The property was lovely and beautifully appointed, but there was some confusion with the booking app about check-in time. We almost had to go back to the village airstrip for the night at 1 am because the proprietress didn’t want to accommodate an after-hours booking the app allowed. We had no idea of any of that and were in our taxi on the way to the property when I called just to confirm the booking—the owner tried to refuse us and if I hadn’t forced the issue, I don’t know what would have happened. Very unfortunate. But aside from THAT, the property itself was excellent and very clean and well maintained. Beautiful. Highly recommend. Just make sure you can be there before 8pm (20:00).
