We enjoyed our stay. It is in a quiet location, rarely heard airplanes. Watching the boats go by is very peaceful. The room we had was a generous size. It was clean. The gym and sauna were clean and nice to have. The outside of the hotel facing the parking lot needs some pressure washing. The two restaurants adjacent to the hotel are good, which is convenient since dining is limited close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we'd stay here again before a flight out of Rome.

I was surprised to find that the bar staff had the night off on a Wednesday. Expedia listed a bar/lounge and a pool bar as amenities, but neither was available, nor was the pool on a beautiful September day! Room was ok, accessible by a steep winding stairwell and when we asked for help with luggage, it never showed up. Pretty good restaurant and nice views, but not the place to go at this time of year.

We stayed at the end of September, and despite the temperature being 26 degrees, the pool, gym, and sauna were all closed. The resort photographs well but needs a deep clean.

Check directly with the hotel before you go. Ryder cup is on and it's 30 celcius in Rome, very hot and perfect for sitting poolside. But, the pool is closed and so is the bar. €500 per night for no pool and bar is absurd.

The hotel is the only decent hotel somewhat near the Fiumicino Rome airport. It has only 11 rooms. The “restaurant” for the property is very limited in what it offers, probably because there are only 11 rooms. All the rooms are on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. So you have to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs.

This was a great find! Rooms are up stairs but they will help with luggage if you want (and it was just one flight). Place is beautiful, restaurant was delicious, room includes private 45 minutes in the sauna/spa, and everyone was so nice. Shuttle to the airport in the morning (8 euros per person) made this the most convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean hotel. Quiet with a large bathroom and bedroom. Staff were friendly. However for the price we were expecting an espresso machine in the room as all our other hotels had one. This one provided a kettle and instant coffee and some teas also no bathrobes but we were given slippers. This is a spa hotel. We did enjoy our stay!

The property on the river looked like a lovely location online when we booked. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately The mold in the bathroom and puddle of water coming from inside the wall was shown to the staff who commented that they’d been having some problems. They had to have known before they checked us in because we waited for an hour for our room. We were unpacked for the night when we entered the bathroom. We were so exhausted and tired we did not ask for another room. Sadly this room is not up to health standards.

We stayed only 1 night. It was close and convenient to the airport. parking and breakfast were included so it was the first night before we ventured out on our 2 week trip around Tuscany. The drive to the hotel was a little confusing but if you follow gos you’ll get there. it’s on the river right at the ocean. The grounds are beautiful! it is a beautiful hotel. Checkin was great. our room was clean and modern with AC! It was a standard room since we were only staying one night we didn’t splurge. Dinner was out on the terrace overlooking sunset and the water. The food was wonderful and the service was great. The only bummer was that they had no red wine!!! yikes! They had run out the waiter told us. Breakfast was again at the same location and was leisurely and enjoyable overlooking the water. It was buffet expanded continental with lots of choices. We enjoyed our stay. It really isn’t walkable to anywhere but the beauty and convenience make up for it.

Friendly staff. Bathroom contained a lot of mold around the shower. The window from the room into the shower was very odd. No elevator. Location is not close to anything else. Beautiful setting on the river and marina.

This is a great hotel close to the airport but far enough away that you don’t feel like you’re staying at the airport. The rooms and bathrooms are very large compared to others in the Rome area. It’s right on the water- and It’s about a 40min taxi ride to Rome (65euro). We highly recommend.

I loved this place! It was so close to the airport yet very quiet and serene with the pool in the marina. The room #6 was my favorite of our whole trip through Italy, and we stayed in some five star hotels! It had a beautiful seating area in front of a gas fireplace and a picturesque bathroom, including beautiful, soaking tub. It was spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. We had a great night sleep before leaving Rome.

Beautiful hotel! All the amenities you need. Spacious and tastefully decorated. Comfortable king size bed Room had a balcony that overlooked the grounds, pool and marina. Convenient parking near our room. Shuttle service to the airport. Included breakfast was amazing! Staff was awesome. Natasha, Jessica and Francesca were amazing! Help us with logistics of traveling around Rome as well as mapping sites to visit. This was one of our favorite hotels on our 19 day Italy trip.

The outdoor area/pool is amazing and beautiful. Our room was clean and extremely nice, fantastic balcony. Spiral staircase to the second floor room, so keep that in mind - for anyone with mobility issues request a first floor room.

The property has amazing views and feels like a tropical resort. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the king-sized bed with soft linens and the huge shower. The balcony also has comfortable furniture for sitting outside. We are at both restaurants and the food was excellent and the views were even better. If you want a resort-like stay near the airport this is a good option but it is a bit remote if you don’t have a car, and taxis are very expensive. The shuttle service provided is a great deal.

Beautiful upscale property, staff accommodating and friendly. we received a welcome drink with crackers. Breakfast buffet was high quality, with a variety of delicious food and coffee style of your choice. A shuttle was available to and from the airport (15 min drive) which was very convenient. I would give this spot a 5 out of 5.

Waited at the airport for 1 hour and 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle. When they arrived to pick us up they would not take accountability and told us that they were there at the time they were scheduled to. Staff did not charge us for the shuttle after we complained. 7am hammering and landscaping right outside our room incessantly and did not stop after we checked out at 11am. Beautiful facility (however everything is seasonal so we did not get a pool or spa for the price we paid). Ordered room service and they waited until they got to the room with half our order stating that they no longer serving the dish we ordered. Did not call to let us know. Would not stay there again as hospitality was garbage and it is very out of the way.

While the room was very comfortable and nice and clean, the staff made this experience the best. Very helpful people- due to flight delays we checked in late at night and they made sure we were fed, on another day they helped us with passport issues, among many others. All staff here made this resort truly memorable. I've never seen people more willing to help at a resort than here. Highly recommend.

Our taxi driver who accepted to drive us said it was further than he excepted. Hotel room is very nice. View is not what you expect for river view. Front desk people were ok. Never told us about the airport shuttle, but did call us a cab. Hotel restaurants were very good! Overall a good stay, but wouldn’t stay there again. There are much closer hotels to airport.

An absolute hidden gem just 8 minutes from the airport. After a few days in Rome city center sight-seeing, this was a beautiful and appreciated retreat. The rooms are large with attention paid to every detail. Attached to a quiet yacht club, there is not much nearby but the resort has everything you need including a fantastic restaurant. We wish we had booked a few extra days to enjoy it all.

This is an excellent property if you arrive on your yacht or have your own vehicle. It is very attractive, clean, nice rooms and very comfortable beds. The problem is if you do not have your own transportation the neighborhood offers little to nothing. There is one restaurant on the property but it serves fish and seafood only. No meat at all and no vegetarian or vegan options. The man in charge is unkempt and very unfriendly. I would not recommend eating there.

Beautiful room, terrace and pool. The one major problem is that the restaurant, Primo Piano is awful. There is another restaurant downstairs, Geno’s, that seemed wonderful. They should merge the two. If not, eat at the pool bar.

My partner and I stayed here 1 night before our early flight back to the US. It is a haven! So quiet, peaceful, green and lush. The room was spacious and the AC kept it at a very comfortable temperature. We ate dinner on property which was very convenient! Would definitely return to recharge before or after a long flight.

The best possible place to spend a night before you have to fly out of Rome. Most hotels close to urban airports (just 10 minutes) are extremely lacking. This was a real resort with a beautiful pool, two good restaurants on property, right on a beautiful marina with magnificent boats to take while strolling around the huge marina. The rooms were modern with great amenities, had a gym with good cardio equipment, the staff was friendly, and our room had an amazing view of the marina and pool. When we arrived we wanted to eat off property for lunch and walked a half mile in to town and ate at a fantastic restaurant.

The airport shuttle was great. The staff was great. The unfortunate thing was. They were shut down the pool because of an event which is kind of unacceptable and the pool liner was coming up from the bottom of the pool. It really needs to be fixed. The room was great. What a delightful surprise! So close to the airport yet so secluded and quiet. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Our room was modern, well equipped and spacious. The grounds were lovely (especially the glorious pool). Our barmaid was sweet, funny and made quite the cocktail. The biggest surprise was the dinner at their restaurant Primopiano! On the lovely balcony we were served absolutely delicious food by their superior chef. We'd love to return and stay longer. BRAVO!
