great job of cleaning it each day while we were out. We Always had fresh, clean towels and wash cloths each day. The complimentary continental breakfast was great! They had a variety of breakfast foods to choose from and the coffee was hot and plentiful. We would definitely stay again.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable but everyone has a different comfort level when it comes to beds. The bed is what I’d call medium. Restaurants galore around this place. So , that’s good. The room was quiet. The only negative and I mentioned this when checking out is the free breakfast. It’s a total joke. The usual muffins, toast, make a waffle thing but the I’m assuming box or bag scrambled eggs and turkey sausage patties and some sort of premade bacon. Ick.For a Marriott property they need to do better than that. The price for the room doesn’t match the cheap garage breakfast.

I found a bedbugs on the pillow, so I immediately went to the front desk, explained the situation, and showed the staff a photo of what I found. They moved me to another room, but by that point the experience had already made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Even after checking the second room, I couldn't sleep because I was worried about the possibility of bedbugs. I no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel, so I decided to leave early. While I appreciate that the staff changed my room, the experience ruined my stay and caused a great deal of stress and inconvenience.
