房間簡單乾淨空間大，分為本館和別館2區每個館別都是2層樓的設計，這次入住1別館101房所以雖然沒電梯但行李不用搬。停車非常方便，附近有2間超市(Aeon是24小時，另一家21:00就打烊)，採買算是方便。房內的沙發偏低而且中間凹陷坐起來會有點不舒服。有提供租用自行車的服務，但退房當天完成手續後原本想租用去小樽市區用餐，但工作人員告一定要在〈入住期間〉才能租用，所以有點可惜。

We had a great stay at the Cozy Inn, Otaru. Building is very well laid out, and rooms were fairly sizeable, new and clean. There isn't much of a common area, or kitchen etc but that's fine as there is lots in the area. Staff was super friendly and helpful, it's one of those properties we wish we would have stayed longer.

From check in to check out , it was smooth. Excellent staff. Self check in but staff on site should need the assistance. Walkable to canal. We walked around for hours .

We had a great stay at the Cozy Inn, Otaru. Building is very well laid out, and rooms were fairly sizeable, new and clean. There isn't much of a common area, or kitchen etc but that's fine as there is lots in the area. Love this hotel nice, clean and modern, I lost the room key and he building manager was so nice pointed me to the right direction for a spare key. Excellent customer service and will be back😃❤️🙃

Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, simple, but pleasant and spacious for the 4 of us. We weren’t there a lot of the time, but for tourists wanting a good place to stay while visiting Otaru, it was nice.

The reception counter was not staffed throughout the day, hence need to check in within stipulated timing. Staff at the reception was helpful to set up the extra bed, which we had requested in our reservation, when the room attendant did not get it done prior to our check-in. Location is in a quiet residential area but walkable to town area where most of the shops and restaurants are located.
