The hotel was in a unsafe area. The room smelled like cigarettes. The room stated that it could fit two people but this room was the size of a matchbox. We had to ask for towels and wash clothes, and tissue. The room has an windup air conditioning unit and in the day time the sun pierce through a small holes in the window. Our room door wouldn’t lock so anyone could just walk in our room at anytime, and I found out that a young lady overdosed at the hotel. This place is terrible!!

Terrible stay and overpriced! The shower still had used soap and empty shampoo bottles indicating it wasn’t cleaned ! We decided not to shower ! And the body hair was everywhere! Gross ! Ice machine didn’t work! Smelly and dirty outside . Noisy guests ! Old blankets with lots of burn holes ! I sprayed Lysol everywhere and wiped down everything with Lysol wipes .. we were exhausted and just dealt with it . Not worth the money we paid ! And the ridiculous charge for the pet fee! I don’t mind paying a pet fee , but not being ripped off . This place is gross and the health department needs to shut it down !

I like that the property was located closely to the university. It was an extremely convenient location. I did not like the staff experience that i encountered upon arrival. He was not welcoming. He presented a room that was not cleaned. The linen was not clean and had cigarette burns on it. The bathroom was filthy and he declined to clean initially. My family and i went to the Dollar Tree on Main Street to purchase our own cleaning products. Once night came, the facilty has a large watchdog that is extremely big and intimdating. He barks extremely loud. It interrupts the peace. We checked out early as a result of our terrible experience.

Very old, dirty rooms. Refused to recognize my service dog and charged me because I "didn't tell " them ahead of my arrival. This is illegal and as soon as the government shutdown ends I will be filling a complaint.

I reserved this room for my siblings and their room was in the same condition as my double double room. Filthy!! Bedding was dirty. Housekeeping didn’t want to provide fresh clean bedding until they “saw proof” of dirty bed linen. Dust and dirt on walls and caked on baseboard. Shower floor was dirty with mildew all over shower curtain. Afraid to let it shower curtain touch them.

I tried to cancel my reservations online but couldn’t. Poor place to stay , room smelled a lot . I did not stay and returned my key after checking in and kept driving! There were no other place to stay in that town. Overall it is not good town to stay overnight.

The room looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was a lot of dirt and dust build up all along baseboards. I had to clean sink, toilet and shower the best I could using disinfectant cleaning wipes and they ended up a yellow brown color when I finished. Bedding had hair and stains on it. Shower fixtures were not secured to shower wall. Shower curtain was full of mildew and we were afraid to touch it. We were afraid to lay directly in sheets and blankets. Washcloths were dingy with dark stains (thankfully we traveled with our own).

I tried to cancel my reservations online but couldn’t. Poor place to stay , room smelled a lot . I did not stay and returned my key after checking in and kept driving! There were no other place to stay in that town. Overall it is not good town to stay overnight.

I like that the property was located closely to the university. It was an extremely convenient location. I did not like the staff experience that i encountered upon arrival. He was not welcoming. He presented a room that was not cleaned. The linen was not clean and had cigarette burns on it. The bathroom was filthy and he declined to clean initially. My family and i went to the Dollar Tree on Main Street to purchase our own cleaning products. Once night came, the facilty has a large watchdog that is extremely big and intimdating. He barks extremely loud. It interrupts the peace. We checked out early as a result of our terrible experience.

***DO NOT STAY HERE*** This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The room was disgusting like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or longer, multiple broken things in the room, the smell of the room was PUTRID. My pregnant friend had to sleep in the vehicle because of the awful conditions, after she got stuck in the bathroom because the door got stuck. I called beforehand to let them know we would be checking in late with our ETA, it took over 10 minutes to wake up the person working the front desk to get checked in. To top it all off the staff has been the worst to deal with, they refused a refund, called me a liar about the conditions of the rooms even though I took picture documentation of everything. We stayed 1 of the 2 nights, this hotel staff lied to Expedia and told them we stayed both nights and would not approve a refund. They got tired of my calls and won’t answer my calls anymore. Please, please, please never stay here, this establishment is awful in every aspect possible. I’ll attach a few of the photos that were taken.
