Très bel hôtel !

Hotel muito bom, quartos confortáveis, piscina e praia particular maravilhosas, com funcionários muito atenciosos. Apenas a equipe do café da manhã que precisa melhorar, o serviço é muito ruim, funcionários precisam de treinamento.

Clean more like a business hotel. 3 pools not included you have to pay extra, not really any vibe at the hotel or beach. Fairly boring

The hotel is in a great location right on the beach and has a nice pool. The front desk staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the service felt quite indifferent and lacked the same level of hospitality. The hotel restaurant is convenient and the food was decent, but both the food and drinks were priced well above the local restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was included, but we found the quality disappointing. We both felt unwell afterward, although we can't say for certain it was related to the breakfast. One thing that was frustrating was that guests were not allowed to take the complimentary bottled water out of the breakfast area, despite the local tap water not being recommended for visitors. It felt unnecessarily restrictive, especially since bottled water was then sold elsewhere on the property. Overall, the location is the hotel's biggest strength, but we expected a higher level of service and better value for the price.
