Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The "cottage" was perfect. It had everything you could need in the kitchen. Had plenty of towels in bathrooms. It even had beach chairs and a few beach toys. I think there may have been a tv in every room... My kids quickly got them up and working while I spent my time on the porch. We visited in February and enjoyed the heated pool Friday and Saturday. The beach was lovely, very different than what we are use to on the Gulf. The boardwalk out to the beach was very well maintained and an easy walk, but longish (seemed normal for this island though). I loved that this rental management group supplied a few essentials for our short trip that many others companies do not, like 2 dish washer pods, a new sponge and dish soap for washing dishes, 2 clothes washing pods, paper towels, and quality toilet paper. I know those may seem silly but it so helpful!

Needs to probably have some wiring work done. One bathroom needs tile work and also in that one the water had trouble draining. One of the twin beds had a urine smell.

We really enjoyed our time there! Beautiful place and the house is cozy and comfortably.

Dryer has issues - clothes kept getting twisted around a metal piece and some were damaged. It also had a hideous squeak at random times. Some small additions would be helpful - a second bedside lamp in primary BR, ceiling fans in downstairs bedrooms, or at least some box fans, towel rings in bathrooms. Most of these were minor issues and did not prevent us from enjoying our stay; however, I don't think we would choose to stay here again.
