Manager allowed us to check in an hour early. Very nice facility, coffee bar is 24x7. Nice pool and fitness center, I used both of them several times. Good breakfast with plenty of options. We will definetly book this facility again.

Room was comfortable for 3 travelers. The front desk was very helpful and friendly with my questions. I did laundry there and used the EV charging. All worked great!

The lobby smells like a super strong disinfectant. It hits you in the face when you walk in the door. The property does not seem to be well maintained. There were broken tiles on the floor in & around the elevators & the numbers for the floors inside of them kept falling off. The AC was hard to control because the wall controls didn’t work. The tv remote had to be rescanned twice because the channels didn’t work. The room itself smelled like smoke. When I needed quarters to use the dryer in the guest laundry area the front desk didn’t have any quarters & I was told to go to the gas station down the street.

We pulled the sofa bed and there is chips inside the bed. The sofa is not pulled and cleaned inside at all. The toilet inside is not cleaned and there is stains of poop. The room is spacious, which is a plus. The two beds that were in the room seemed clean. I won’t stay here again.

Terrible. First room offers had flickering lights and way too much insect activity. The second room offered (and only other option) was musty and had week old trash shoved between the bed and nightstand. Rooms do not get cleaned regularly. We ended up booking and staying in another hotel.

The hotel was very clean and so were the rooms. The staff was very nice and did an excellent job. Loved that it was so close to the Ark Encounter as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Room cleaning was lacking. Found food and spilt drink in room. Ants all over the nightstand. Ice bucket never cleaned or replaced liner. Counters not wiped in bathroom or room. No fore warning of parking lot being closed. Being handicapped, the front desk clerk made no concessions and was extremely rude. Wanted us to park on street in the dark. Said my wife could drop me off and go park. Yeah, let's let my wife be put in a jeopardizing position all because they are repaving at 8am the next morning. Wouldnt let us park under awning or in front of awning. There were others that she yelled at as well. Total lack of customer service and respect. She also would not get a manager on the line. I reported it all to choice hotels, but no response from them either. Supposedly the General Manager would reach out. I will make sure all of traveling family, friends, coworkers and companies know to avoid Choice Hotels from now on.

Air conditioner did not cool the room down at all at 61°. Soundproofing between floors was horrible. What sounded like a football game in the hall and room above us must be normal as there is a sign posted " Quiet time 10:00pm- 7:00am" . This happened from 8:00pm-11:30 even though I told front desk @ 10:15 I've had a better stay in Albuquerque with meth heads and homeless coming and going from the hotel. I will surely tell anyone who will listen to avoid this property when visiting the arc tourist attraction. It will turn a good day into a sleepless night and a long next day. When the noise stops you sweat the rest of the night

The only thing that we didn't like was the inability to close the curtains fully. The heavy drapes on the side would not close over the transparent second curtain. Consequently a street light outside shone directly into the room and my husband could not lay on his side facing the window.

Our stay was great! As soon as we walked into the hotel it smelled nice and looked very clean. I knew right away we were going to have a great stay. Our room had a lot of space (double queen suite), and made it very comfortable for our family to fit without feeling cramped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked very well. Overall had an excellent stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was good, but the mattress. I could not get a good night's sleep because the mattress was in bad condition. The top part sags too low. I had to sleep at the bottom of the bed where it wasn't worn out. Also, the air conditioning unit was too cold and I had to turn it up to 80 degrees before the temperature was comfortable.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean accept for cracker crumbs on the floor. Breakfast was good and the staff was constantly cleaning and resupplying. Only complaint would be the shower head, it was very high and the waterflow was very poor.

We had a problem with some very noisy neighbors, no fault of the hotel, and Sierra helped us move rooms without an issue. She was so kind, understanding and got us moved within moments. New room was just as nice and very quiet! Very good breakfast included in stay, a lot of variety. Fresh biscuits, gravy, sausage patties, sausage links, waffles, cereal, drinks and decent coffee! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean and convenient area.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights during our visit to The Ark Encounter. The location was very convenient, right near Walmart, Dunkin', Papa John's, and many other restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly and professional. We had an issue with our thermostat late at night and had to change rooms, but even with the hotel near full capacity, the front desk lady handled it superbly: she brought the new room key directly to us, and we were settled into a new room within a few minutes. The next day, she followed up to make sure we were comfortable and also let us know that the A/C maintenance team had already fixed the issue in our original room, which was reassuring. The pool, though a bit on the smaller side, was a huge plus for the kids. After driving for 7 hours, we really enjoyed it—the water temperature was fairly comfortable, which is not always the case at other hotels. When the pool room ran out of towels, we notified the front desk, and within 5 minutes the towels were restocked, again with a genuinely friendly and welcoming attitude! I was happy to see a coin laundry room available as well, which is always a great amenity during longer trips. Breakfast was good! The lady overseeing breakfast kept everything well-stocked at all times, tables were wiped down almost immediately, and she was consistently friendly and helpful. The biscuits and gravy were delicious, and we loved that you could make your own waffles—either regular or strawberry flavor.

Absolutely the worst try at check in in twenty years, not a car in the lot not a soul in the lobby at 2:10 pm asked to be checked in a little early with needs for this, was told no way till 3:00 as there were no rooms clean, how the hell you going to clean the whole hotel in forty minutes, clerk had no concern no customer service nothing, place so underwhelming for what they charged, never never never again.Rude service crappy looking property.

No fore warning of parking lot being closed. Being handicapped, the front desk clerk made no concessions and was extremely rude. Wanted us to park on street in the dark. Said my wife could drop me off and go park. Yeah, let's let my wife be put in a jeopardizing position all because they are repaving at 8am the next morning. Wouldnt let us park under awning or in front of awning. There were others that she yelled at as well. Total lack of customer service and respect. She also would not get a manager on the line. I reported it all to choice hotels, but no response from them either. Supposedly the General Manager would reach out. I will make sure all of traveling family, friends, coworkers and companies know to avoid Choice Hotels from now on.

Manager allowed us to check in an hour early. Very nice facility, coffee bar is 24x7. Nice pool and fitness center, I used both of them several times. Good breakfast with plenty of options. We will definetly book this facility again.

Clean and cozy atmosphere. Only one detail bothered me. We didn't arrive at the hotel for a pre reserved check-in til 3am as we were traveling on the road. Exhausted I proceeded to ask he'd be so kind to allow us a late check out..even 30 minutes would've been helpful. He quickly responded that would not be an option, stating that's only allowed for platinum members. He was polite but didn't convey empathy or attempt to make any effort to allow an exception. It seems to me they could've easily made a note to housekeeping to just clean our room last to allow an exhausted single mother and her 6 yr old daughter an extra hour of rest given the circumstances. Would suggest allowing some wiggle room for such situation. The check-in did not feel warm, inviting, accommodating or hospitable. The difference between a 7 star and a 9 star hotel are in those little moments that have the power of providing "a feeling" of comfort, safety and home. I lugged in a sleeping child , a full luggage rack and wagon without even the offer of help. My experience of course was only to that particular staff member and perhaps he was having an off night but it highly impacted my sentiments and review of the hotel and my Experience as a whole.

Great place to stay, less than 10 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Right off the highway, close to. Walmart, Starbucks, and other places to eat. Beans Coffee/Cafe was great, right over the highway.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. The room was spacious with a sitting area and couch which made the room more open and relaxing. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very busy but had plenty of seating and was above average as far as continental breakfast go. Tip would be to make your waffle as you are in line as the line can be long. The area has a Walmart right around the corner. The Ark is about 12 mins away. Hansies Flip close by has a great burger! I gave it 4 stars because the front desk didn’t have bad customer service but definitely not good either. Even though they are nice enough they make you feel as if you’re bothering them asking a simple question for towels. And not welcoming at all. I’d say step up the front desk service and this could be a great hotel.

We stayed here in order to attend the Ark Experience which was only 4-5 minutes away. The hotel was perfect location - and if we needed anything - Walmart was close by. We drove in from Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg as part of our vacation itinerary and this was a great location.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice and welcoming this location is. Good sized rooms, clean and bountiful breakfast options. Only complaint was watered down coffee in the lobby. Coffee in the room was perfectly fine.

Hotel was clean as was our room. Breakfast was terrible, no daily variety, same items all 3 days. 2nd morning looked, tasted like the previous mornings. The OJ was brownish orange. Wife told the lady who was running all over the place trying to do everything & while we were there never flagged or changed the juicer. Wife ended up telling other customers not to use it get in from that machine. Totally understaffed for a weekend full of customers.

When we checked in it was a fiasco, the young woman at the desk had checked in a client right before us and checked him in under our name. It took 20 minutes to straighten it out including calling the elderly man down to the counter from the third floor to verify who he was. No identification was asked for until I brought it up. I think her phone was more important. Fortunately we stuck it out and the room was very clean and well appointed. I would stay there again.

This hotel has a great location for a good price. Comfort suites always have the best beds and pillows. The outside of the hotel was clean and nicely landscaped. But that’s about all the good I can say. Our room was not clean and stunk of dirty humans or dogs. I believe because they only clean it once every three days. Not sure if they vacuum at all. I believe that’s where the stench comes from. We were there for three nights and never had our bed made one time. All the staff did was empty the trash and replace the towels. The bathroom looked as if it was full of mold on the ceiling and growing in the tiles of the floor. We put towels to walk on because of the dirty floors. Breakfast was ok for hotel free breakfast. The pool was not useful because it was locked and the door room key sensor was broken so we couldn’t get into the pool area. I will probably pay the extra money to stay at a different hotel if I ever come to this town again.
