Room is nice and big. My only 2 issues is that the pool is freezing cold, and my room windows look like it used to be a door and they were leaking water and the cold air was coming in a lot.

Difficult to locate as was a Quality Inn ( misleading info online). Parking lot cordoned off with construction so no direct way to get to front desk or find our building entrance. Corridor to room partially blocked with cleaning carts, garbage bins and open door to laundry had to be passed. Breakfast skipped because so unappealing and skimpy choices. Room itself was very spacious and quiet.

Pool was closed and the 2 rooms had a smell. Overall would come here again. Bedroom was separate from living room and. 2 bathrooms! Cooking area !!

Check in was slow but staff was friendly. Rooms are simple but clean. We had a full kitchenette in ours. Bed was quite comfortable. Pool and hot tub are currently closed. Pretty farm pond behind the lot. Beakfast was decent for complimentary breakfast... had the pancakes sausage eggs .

This property was pretty good, our room was very spacious and the staff was very nice. That said, the place feels like it’s barely staying in business. Conference facilities are unused, lounge and restaurant not open (except for breakfast buffet). It’s located in an area that seems a little industrial. Everything is clean, but amenities are sparse, and I personally hate parking around the back of a building. All this said, for the spacious room and a very fair price, I would gladly book it again. I suspect this is popular for longer-term stays.

We actually loved staying here. There were a few flaws... 1--there was used toilet paper in our toilet when we first got to the room. 2--It felt like it was 100 degrees when we first walked in. 3--Breakfast was not what was advertised. 4--You cant change from heat to ac....so we were literally sweating in our room.

The room I had seemed updated relatively recently. It was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also very clean. The location is right off the highway, so convenient if you're just stopping overnight. It's about a 20 minute drive into Grand Island and there are really no nearby restaurants.

We had a great stay. The room was large and included a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were very nice. The whole place was clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly. We had a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay between Aurora Illinois and Denver Colorado. Right off I-80. The rooms were neat and clean. Soundproofing could be better, but a great, great value for the price. The comp breakfast was better than some expensive hotels. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This hotel is the best we've ever stayed in, including some that were significantly more costly, and we are 78 year old travelers, so we've seen a lot of hotels. We had two large rooms and especially appreciated the full-sized refrigerator in the kitchenette that was adjacent to the living room. We hadn't asked for an accessible room when we reserved but were given one. It had two bathrooms -- one with tub/shower, one with a walk-in shower. Our room was quiet every minute of our stay; we literally never heard another guest. Both the living room and bedroom had TV sets. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included two different kinds of scrambled eggs (one with veggies, one without), sausage, pancakes, home fries, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, toast, juice, milk, coffee and fruit. It was served in the large restaurant, so no trouble finding an empty table. We have given everything but service 5 stars. We cut the service back to 4 for two reasons: the solo front desk needs more staff, at least during the early check-in hours when the hotel is full and there's a lot going on; and the internet service only functioned smoothly in the bedroom. Neither of these minor shortcomings would keep us from returning. All 'round great experience.

The room was great. Nice kitchenette setup. Bed was just right. Plenty of room. However, the patio doors rattled so i had to put wraped paper to stop the rattle. It just needs new weatherstriping around it so it seals better. But loved the room otherwise. Great water pressure and hot when showering. Would recommend staying here.

We had a great stay. The room was large and included a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were very nice. The whole place was clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly. We had a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant and it was delicious. We will definitely stay here again.

Convenient to the highway, but inconvenient to Grand Island. The place was quiet. It wasn't dirty, but it felt old and it in need of a refresh. I will say the hot breakfast was quite good.

The property is in an isolated area and we were skeptical when we pulled in. It is an older building, but it was clean and our room was spacious. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The room I had seemed updated relatively recently. It was clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also very clean. The location is right off the highway, so convenient if you're just stopping overnight. It's about a 20 minute drive into Grand Island and there are really no nearby restaurants.

This property was pretty good, our room was very spacious and the staff was very nice. That said, the place feels like it’s barely staying in business. Conference facilities are unused, lounge and restaurant not open (except for breakfast buffet). It’s located in an area that seems a little industrial. Everything is clean, but amenities are sparse, and I personally hate parking around the back of a building. All this said, for the spacious room and a very fair price, I would gladly book it again. I suspect this is popular for longer-term stays.

Clean and reasonably comfortable. The room wasn’t cleaned after our first night (we were there for 2 nights) so no more coffee, etc. The breakfast was average for this type of property.

This hotel is the best we've ever stayed in, including some that were significantly more costly, and we are 78 year old travelers, so we've seen a lot of hotels. We had two large rooms and especially appreciated the full-sized refrigerator in the kitchenette that was adjacent to the living room. We hadn't asked for an accessible room when we reserved but were given one. It had two bathrooms -- one with tub/shower, one with a walk-in shower. Our room was quiet every minute of our stay; we literally never heard another guest. Both the living room and bedroom had TV sets. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet included two different kinds of scrambled eggs (one with veggies, one without), sausage, pancakes, home fries, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, toast, juice, milk, coffee and fruit. It was served in the large restaurant, so no trouble finding an empty table. We have given everything but service 5 stars. We cut the service back to 4 for two reasons: the solo front desk needs more staff, at least during the early check-in hours when the hotel is full and there's a lot going on; and the internet service only functioned smoothly in the bedroom. Neither of these minor shortcomings would keep us from returning. All 'round great experience.

We actually loved staying here. There were a few flaws... 1--there was used toilet paper in our toilet when we first got to the room. 2--It felt like it was 100 degrees when we first walked in. 3--Breakfast was not what was advertised. 4--You cant change from heat to ac....so we were literally sweating in our room.

The property is definitely worn and we had issues with our keys, but the pool and hot tub are nice and it's great that we can charge our car and have a ace to stay with our dogs. The rooms were more than adequate.

What makes this stay 5 star is affordability. Clean, quiet and up to date facilities. The breakfast didn't have the variety of what it offered in the past, but for the rate you are paying, ANY breakfast is a bonus. And that is not a negative mark on the breakfast. It still offered scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast and beverages. Go to McD's and see what that is going to cost you, subtract that from your hotel bill and you have an affordable stay at a nice facility.

The room was far away from the office and in a seperate building. It had a sliding glass patio door and we were ground level. I don't think I'd want my daughter staying there alone but for my husband and I it was OK. The room had some dated furniture but everything was in perfect condition. The bathroom had the plastic insert for the tub and walls but a nice stone sink. Maybe they upgrade as things need replaced? It had a fridge, stove top, and sink which would have been nice if we were staying longer. The man at the front desk and the lady at breakfast were very kind. It was the best included breakfast of the trip.
