The property is impeccably, spotlessly clean and tidy. Being a beach-side property, the usual "beachy" themes applied (nice pictures and artefacts from the local area). Loran came to greet us, which was a nice and welcoming. The one bedroom although at the front was quiet, however, the living room had a great view of the palm garden. The property was very well secured and kept out two days safe while we explored. The small touches, like muffins, condiments, coffee bags, and internet were very much appreciated. A nice touch was having sofa covers to let the dogs snuggle up with us. Overall, a very well-presented and well-appointed property that got our votes for the best place we have stayed in. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to Stef Beachpoint cafe for coffee and breakfast.

Very good. Lovely host with own pets so very understanding. Found the steep drive and steep walk to beach was OK for me but might be a problem for anyone even older. We would go back certainly and wish Loren all the best.

Very convenient, beautiful lush tropical garden, very comfortable stay. Very Dog friendly also. A BBQ would have been very useful. For longer stays like we have just had, cooking options were limited. Wonderful property.

Very clean,and well turned out. Everything you need,and a great secure garden for our dogs. The host Loran was most helpful. The only downside for us personally,was the steepish drive.’Near Coffs,close to beaches chops etc. Recommended.

Lovely small property suitable for a lone traveler or a couple, gorgeous backyard garden and plenty of room for the doggy to have a run. Just a short skip and a jump to the beach, and there is a restaurant you can walk to and take your pup with you. Great host.

A very stylish clean modern apartment with attention to detail and ensuring guests and their pets had everything available for a restful and enjoyable stay. Very nice yard for the dogs to enjoy and lovely setting close to all amenities . The host was very kind and gave is a warm welcome on arrival and .we would love to go back again. We travelled with two Great Danes.

Wonderful stay!. Clean, quiet, beautiful location close to dog friendly beach. Everything you could need provided. Loran is a wonderful, friendly host. Our dog Max loved having the yard with lush grass and plants to run around and explore. Will be recomending to family and friends and will be visiting again if we are back in the area.

Loran made us and our dog very welcome. The beach is close but you need to be reasonably fit/able to go down and back up the hill (we are in our late 70's). The house is attractively decorated and the garden private and interesting. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Leave your car at the top of the drive and use a light overnight bag to go down the driveway on foot, unless you have a small car.
Loran made us and our dog very welcome. The beach is close but you need to be reasonably fit/able to go down and back up the hill (we are in our late 70's). We had a wonderful stay recently. The property is spotless and very comfortable. Loran is a fantastic host, and nothing is a problem. On arrival, fresh bread and fruit for breakfast. Loran's puppies are a delight, and we loved their visits. We would not hesitate in staying here again and definitely will as we have family in Coffs Harbour and these will be regular visits. Thank you Loran

Stayed here for 2 nights on our way from Melbourne to brisbane and it was a welcome break. We travelled with our 2 pups so was great to have a lovely garden for them to explore and make friends with the 2 resident poodles. 5 minute walk to a beautiful dog friendly beach. The house had everything you needed, clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here.

Chose this property because of it’s location (for me) but this 1 bedroom marine oriented apartment is perfect for a couple and their baby (Dog😉) for a day or a week! Loran the owner of this paradise (as she calls it) is a great host, and Sasha and Julia are gorgeous toy poodles if your ‘baby’ is social.

Very clean,and well turned out. Everything you need,and a great secure garden for our dogs. The host Loran was most helpful. The only downside for us personally,was the steepish drive.’Near Coffs,close to beaches chops etc. Recommended.

Lovely small property suitable for a lone traveler or a couple, gorgeous backyard garden and plenty of room for the doggy to have a run. Just a short skip and a jump to the beach, and there is a restaurant you can walk to and take your pup with you. Great host.

The property is impeccably, spotlessly clean and tidy. Being a beach-side property, the usual "beachy" themes applied (nice pictures and artefacts from the local area). Loran came to greet us, which was a nice and welcoming. The one bedroom although at the front was quiet, however, the living room had a great view of the palm garden. The property was very well secured and kept out two days safe while we explored. The small touches, like muffins, condiments, coffee bags, and internet were very much appreciated. A nice touch was having sofa covers to let the dogs snuggle up with us. Overall, a very well-presented and well-appointed property that got our votes for the best place we have stayed in. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minute drive to Stef Beachpoint cafe for coffee and breakfast.

We enjoyed our night there and all of us felt very welcome. Its a lovely airy space. Just be aware the food places are a couple if km down the road, Nautilus Thai was delicious.

My dog Rudi and I had a wonderful time at Loran's place. It is so welcoming and the sun lights up the whole place in the morning. Fabulous experience. Fantastic beach and coffee shop nearby. Will be back for sure.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a few nights in February and it was a really nice place, had a beautiful backyard, nice living area and bedroom bathroom and Loran the owner was lovely she recommended places for us to check out while we were visiting. Nice quiet area, 1 minute drive to the beach and good if you bring your dogs along with you. 100% would come back for another stay.

We had a wonderful stay recently. The property is spotless and very comfortable. Loran is a fantastic host, and nothing is a problem. On arrival, fresh bread and fruit for breakfast. Loran's puppies are a delight, and we loved their visits. We would not hesitate in staying here again and definitely will as we have family in Coffs Harbour and these will be regular visits. Easy distance from the centre of Coffs as well as near a gorgeous beach. Friendly host and charming accommodation. I had my pug cross dog staying as well and it wasn’t a problem. Throws for the sofa were provided . I’d certainly rebook.

The bedsit was very tidy and equipped with all the basic accessories you might need.However, there is no kitchenette sink, which means dishes and glasses must be washed in the same room as the toilet. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing nor visible in the photos. As a result I chose not to use the provided crockery or utensils.The location of the bedsit is excellent. The garden is lovely and the hosts’ dogs are very sweet. The driveway is steeper than expected, even after reading previous reviews, which makes dropping luggage at the bedsit challenging. Parking is meant to be on the verge, but the host asks that you don’t park on the verge directly outside the accommodation. This means carrying luggage further and left me concerned about inconveniencing neighbours or risking a parking ticket.The bedroom curtains and lounge blinds don’t provide full block‑out or complete privacy. If privacy is important to you, you may need to stay fully dressed when moving between the bedroom and bathroom. For sleeping, a clip or peg would help keep the opaque curtains closed around the sheer ones, but I didn’t have one available.The host also asks to meet you on arrival and for your guest’s name. This felt a little unexpected for me, but not something I’d consider negative on its own.Overall, my main concerns were the lack of a separate and hygienic dish‑washing area, limited privacy due to the window coverings, and needing to park on someone else’s verge.
