Our stay at Radisson in Maldives was truly memorable not only because of the setting, but because of the people behind the experience. Wonderful water, food, beach.. all (!). What stood out most was the consistency of the service across the entire island. Everything felt intentional without ever feeling forced, which created a very natural and relaxed atmosphere while still maintaining a high level of refinement. During our stay, we also experienced an unexpected delay which required us to remain a few extra days. The way the team handled this situation spoke volumes about the leadership and culture of the resort. We felt genuinely taken care of throughout. A special mention to the restaurant team particularly Sulakkhana, Bandara and Prasad who welcomed us with such warmth and openness. Their presence added a personal dimension to the stay that we truly appreciated. At the same time, this sense of attentiveness was something we encountered across the island, in every interaction. This is a place where hospitality feels genuine, not transactional and that is what makes it stand out. We would happily return. 10/10.
