I stayed here for London Marathon weekend and chose it for its proximity to the finish line. The hotel is lovely, extremely clean and comfortable. The room was on the smaller side but it is Central London so this is to be expected. I had a King bed and it was luxuriously comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful. It was incredibly quiet with the exception of smoke alarm testing the morning after the marathon (an unusual choice of day!). The hotel is upscale so if you’re keen for a pint and a burger post race or long day sightseeing you’ll need to go elsewhere but we were never made to feel unwelcome especially after the marathon. The hotel was full of runners and the staff were very accommodating. I absolutely recommend this hotel and if I ever run the marathon again I would definitely stay here.

Disappointed with the courtyard view, thought it was sold as an extra treat to your room, but the view was very disappointing

Great location, fab rooms and friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay. I think this hotel offers great value. The breakfast was expensive and to be honest wasn’t very good for the £28 plus service charged. It arrived to our room cold which was disappointing but it didn’t take away from the overall experience which we thought was great. We will be back.
