There is a lot we could say on how the place is nice, how we can relax and how the breakfast is generous and high-quality. However, as a luxury stay, exclusive prices drive to exclusive expectations. The kitchen is under-equiped: no microwave oven, no dishwasher, no tools, not enough bowls, etc... It's supposed to be for 4 hosts, but 6 forks, 4 spoons and only 3 knives. The bathroom: not enough pressure on the shower, the hairdryer is dangerous. When we arrived, the room was not as clean as we can expect in a luxury stay; floor not clean, dust, cobwebs, etc. We shared these comments with the host. Not sure they have really mattered for the host.

Mysigt hotell med lyxig känsla. Hotellet är Större än vad det verkar på bilderna. Poolen är även tillgänglig för gästerna på familjens andra hotell i byn, vilket gör att det kan bli trångt. Backen upp är brant!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We don’t think you can get a better location and terrace view across the valley. Plus a swimming pool in the Italian heat is worth its weight in gold. The breakfast at the restaurant is fantastic. We don’t find the walk a big issue. A couple of things to be aware of. We found it a little bit of an inconvenience being in the second property trying to get hold of staff when we had small issues i.e appliance not working The WhatsApp number provided didn’t work and we tried calling the main reception, which didn’t work. The spa facilities weren’t available mid June when we arrived. We didn’t know about this beforehand. Overall it was fantastic and we would recommend it to anyone. A couple of improvements would make it outstanding.
