Had so poor customer service at check-in We stoped by early and provided all proofs for check-in do to events we were in town for when we returned lady at check-in said she could see recheck-in but need all proofs again and I did not have something’s with me And that’s why we per-checked in Also pool was great but much smaller then expected (like four people was a lot) but pool are and pool was very nice salt water!

I liked the room floor-plan, but there were problems. 1) The deadbolt did not work. 2) It was wet under the A/C. 3) The A/C blew on me in bed. 4) The desk had glass panes that made a noisy rattle if you barely touched the desk - - - I couldn't touch the desk while my wife was trying to sleep. 5) Only 2 small luggage carts for the hotel. On a positive note - it was one of the nicest breakfast bars I've seen in a long time, but was diminished with flimsy plastic-ware that was challenged when trying to cut waffles.

Hotel in it self was nice. We loved the room. We was told on entering that the pool was not working at the time. The sink kept baking up, wouldn't drain unless you removed the stopper, it was broken. The shower would only come on half way and the tub would fill with water above your ankles when showering. Tried to call out, but phone in room was not working.The hotel staff was nice, food was okay. Staff did try to give me an extra discount due to the issues but since I reserved reservations through Expedia, there was nothing we could do. Probably not book through Expedia again.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament right around the corner. The kids loved the gym and being able to all hang out around the hotel. It was nice having the pullout mattress and the couch for extra sleeping areas.

The room was nice and comfy. The pool was outside and my son loved it. It was secluded and big enough for several children. The staff was friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, signs stated it was a smoke free hotel. However, a staff member would smoke in front by the door. You could smell it by the entrance. Also, on the 4th floor as we walked to our room, we could smell someone smoking weed in their room. We thought it was a smoke-free hotel!

The check in was very easy. The person was very helpful and friendly. The room layout could have been a bit better as it was difficult to set up the sofa bed. The pool was beautiful but cold!! I’d stay there again if the opportunity presents itself.

There was mold in our shower, and the door did not close properly to the shower. Breakfast was mediocre… We had a room facing the highway. Even though the hall was quiet, the traffic never stopped on the highway.

I was disappointed seeing the bathroom floor. All the corners had dirt, dust and hair in the corners. Tight fit and I’m guess the girls just didn’t get down on their hands and knees to clean. Quick wipe for months. Needs a deep clean.

Cleanliness was the only drawback. Our pull out bed had a huge urine stain. The woman at the front desk was very accommodating and moved us to a different room.

Our stay was a quick one on our drive from New York. We arrived at about 1am so we didn’t do much looking around. The hotel seemed nice enough. However in the morning as we were all getting dressed to get back on the road, roaches started coming out of the restroom wall. We all know where there is one there are many. We ran into three before I told the kids to shake out their belongings and pack it up.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row. This year was the worst stay. The room is spacious with large closet and bathroom. Our beds were not comfortable, they need to be replaced. Bathroom had stray hairs in multiple areas. Room refrigerator was not working. Shower had zero water pressure. The cook was late to prepare breakfast, so there was no hot food at 7:00 when breakfast opened. The staff at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The best part of our stay was the breakfast attendant, she was very kind and had a great smile. We would probably book elsewhere on our next trip through Jackson.

The person at the registration counter was unprofessional in my opinion. I expected to be greeted when entering the property. The place is convenient because it’s right off the freeway. My room was facing the freeway which was loud from the traffic.

Very nice room set-up. Spacious and comfortable. The bed was extreme comfortable. I was surprised they didn’t have darkening curtains , so the sun started coming in around the window when the sun started coming up. The hallway spelled like Marijuana a couple times, which was disgusting. They had a great breakfast with alot of options and staff was very friendly

My family & I unexpectedly stayed at this property for 2 weeks & I must say we felt like we were amongst family. The continental breakfast was great, the staff was pleasant, & the rooms were spacious. Choose Marriott Springhill; you won’t be disappointed.

Upon arrival the trash over flowing did greet us. Staff did not make eye contact nor smile. But she did make time to sit with her male guest all night in lobby. Next morning the same bigger trash pile saw us to our exiting.

The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was delicious - the best I have ever had. The area was safe, quiet, and well kept. I enjoyed my stay. I like that you offer frozen dinners to purchase. That was a plus.

This is a relatively new property, and to this point it has been well kept. I was immediately greeted when I checked, and the gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the layout. My only two complaints: 1. The adjustable height chair at the desk wouldn't raise. 2. There is a significant amount of truck traffic noise, as the hotel is right along I-40.

The person at the registration counter was unprofessional in my opinion. I expected to be greeted when entering the property. The place is convenient because it’s right off the freeway. My room was facing the freeway which was loud from the traffic.

This is a relatively new property, and to this point it has been well kept. I was immediately greeted when I checked, and the gentleman who helped me was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the layout. My only two complaints: 1. The adjustable height chair at the desk wouldn't raise. 2. There is a significant amount of truck traffic noise, as the hotel is right along I-40.

Breakfast was great, nice selection. Bed was comfortable. Issued: fridge cover door was broken, bathroom door was also broken and the toilet made a crazy noise when flushed.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row. This year was the worst stay. The room is spacious with large closet and bathroom. Our beds were not comfortable, they need to be replaced. Bathroom had stray hairs in multiple areas. Room refrigerator was not working. Shower had zero water pressure. The cook was late to prepare breakfast, so there was no hot food at 7:00 when breakfast opened. The staff at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The best part of our stay was the breakfast attendant, she was very kind and had a great smile. We would probably book elsewhere on our next trip through Jackson.

A very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very nice and clean, and plenty of parking was available. The rooms were very spacious. It also seemed like a very safe and quiet location. My only complaint was that the outdoor pool was a bit dirty - there was neighboring construction going on which caused dirt to blanket the pool floor and made the water a bit murky. I’m sure this will improve as the neighboring construction is completed.

The room had plenty of space and nice sleeping for our group of 6, in one room! The breakfast had several healthy choices and enough variety that we all had food we liked. We liked the place enough, we stayed in the same type room at another location on the way home.

Clean and New hotel but lacking so much in the details. Even though it was new our room had damaged furniture, tile and trim loose in bathroom, hole cover ups in the bathroom wall, and a super creaky bathtub instead of walk in shower. It was very clean and we did utilize the pool which was a little bit murky. Breakfast was average. Power went out in the middle of the night for over an hour but not the fault of hotel. Better options available in this area for the future.
