I would say this hotel met the absolute minimum requirements. It wasn’t so bad that we felt like we had to leave, but it definitely was not good. We got in at midnight so we were very tired and we did not want to try to figure something else out at that late hour. There was a musty smell when you walked into the room. There were very few towels. It was relatively clean, but the furniture and carpets are definitely older and repair or replacement. There was only one cup so we had to share. My husband went to go ask for extra pillows and they said well there’s already four in the room. They were able to finally find us two more even though we had requested four. The hotel was not full so they should’ve been able to at a minimum take them from another room. Also the next morning at 10 AM they try to come in even though we had the privacy sign on the door and checkout was not until 11 AM. We just seemed like a complete inconvenience. We did not eat breakfast there or drink coffee. We just packed up & left. The beds were fairly comfortable, and the linens were clean.

Had a pleasant stay. Staff didn't advise us the pool was out of order, which was a bummer. Other then that out stay was very pleasant.

The staff were friendly and very helpful! The breakfast were nicely set out with many options, such as sausage, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, pastries and yogurt. There was also a pancake, making machine, although I have to say it wasn’t that impressive as the pancakes fell somewhat flat. Another thing was that they ran out of milk for several days. They had a nice bean to coffee machine for fresh caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water tea. One thing that stood out when we arrived was that the elevator was broken. We were placed on the second floor initially, but felt like it might be too noisy due to the room being right next to the freeway. We expressed willingness to go up to the third floor, and we were upgraded to a suite. For the time we were there, we got lots of exercise going up and downstairs! The fitness room was ok. Although there was a strange smell the first day, they cleaned it and it went away. The pool did not look suitable for use, and we did not use it any of the days. The beds were comfortable, and after being moved, we did not experience undue traffic noises. Overall, it was a comparatively pleasant stay.
