Hotellrummet var fint, poolen var en del av SPAet och de tog 350:-/p samt var bara tillåtet helgtid för barn vilket aldrig framgick vid bokningen. Det blev en dyr vistelse då vi lovat pojken att få bada. Mysig pool med aroma-, ång- och torrbastu. Väldigt halkigt i duschutrymmen och en en trappa ner till poolområdet. Frukosten var bra, fanns lite av varje. Trevlig personal och välstädat.

Enjoyed our four night stay in a king room. Comfortable bed and good shower. Excellent location for train station from Airport and train into Stockholm centre. Also a short walk to large shopping mall. We also ate one dinner in hotel and was tasty. Only negative is extra charge for use of pool at over £20 per person! Suffice to say we did not use.

Lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. Located next to the train station, it was very easy to travel into Stockholm centre. I would recommend buying an SL pass that you can use for travel on all commuter trains, teams, tube and ferry. The gym was very good, but i didn’t notice the bikes were on a different level until much later. The only things I had an issue with were the size of the bathroom and the temperature of the room - perhaps it was because Stockholm was experiencing great weather but I personally prefer to have a colder room at night and the AC didn’t seem to be able to be set to my preferred temp. O would definitely consider staying here again - excellent value so close to the town without having to pay exorbitant prices.

Nice hotel with beautiful rooms, very clean. Only remark we have is about the spa and gym facilities. The gym that was included in the rate was quite dates and didn’t have a lot of equipment, if you wanted to access the better gym, you had to pay extra. Also the spa doesn’t have a lot of availability. It was constantly booked out when we wanted to go there. We chose the hotel mostly for the spa and in the end were not able to use it, which was a shame.

Ideal for work stay. Issue at check in where they tried to charge for breakfast when it was included and had to show this to receptionist who rectified. need to me more open regarding charging for pool access and not let you know after the booking. The hotel was chosen because it had a pool. Breakfast is not great scrambled eggs were the most runny I have ever seen, and the buffet food is cold. It is also too small area for the number of guests

Zum einen waren in unserem Badezimmer bei Ankunft gelbe Flecken rund ums Waschbecken und leider ist über Expedia nicht ersichtlich, dass die Sauna gebührenpflichtig ist und für einen 2 Stunden Aufenthalt am Wochenende 350 SEK kostet. Ich habe schon öfters Hotel mit Sauna gebucht, diese sind waren bisher immer kostenlos daher wäre ein Hinweis hilfreich um ein anderes Hotel zu wählen wo die Sauna wie in der Regel inbegriffen ist. Die Lage war gut, direkte Verbindung zu Stockholm City und Flughafen.

The shower is poorly designed as the water runs underneath the doors. The toilet door gets stuck and is hard to open. The main lights by the entrance stopped working randomly. Stripped the bed before we left and found stained sheets with other peoples hair. However, in general the room was nice with modern interior. Staff are lovely and friendly, especially the lady who checked us in. Super east check in and check out process.

Allt var helt okej, rummet var inte tillräckligt städat, jag personligen fick diska några av glasen efteråt igen för andra gången, samma gäller golvet som också va smutsigt trots efter städarnas besök, duschen gjorde konstiga ljud konstant när jag satte på den samt så låg det långs hårstrån i handfatet som jag själv städade bort och som sist var säng madrassen fläckig under all lakan, inte riktigt den upplevelsen jag förväntade mig tyvärr, skulle inte rekommendera denna hotell….

The room was fine, location was convenient being on the Uriksdal train line. However, the TV in the room was completely locked down, meaning you could not connect any external device via HDMI 2. Staff claimed this was for "security reasons" which is ridiculous. First hotel I have ever encountered this with. Will not stay again.

We stayed in the hotel for three nights. I made a booking for a Junior suite to accommodate for our family and pet. Unfortunately, we were downgraded to a Family room due to the suites not allowing for pets. Pet was charged for an additional SEK200 at the hotel. This was confusibg as they did not mention any restrictions to rooms on the hotel official website nor on hotels.com. The room air conditioning did not work & windows were locked. Thus, the room was really warm during the 20c outdooe weather. Sleeping was not easy for this. Other than this, the hotel was nice, spacious and clean. The location was great for visiting central Stockholm.

This is a fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Right next to the train which takes you into the city in 10 mins. We stayed in a junior suite which was huge with a separate bedroom. And the breakfast was superb. Huge choice of fresh food, both hot and cold. Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Stockholm.

Our experience at the hotel presented several challenges. The need to replace the key card daily proved inconvenient, and the presence of yellow spots in the sink was disappointing. Furthermore, a two-day outage of the main room light left us relying solely on side lamps and bathroom lighting. To compensate for this inconvenience, the hotel offered us a complimentary hour at their spa, which operates on a reservation basis to ensure a tranquil environment, featuring a signature spa experience. The breakfast offerings were limited and resembled those of a basic hostel rather than those expected of a four-star hotel, despite being priced as such. However, the bed was notably comfortable, and some staff members were accommodating, though others were less responsive. For instance, a 15-minute wait at the reception desk was necessary to address a malfunctioning key card. Unfortunately, the bathroom amenities, including the shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, had an unpleasant scent and left the skin feeling dry. In summary, while our overall experience was pleasant, it was marred by several issues, leading to a rating of no more than three stars. The spa(249 sek/pers/2 hour) is a separate tax also the breakfast (190 sek/pers)

This hotel lacks staff, particularly at weekends. Not enough people to replenish the breakfast buffet or clear tables. No maintenance staff at the weekends to attend to shower leak. No bar at all on Sundays which closes early when not busy. Those people we spoke to were helpful but there were not enough of them.

This hotel is a great find, don't hesitate to book. It is a little further out but don't let that put you off, there is a commuter train literally next to the hotel with regular services into the centre, taking 10 minutes. It is also on the route to the airport so super easy to get to the hotel.and bavk. The hotel is modern, the rooms are excellent and being on the commuter line there are some great trips north along the lines to other towns outside Stockholm. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very close to the train station. Very convenient for moving throughout the region— on a direct route from ARN—easy to take into central Stockholm. The hotel restaurant for dinner—Pic Poc was very good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but suitable. I will absolutely stay here again when in Stockholm.

Lovely room, easy check in. Had dinner and the meatballs were unfortunately way over salted. The staff comped me and asked if I wanted anything else. I had already had the burata salad so I was fine. They dealt with it in a very professional manner. Breakfast was good.

Fina rum, bra läge. Allt var topp förutom frukosten där det var stökigt, bord fulla med disk, tomma fat, inga bestick och dålig service och uppmärksamhet. De hade bara en dålig dag förhoppningsvis för annars borde åtgärder göras omgående av ledningen.

Highly recommend this hotel. Very new, modern, clean and convenient. Situated at a train station, I was concerned in advance of the noise but never heard a thing through the night! Cheap train fare to Central Station on a service that was very regular and took about 10 mins - thus avoiding very expensive city centre accommodation. The hotel breakfast was super with plenty of choice. Didn’t use spa or pool so can’t comment. Check-in receptionist couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Will be recommending the hotel to friends

Hotellet i sig var trevligt men all upplevelser kring mat och restaurang var katastrof. Beställde en Martini Bianco fick en Martini bitter vermouth. Cesarsalladen var katastrof. Sen var frukostsituationen helt oacceptabel. Kö i timmar.
