The Palms at Galina

The home is huge and met the need for our group of 10 people who stayed overnight each night. The Chef’s food was amazing, we only wish that the portions would have been larger but we wouldn’t know how to gauge what is needed. The Chef was very pleasant as was the cleaning staff. The drivers available were very friendly and accommodating. We felt very safe.

The Driver Bj, chef James and housekeeper Tamar they took very good care of us. They did everything to make sure we were comfortable. Best vacation spot ever!! The house was just like the pictures!!

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms at Galina and Wentworth. James , our chef did an excellent job in taking care of us and whatever issues we had, he was quick to find a solution and communicate the issues. We rented both properties and Shane and Chantal took care of all the guests really well. We would definitely consider booking these properties again.

The house was beautiful and spacious. Couple cosmetic issues inside, but nothing that affected our stay. The boys really made Chef Chava work as I do not think he has ever seen boys that could eat so much. Wasn't enough food prepared the first couple of days, but we spoke with him and he upped the portions and all was good. Is a very quite Chef with very few words to be spoken by him, but he did make some very good meals, and cooked up things we bought from the store. The maids were awesome and did laundry several times during our stay. Note if you don't want your room cleaned, just put a rattlesnake on the dresser and the maid will not come near it, after I learned the hard way, after her near heart attack. LOL We also had the house next door, which made it great to go back and forth when needed. Would say I wish the hot tub would get hot enough to call it a hot tub, as all we could get it to do would be to bubble. Overall great stay, was a little further out then we would have like to have been, but it all worked out. Thank you.
