The place had a very off putting smell. Our room had random food on the floor, the towel holder was broken and we didn’t have towels initially. The cleaning staff cleaned our room and took the towels without replacing them. Signs of slight mold on the lamps and curtains. Definitly a motel 6/sleep in style disguised as a windym.

The staff is always very welcoming. The staff who cleans are the same. I do know that when I look out the window to the back parking lot...people leave their trash all over the place same with over filling the trash cans on the 2nd floor. The staff tends to these areas all of the time.

Upon arrival, there was many issues with the property outside. However after a very long drive, we were just too tired to makes any formal complaints. When we went into our room, the bath tub was dirty, and the faucet was leaking, the sink would drain right, there was trash in the barrels, and only 2 towels.. luckily we brought our own. Therehalls were gross, cereal spilled inside the elevator. The kids were excited to use the pool, however it was dirty.. diaper gel and hair balls were all inside the pool, there was trash left by the pool side.. just disgusting. The staff was present, but nothing seemed to change the situation. We haven’t been away in a very long time, and we’re looking forward to spending time together for our 20 year anniversary.. and we are very disappointed with our stay at this particular hotel. There was someone staying above us that sounded like they were bowling or wrestling all night, the dryer sounded like there were rocks in there that was being run at 11pm..

Worst experience i ever had at any hotel My room was dirty, I had to scrub the shower before we could shower. The sink was not only filthy but when you turn on the faucet water poured out of the bottom pipe soaking my clothes that were on the shelf. The shelf that held the fridge was so rotted you could smell mold. When I told staff they wanted me to stay in the room for the night. I said no move me now, with hesitation he did. When we got to the next room he expressed we would lovroom. Upon inspecting the room Iteied opening the shower door to inspect it and the handle fell off in my hand. The worker was in disbelief and showed me another room. Not clean and also while inspecting the 3rd room the shower door had PVC pipe as a door handle. If it wasn't almost midnight I would have left. I've never been so disappointed as I was staying here. The pool was also disgusting and when staff was told they said maintenance will clean it. Three hours later it still was nasty.
