We loved our stay in this super clean house on the lake. The kayaks and paddle boards were a fantastic addition to the home’s private dock. They have 2 yoga mats that we took down to the dock, daily! We loved waking up with these beautiful views and going straight down to the water to stretch and kayak/paddle board. Then again at sunset! The terrain down to the dock can be tricky, just go slow and steady, and you’ll be fine; we did it in our slides daily. When they say full kitchen, they mean FULL kitchen! We ate the majority of our meals there and saved a ton of money. Complete with everything you’ll need ~ including a grinder! We had already ground our beans at home, but we did enjoy grinding some coriander seeds. The washer and dryer work great; don’t be deceived by their age. Two awesome decks! Sooo much to do near here ~ you simply MUST check out Tanyard Trail; the waterfalls are awe inspiring. We loved Allen’s ~ they even had Just Egg (and other vegan staples).

My wife and I took most of the week off to spend at the lake front escape. We had a great time Plus there was plenty of things to do since they had kayaks and other water boards you could use. Mostly shade on the dock in the afternoons which came in handy on a few of the hot days. You will enjoy if you choose this place.

We had the best time. The house was exactly as pictured. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location on the lake was absolutely the best. The lake was peaceful and relaxing and the kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Will definitely be back when we are in need of a little getaway.

Stephanie was wonderful to work with. The tri-plex was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood. Not much activity on the lake while we were there, but that was perfect too. Was wonderful that the owners allow us access to their kayaks, it was the icing on the cake for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

This property is a gem. We loved the spacious house with the main floor being an updated kitchen, dining, half bath, living room and private deck. The bottom floor being two good-sized bedrooms that share a nice big bathroom, laundry and another private deck. The dock is a nice size with paddle boards and kayaks provided. It was the most beautiful and peaceful lake. We practically had it to ourselves the whole week! Working with Stephanie was amazing, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was a quick drive to hikes, breweries and museums we wanted to visit. It was the best experience, we truly can't wait to come back!

Property was as described in the listing. It's peaceful and relaxing, with a great view from both decks and the dock. The location is great, and we have an EV and loved that there's a supercharger nearby in Rogers. We also loved that the host leaves spices and condiments for the next guest - it saves having to overbuy at the grocery store! The host, Stephanie, was exceptionally communicative.

Absolutely loved our stay. The townhouse was spacious and had everything we could have needed and more, and the location was excellent. We absolutely loved spending time on the upper balcony, as well as the private dock. There were numerous trails that were easy to get to (by car) and a very short drive. We even found a little "adventure" to take the kids on within walking distance of the unit. Loved the area and can\'t wait to visit again!

This is a nice place to calm your nerves and restore yourself. This 2 bedroom condo is right on the water with it's own dock. The lake its on is a private lake and it's very peaceful. This condo is clean and everything works nicely. It's not far from many restaurants and shopping venues. Checking in was easy peasy, and the place was well stocked.

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be in NWA on a lake with a dock. The location was perfect for us as it was not far off 71 but we could not hear any traffic. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very welcoming. The house was clean and the space was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, super functional and had coffee waiting on us as well as a bottle of wine which I thought was a very nice touch. Both porches on the back of the place faced the lake to the east and gave us gorgeous sunrises. The walk down to the dock was a short one and I spent quite a bit of time soaking up the quiet and fishing from the dock. The bed in the master was comfortable and we slept well every night. Host was very communicative and professional. We loved everything about our trip to NWA! Will be back soon!

This was the perfect spot to get away from the craziness for a few days. My elderly parents, wife and I were visiting the area for my son’s wedding and it was a perfect spot to retreat to between final planning, dinners and the event. Kayaked on the glass water each morning listing to all the sounds of nature and was able to utilize all the amenities as if it were our own home away from home. Stephanie was great about communicating everything and the place was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was hard to tell from the pics was that the slope down to the water was pretty steep so my elderly parents weren’t able to make it down to the beautiful dock but the patio views made up for it. I highly recommend this to others looking for some peace of mind that’s still convenient to all the Bella Vista/Bentonville/Rogers amenities you want to explore!

Peaceful stay with our dog. The property was well kept and the lake location was great. Hiccup at check-in was easily solved by one quick call to the owner. Local trailheads were within driving distance. Kayaking on the lake was easy and super fun.

The lake was so quiet and calm. Very peaceful place to stay. The house was well appointed and had everything you could need. Only issue was the shower door downstairs took two people to close location with excellent beds were comfortable and communication was wonderful. Great place to stay.

We enjoyed the beautiful lake views from this duplex. It was easy to get in and out with our dogs and there is a damn nearby where we could walk them. Close to Bentonville, Beaver Lake, Rogers. Couches and beds were comfortable, place was extremely clean. Host kindly provided a bottle of wine and coffee. (there is a keurig and a regular coffee maker) Plenty of ice in the freezer. Plenty of space for 4 people and 2 small dogs. I can't think of a single complaint. I guess I wish they didn't require a pet fee but that's pretty standard for any vrbo, bnb or hotel, and was communicated clearly upon booking. We want to come back in the summer!

The property was very clean and overall nice. The only critique I would have is to have a bigger couch upstairs. They have two leather recliners facing the TV, and a small couch facing sideways. Maybe flip the two or have a bigger couch. Just my two cents

Overall the property was nice. The House was adequately stocked with amenities. The furniture/bedding all comfortable. Instructions for things were clear. Was a little scared to use the grill due to so much grease build up around the area that it might start a fire. And lastly there was a strange light over one of the beds that would come on in the middle of the night with no way to turn it off. We were told there was a pull chain, however there was not. So one guest had a hard time sleeping.

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we're already looking to come back. Being on the lake was so peaceful. We enjoyed spending time on the decks as well as on the private dock. The location is great, near multiple trails with waterfalls that were very easy to get to. The property is spacious, and had everything we needed and more. What a great find!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. The townhome was the perfect size for two couples. The views were great and the upper deck was perfect for viewing the sunrise with a relaxing cup of tea. Lake Rayburn is peaceful and relaxing and it is only a short drive to museums like Crystal Bridges. Bentonville is close by and offers many attractions and a lot of good dining choices. We can't wait to go back in warmer weather to enjoy the kayaks on the lake or explore more of the hiking and bike trails.

This property is a gem. We loved the spacious house with the main floor being an updated kitchen, dining, half bath, living room and private deck. The bottom floor being two good-sized bedrooms that share a nice big bathroom, laundry and another private deck. The dock is a nice size with paddle boards and kayaks provided. It was the most beautiful and peaceful lake. We practically had it to ourselves the whole week! Working with Stephanie was amazing, she was incredibly helpful and responsive. It was a quick drive to hikes, breweries and museums we wanted to visit. It was the best experience, we truly can't wait to come back!

This was the perfect mini vacation. The location couldn't have been better. The view from this property was magical. Having the covered lower deck was nice as we were able to be outside even on a rainy day. Plenty of blankets to stay warm. Stephanie was quick to answer all of our questions. We definitely will stay again.

Absolutely loved our stay. The townhouse was spacious and had everything we could have needed and more, and the location was excellent. We absolutely loved spending time on the upper balcony, as well as the private dock. There were numerous trails that were easy to get to (by car) and a very short drive. We even found a little "adventure" to take the kids on within walking distance of the unit. Loved the area and can\'t wait to visit again!

Went with a couple of girlfriends and had a wonderful time. The no wake lake was very relaxing. Both beds were very comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

This is a nice place to calm your nerves and restore yourself. This 2 bedroom condo is right on the water with it's own dock. The lake its on is a private lake and it's very peaceful. This condo is clean and everything works nicely. It's not far from many restaurants and shopping venues. Checking in was easy peasy, and the place was well stocked.

The house was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be in NWA on a lake with a dock. The location was perfect for us as it was not far off 71 but we could not hear any traffic. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very welcoming. The house was clean and the space was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked, super functional and had coffee waiting on us as well as a bottle of wine which I thought was a very nice touch. Both porches on the back of the place faced the lake to the east and gave us gorgeous sunrises. The walk down to the dock was a short one and I spent quite a bit of time soaking up the quiet and fishing from the dock. The bed in the master was comfortable and we slept well every night. Host was very communicative and professional. We loved everything about our trip to NWA! Will be back soon!

This was the perfect spot to get away from the craziness for a few days. My elderly parents, wife and I were visiting the area for my son’s wedding and it was a perfect spot to retreat to between final planning, dinners and the event. Kayaked on the glass water each morning listing to all the sounds of nature and was able to utilize all the amenities as if it were our own home away from home. Stephanie was great about communicating everything and the place was clean and comfortable. The only thing that was hard to tell from the pics was that the slope down to the water was pretty steep so my elderly parents weren’t able to make it down to the beautiful dock but the patio views made up for it. I highly recommend this to others looking for some peace of mind that’s still convenient to all the Bella Vista/Bentonville/Rogers amenities you want to explore!

Peaceful stay with our dog. The property was well kept and the lake location was great. Hiccup at check-in was easily solved by one quick call to the owner. Local trailheads were within driving distance. Kayaking on the lake was easy and super fun.

Stephanie was wonderful to work with. The tri-plex was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood. Not much activity on the lake while we were there, but that was perfect too. Was wonderful that the owners allow us access to their kayaks, it was the icing on the cake for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great, and we have an EV and loved that there's a supercharger nearby in Rogers. We also loved that the host leaves spices and condiments for the next guest - it saves having to overbuy at the grocery store! The host, Stephanie, was exceptionally communicative.

Place was so beautiful. We had issues with booking as we were on the way there and they helped us and were able to accommodate us. We had such a wonderful stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we're already looking to come back. Being on the lake was so peaceful. We enjoyed spending time on the decks as well as on the private dock. The location is great, near multiple trails with waterfalls that were very easy to get to. The property is spacious, and had everything we needed and more. What a great find!

We had never been to Bella Vista on a vacation before. Planned to hike and bike for a week. It was perfect. The VRBO was conveniently located to all the hiking and biking we could do. The chairs on the dock were a peaceful way to start and end the day. The home comfortable was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. The townhome was the perfect size for two couples. The views were great and the upper deck was perfect for viewing the sunrise with a relaxing cup of tea. Lake Rayburn is peaceful and relaxing and it is only a short drive to museums like Crystal Bridges. Bentonville is close by and offers many attractions and a lot of good dining choices. We can't wait to go back in warmer weather to enjoy the kayaks on the lake or explore more of the hiking and bike trails.

This is a really nice property. The location for Bella Vista, Bentonville, and the surrounding areas could not be more perfect. The view of the lake from the main living area and the watching the sunrise is amazing. Having access to a deck is nice. My husband really enjoyed feeding the fish many worms as he relaxed there in the morning and evenings. We did not use the kayaks, but having them available is a bonus. The path down to the deck could use a little TLC. It's steep and would be better with some sort of handrail or rope guide for the old and young. The inside of the townhouse is comfortable and has about anything you would need. There is a large, smart TV and lots of movies and games for everyone to enjoy in the evenings or on a rainy day. One note for travelers to keep in mind is that both bedrooms are downstairs. To reach the dock, you go downstairs from the main level, out to the lower balcony, and downstairs to the path mentioned before. So, from the deck to the main living area requires three sets of stairs. Not an issue for most, but definitely a challenge for some. I tried walking my dog down the side yard, but it is very steep and not a good option. The covered parking is a true bonus here and the neighborhood is very quiet. Overall, the property is a winner. Stephanie and her husband were extremely responsive and easy to work with when a small issue arose. Definitely a positive experience.

At the spur of the moment, we interrupted our travels to "stay on a lake in fall". The trees threw acorns at us on the dock, and unfamiliar tall oaks and other trees quietly turned flame red and cherry. There was a bottle of good wine waiting for us on the table. It was the answer to a longing I\'d had for a few years, and we soaked up the beautiful, mystical sunrise from the dock and also from the porch. I took a ton of pictures and videos of our two days and posted them. FB.

We loved our stay in this super clean house on the lake. The kayaks and paddle boards were a fantastic addition to the home’s private dock. They have 2 yoga mats that we took down to the dock, daily! We loved waking up with these beautiful views and going straight down to the water to stretch and kayak/paddle board. Then again at sunset! The terrain down to the dock can be tricky, just go slow and steady, and you’ll be fine; we did it in our slides daily. When they say full kitchen, they mean FULL kitchen! We ate the majority of our meals there and saved a ton of money. Complete with everything you’ll need ~ including a grinder! We had already ground our beans at home, but we did enjoy grinding some coriander seeds. The washer and dryer work great; don’t be deceived by their age. Two awesome decks! Sooo much to do near here ~ you simply MUST check out Tanyard Trail; the waterfalls are awe inspiring. We loved Allen’s ~ they even had Just Egg (and other vegan staples).
We loved our stay in this super clean house on the lake. The kayaks and paddle boards were a fantastic addition to the home’s private dock. They have 2 yoga mats that we took down to the dock, daily! We loved waking up with these beautiful views and going straight down to the water to stretch and kayak/paddle board. Then again at sunset! The terrain down to the dock can be tricky, just go slow and steady, and you’ll be fine; we did it in our slides daily. When they say full kitchen, they mean FULL kitchen! We ate the majority of our meals there and saved a ton of money. Complete with everything you’ll need ~ including a grinder! We had already ground our beans at home, but we did enjoy grinding some coriander seeds. The washer and dryer work great; don’t be deceived by their age. Two awesome decks! Perfect get away from the City Condo is just as pictured and the lake is amazing! We hiked this time but I’m all in for trying the water toys next time. Everything we could have wanted and more Easy entry very helpful / informational welcome book We took our dog and our kennel but having the kennel on the property is fantastic so next time we will use it Can’t wait to go back !

We had the best time. The house was exactly as pictured. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location on the lake was absolutely the best. The lake was peaceful and relaxing and the kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Will definitely be back when we are in need of a little getaway.

We enjoyed the beautiful lake views from this duplex. It was easy to get in and out with our dogs and there is a damn nearby where we could walk them. Close to Bentonville, Beaver Lake, Rogers. Couches and beds were comfortable, place was extremely clean. Host kindly provided a bottle of wine and coffee. (there is a keurig and a regular coffee maker) Plenty of ice in the freezer. Plenty of space for 4 people and 2 small dogs. I can't think of a single complaint. I guess I wish they didn't require a pet fee but that's pretty standard for any vrbo, bnb or hotel, and was communicated clearly upon booking. We want to come back in the summer!

The location is great, and we have an EV and loved that there's a supercharger nearby in Rogers. We also loved that the host leaves spices and condiments for the next guest - it saves having to overbuy at the grocery store! The host, Stephanie, was exceptionally communicative.

My family enjoyed this location and being right on the lake. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards. Place was stocked well and was overall comfortable. Nice to have laundry, always and it was convenient to everything else.

It is a beautiful property. If we had an issue/question they responded right back to us which was really nice. I don’t know if you could beat the view with the fall colors. We will definitely book again next time we are visiting.

The condo is beautifully located with two verandas to enjoy. The views are lovely. The condo is in very good condition with amenities well considered. It is very clean and ready to go when you arrive. The condo is easy to find and a quick drive to Bentonville. The host has provided all the basics including things like board games, extra blankets, towels, kitchen necessities . The appliances are in good working order and there are plenty of kitchen tools, cutlery, and serve ware. There are also nice options to enjoy the lake with the paddle boards and kayaks. We took our pup. The host provides a crate if you are leaving pup to do activities. The area is steep going down to the water but there is some nice walking along the lake that is very pup friendly within a short walking distance. Our host was very quick to respond and seemed very sincere in her efforts to make the stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!
