Excellent stay. Attentive polite and friendly staff who are an asset to the hotel. Nester breakfast waiter and both staff at reception on the 4/7/25 were exceptional. Contemporary decor, clean and very high tech rooms with comfortable furniture . Breakfast superb and tailored made. Only small issue the fridge was not working properly. Would have been Helpful if they signposted us to the relevant car park before check in as it is on a busy road . Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a hotel that makes you feel that they have invested into the customer experience. Maybe a little more hi-tech than necessary but the room is comfortable and clean, service is excellent (front desk and restaurant), and the included ala-carte breakfast gives added value for the cost of your stay.

Great ultra modern and designed hotel right in the center of Nicosia. We had taken the iconic room on the top floor and had a fantastic view and enjoyed the cosiest bed ever. Breakfast is a la cart, which I loved! Great and stylish stay!

Definitely the best option in Nicosia which does not have many hotel options. Fresh urban design with a nice restaurant and sleek rooms. Bit overwhelmed with all the tech stuff but some people like that. Would definitely go back.

I decided to book a spa break abroad as a solo traveller. From the very moment I waked into the hotel I felt welcomed and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff no matter what their position, was courteous and helpful. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and taken care of. Travel to and from the airport was seamless. Although I arrived after midnight, the staff on duty was welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself has been designed and thought of through to the very scent of the place, it just oozes sophistication and relaxation. It is peaceful and quiet , even though in the middle of a busy city. I had two spa treatments which were absolutely outstanding. The spa staff incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I also trained in the gym which has technogym equipment which was maintained, working and very clean with staff to assist you if you needed a drink or a towel. The room was an experience in itself, a freestanding bath and a view of the most beautiful landscape of Nicosia and the surrounding hills through the dual aspect windows. The electronic controls of the bedroom, the curtains and the lighting was a beautiful touch through to the coffees and elemis toiletries. The restaurant was beautiful and the food, exceptional. A huge mention to all of the staff who made my stay so very pleasant and relaxing. I have no doubt I will return to experience this again. I decided to book a spa break abroad as a solo traveller. From the very moment I waked into the hotel I felt welcomed and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff no matter what their position, was courteous and helpful. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and taken care of. Travel to and from the airport was seamless. Although I arrived after midnight, the staff on duty was welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself has been designed and thought of through to the very scent of the place, it just oozes sophistication and relaxation.
