Just like wine tasting, we want to offer a unique experience, where all the senses are stimulated: in a unique environment, decorated with award-winning labels, where all can be enjoyed. - New apartment, on a high floor. - One bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom (located in the suite). - Fully equipped kitchen - Gas heater and hot water in all taps. - Hot/Cold Split Air Conditioning - Bed linens, bath towels, blankets, and pillows - Covered Garage - Eco-Friendly Fireplace and Electric Fireplace - 500MB Internet with Smart TVs and cable channels - Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors. If guests taste any of the labels, they can refill the bottle. These can be purchased at local stores (supermarkets and specialty wine shops) or by visiting the wineries and purchasing the bottle directly from the producer. The accommodation is located on the border of the São Francisco and Planalto neighborhoods, making it extremely well located. We are just 500 meters from the Dall'Onder Grande Hotel. We are close to the city center (1.5 km) and a few minutes' walk from Avenida Planalto and Rua Herny Hugo Dreher, the city's main gastronomic streets, where you will find excellent pubs, bars, cafes, and restaurants. Near our accommodation are the Immigrant Museum and the Casa das Artes, the São Bento Church, known for its kite shape, and the Italian Immigrants Monument in Achyles Mincarone Square and the Fenavinho Events Park.
