The house is situated in Sencelles, a small village in the center of Mallorca. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm and its location makes it easy to reach most of the beaches in the island. We had some issues with parking because there are only a few spots inside the village otherwise you have to park 5/10 minutes away from the accommodation on foot. Overall our stay was really nice. We had to make the payment through Homerti (a Spanish rental agency) but everything went well, they replied to all our questions and there were no problems with check in or check out.

The house is very proper and well located right in the center of the island. Everything is approximately 30-40 minutes away by a car. The host and the managers from Homerti were very helpful and polite. The house is spacious and has everything necessary for a long term stay.
